(Lian's POV)
I blinked in shock and skidded down on my knees to the guys side.
"Rythian?!"
"Hey...Lian." he smiled weakly.
"What happened?"
"Well - "
"There's no time for that!" I said and rushed out my room and started to bang on Lady Tsunade's door.
"WHAT?!" she screamed at me.
"My friend!! Hurry, he's hurt!! You gotta help him!!" I said and pulled her towards my room.
When we entered the room Rythian was in the same position that I left him in.
"What happened?" Tsunade asked, immediately awake.
I shove Naruto off his bed, waking him up and helped her carry Rythian onto the bed.
"Sorry...." I muttered when he cringed in pain.
"Huh? What's happening?" Naruto asks.
"Go get Shizune." Tsunade ordered unzipping Rythian's jacket.
I nodded and rushed back to her room and shook Shizune awake.
"What....?"
"Lady Tsunade needs help!! My friend got hurt!! Get up!!" I said and grabbed her out of the bed.

Me, Naruto and Abbie have been moved to Lady Tsunade and Shizune's room because they don't want us when they're helping him.
Apparently the wounds he sustained were bad and it wasn't really for our eyes to see....
We're ninja, we're gonna see bad stuff....
Alright! You got me! We need to keep an eye on Abbie.
"Why're we here now?" she yawned rubbing her eyes.
"Just go back to sleep." I smiled.
"Grandma Tsunade is just helping our friend! Believe it!" Naruto grinned.
"Grandma Tsunade?" I giggled. "What even?"
"Well, she acts like an old lady so I'm gonna treat her like one." Naruto huffed.
I smirked, "Well, hello Lady Tsunade."
When Naruto turned around panicking I burst out laughing at how scared he looked.
"Oh my God!! That was priceless!!" I cried, continuing to laugh even though Naruto was sitting on my back.
"Lian! That's a horrible joke!" Naruto yelled, fluffing my hair about, "Believe it!"
"I'm trying to sleep!!" Abbie whined pouting.
I shoved Naruto off me and walked up to her, tucking her into the bed.
After a while of playing cards that we found in one of the bags, me and Naruto went top and tail on the bed and tried to sleep.
The wake up call.
Terrifying.
Okay, imagine this.
Your alarm clock comes to life so you actually need to get up to get it to shut up.
This is a lot similar.
You know that instrument, the bugle, looks a little like the trumpet.
Yeah. That's the sound of my alarm clock. No, that is my alarm clock.
Your probably thinking, 'But Lian! How does it move! GHOSTS?!'
Now, don't panic.
You know the kid I'm looking after, Abbie, yes?
She plays the instrument.
Piecing the puzzle together and what to you get?
A pre-school kid playing the bugle right in your ear, waking you up extra early in the morning and won't stop playing.
Oh.
Joy.
"Lian! I'm sorry!"
I just sat in the corner eating my bread with arms crossed over my chest.
"She's fine, just give her some time." Naruto said while eating at the table with everyone else.
"Lian, why are you sitting there?" Rythian asked and I blushed.
Damn them abs...
.....yeah, he's shirtless, Lady Tsunade had to deal with a wound on his chest.
Thankfully it's all bandaged up now.
"Hey! You keep out of this!" Naruto said narrowing his eyes on him.
"What did I do?"
"You let Lian use you as a pillow!" Naruto yelled, pointing a finger at him. "Believe it!"
"I used you as a pillow!" I called
"Yeah but I'm your big brother! You're not...." Naruto finished arms crossed over his chest.
"I'm going out for a walk..." I sighed opening the window.
"Don't go too far, we'll be leaving soon." Grandma Tsunade said.
"Okay." nodding, I jumped out of the window and towards the trees.
I don't know why I came out here...
I just wanna get away from everything to be honest...
Everything has been stressing me out!
I mean, first, we have to find a new Hokage!
Then I had to go and save Naruto's sorry ass!
Then I find out that Sasuke's brother plays for the other team!
Then Fidoshi had to go and fight Dai and stuff, I still don't know where he is...
Then I find Rythian lying out on my doorstep half dead!
And I finally get woken up with a little kid playing an instrument!
Seriously, that's a lot of build up!
I draw an 'X' on the tree and take five steps away from it.
Target practice.

"I think that's enough." I smile looking at the scatter of kunia knifes everywhere.
Going around finding them all is gonna be such a drag.....
Dear god.....
I sound like Shikamaru?!

"Three sets...six....nine....where are them last few?" I mutter to myself.
Look here, kunia knifes have gotten really expensive lately and me? I'm a Genin.
I get paid not a lot!
After finding my last few I head back in through the window and - not again.
I jump back out after the lady screamed and went back into my room.
Everyone is out and the bags are packed.
I quickly pack my few belongings to begin with and head out.
I check both rooms and nobody is in any of them.
"Huh?"
I pick up a note off the bed.
'Lian, went on without you, can you grab our bags?' - Jariaya.
I growl and crumple the paper in my hands. "That old bat..."
Luckily Grandma Tsunade and Shizune wouldn't dare leave their stuff alone, so it was just Naruto and Jariaya's stuff I needed to get.
Rythian and Abbie had nothing with them so...
Naruto's stuff, that was fine, Jariaya?
I think not! He had about three suitcases with him!
"He can come back for this himself!" I say leaving the room.
I place two of the three keys on the desk and walk out.
The village isn't too far from here, which is a good thing.
I made it to the gates in just over an hour where Abbie and Naruto were waiting.
"You spoilt little brat." I growled.
"What did she do?" Naruto asked looking at Abbie.
"NOTHING! BUT YOU DID!" I yelled and gave him a taste of a DYNAMIC ENTRY!
"What did I do?!?"
"You left your stuff and expected me to carry it!!"
"Wait....you left it?!?!"
"Nah, I got it." I said and threw it at him.
"What about Pervy Sage's?"
"No way in hell." I reply handing him the keys, "give that to him when he asks."

I rush into the hospital room and grin, "Kakashi!"
I quickly leap on him in a hug. "Hey, Lian...."
"You had me worried sick you old man!" I said thwacking him.
"Ouch...you're the one that ran off! I was sitting here thinking something happened!"
I glanced at Pervy Sage behind him who gave me the slicing of the neck, also known as, shut up now or your dead!
I smirk, payback.
"Well, quite a lot happened actually - "
"Lian! Sasuke's awake!" Naruto called.
"Later, Kaka-Baka!" I laugh running out the room.
I rush into the Uchiha's room as Grandma Tsunade leaves and join in on the group hug of Sakura and Sasuke.
"Group hug!" I laugh as Naruto decides to join in.
"What're you...doing?" Sasuke asks tired.
"Dude, you've been asleep for days, don't you give me that whole 'five more minute' thing!" I say with way too much sass.
"Leave the boy alone." Rythian laughed coming into the room.
"Hey!" I smiled, "I have a seriously serious question for you!"
"Okay....?"
"Why were you out in the middle of the forest?" I asked.
"Why was I what now?" He asked confused.
"You don't remember passing out in front of Lian's hotel door?" Naruto asks just as confused as me.
"What're you talking about? I've been wondering where she's been this past week!" Rythian said.
"Wait...what?" I asked. "Does that mean that we have an intruder in the village?"

After reporting to Jariaya and Tsunade, the I left to go home alone.
....Such a great film that.
Kakashi has to stay in for another few days, so I'm staying alone. It'll be the first time in a while.
Kakashi used to go on missions and leave me home alone a lot, but ever since I've been on Team 7 this is probably the first.
The Chuunin exams don't count because I was locked out and I crashed at Naruto's.
Rain started to suddenly fall quite heavily and I rushed home.
The door was unlocked.
I cautiously stepped in and heard giggling in the living room.
I peeked round the corner and saw Abbie.
"What're you doing here?" I asked closing the door.
"I don't have anywhere to stay but here!" She said stilling watching some princess movie about mermaids or something.
"How did you even get here?" I asked.
"Naruto."
"Of coarse..." I sighed, "look, I'm going to go wash so don't open the door to anyone, okay?"
"OKay." she nodded as I headed to the bathroom, pyjamas in hand.

"Night, Abbie." I said leaving the door open to my room.
I'm letting the kid use my bed and everything, I'm a really nice person.
The rains a lot heavier now. I hope there's not gonna be a storm.
THUNDER THUNDER!
Great.....
LIGHTENING!
I heard a quick scream then the pitta patter of feet rushing into the room.
"Lian I - ...are you okay?" Abbie asked quietly.
I try to stop shaking by hold my hands together, it's not working...
I barely heard the knock at the door.
But I made no move I answer it.
Focus on something.......
'If I die before I wake...atleast in heaven I can skate...'
THUNDER! LIGHTENING!
'And it's sunny with the high, of seventy five, since you took my heavy heart and made it light!'
BOOM!
'Cause I'm in too deep and I'm trying to keep up above in my head, instead of going under!'
I bite my lip and huddle into the covers.
"In here..."
There's a new face....not him...
"Lian, you okay?" Rythian asks bending down to my level.
I nod stiffly then curl into a ball at the sound of lightening.
I peek out and see Abbie clinging to Rythian's leg.
There's another knock on the door and it opens before anyone moved to answer it.
"Uncle Guy?" I question.
"Don't worry Lian!" he shouted, "I'm here to save you!"
"It's weather....you can't stop it." Abbie pouted.
"But I can distract you from it!" he said and I cringed hearing the lightening again.
"Not this again...."
"It works and you know it does!!"
"Fine!" I groan and get up.
"What....?"
"Five six seven eight!"
"Push-Ups! Go!" Guy yelled both me and him doing push-ups.
"What're they doing?" Abbie asked confused.
"I train so I can keep my mind of things." I explain after doing twenty.
"Punches! Go!"

I was breathing heavily lying on the ground sweating buckets.
"Hey, it's stopped!" Abbie giggled looking at the night sky.
"Told you....it worked." I grinned.
"No you never." Rythian deadpanned.
"You just never listen to me, that's how you never heard." I huffed.
I got up and gave Guy a quick hug but oh! No...he decides it's alright to start throwing me around like a ragdoll screaming how proud he is of me.
"Right! Okay!" I laughed, "Thanks again!"
"Do not fret! I will always be here when my rival can't! Wait! That's not good enough..." Guy went into thought the sprinted out the room screaming "KAKASHI!!!"
"He's lost it." Rythian muttered.
"Can't lose what you never had." I shrugged.
"And of coarse you would know this first hand."
"....hey!"
"Talk about late reaction much?" Abbie yawned walking back into my room.
I shook my head, "That kid..."
"Lian, I actually came here to ask you something important." Rythian said smiling, "Are you doing anything tomorrow?"
"I'm going to check up on Lee and Sasuke and make sure that they're okay." I said, "Sorry..."
"How about the next day?"
"Alright then." I nod, "Wait...."
Is this.....
"It's a date!" Rythian says with an eye closed smile.
My eyes widen and I blush.
"S-Sure..."
