Yume POV
Ever since we finished our song Ako's been acting funny. She's been coughing, and looks like she can barely stand.
I walk over to her,"Ako~Chan?"
"Hm?"
"Are you sick?"
"I-I don't know...."
"Let me check your temperature."
I place my hand on her forehead. And it feels really hot!
"Ako you have a fever..."
"What? Well I still need to perform with you and Koharu."
She stands up but the second she does she falls back down.
"Ako. Your sick. You can't even stand. We're gonna have to forefit from the competition."
"Forefit!?"
I turn around to see Honoka.
"Didn't you guys we're both gonna face off in the next round!?"
My eyes widen.
"But how.....Ako's sick. She can't eve stand."
"I've already asked the manger."
"Eli~Chan...."
"He said that originally it was going to be a 3 vs 3 face off but now that Ako's sick.....it's a 2 vs 2. But Yume......you can't sing with Koharu."
"Huh! Why!?
"He said it wouldn't be fair. I don't get what he means by that."
I look down.
"But I didn't with anyone else during this......."
"What about that boy you preformed with in the free round?"
I look up.
Subaru.....
"Wait! You're saying that the manger said I could do round 2 with him!?"
"Hhm." She nods.
I immediately look at Ako and Koharu. They nod their heads yes. Without even realising it, I run off looking for him. I find him talking to both Laura and Mahiru.
"Yume~Chan whats wrong?"
"Ako's sick and I need you to perform with me in the third round."
"What?!"
I explain the situation to him a bit more specifically.
"I think I get it. But we need a song. What about the same one?"
"No. I don't want to reuse a song. But I know another one! Come on!"
~time skip~
Me and Subaru stand backstage. Right Honoka is performing with Rin. Well their about to anyway.
I really, really, really hope this works.
