2 Months Later - December 13th

Dave and the guys were coming home today and I couldn't wait. Last night Dave had callled me from the hospital. He fell off the stage and broke his leg.......again. Atleast it was on the last night of the tour before they came home. I was going to have to make that man rest if it killed me. Frances and Scotty were over helping me and the kids decorate. Scotty was finishing putting on the lights when the doorbell rang. I knew it was either Jordyn with the girls or Hunter with more decorations. I went to answer it and saw Jordyn and the girls. They hugged Jordyn and then me before running off to join the others in the living room.
"Is Dave home yet?" she asked as Hunter walked past us into the house. Perfect timing.
"No but he should be soon. Did you want to come in and wait?" I asked.
"No Lucas is waiting for me. I feel for you though. Good luck keeping that guy off his feet. The struggle is real," she replied and we both laughed.
"I'll get some straps and keep him in one place. You're still coming here with Lucas on christmas day right?" I asked as she started towards her car.
"Of course. See you then. Tell Dave I said hi," Jordyns aid as she got in her car. We waved at each other as she backed out of the drive way. I headed back to living room and saw that everything was on the tree but the decorations now.
"Scotty can you put the star on the top please? It's normally Dave's job but that man is not getting on a ladder anytime soon," I asked.
"Ya sure. What did he do again?" Scotty asked as he got up on the ladder and Frances handed him the star.
"He broke his leg after falling off the stage," I replied as I heard a car pull up outside.
"He was trying to fly," Frances said and we all started laughing. I stopped when I heard the door open
"I have a special delivery for a Mrs. Grohl," Taylor shouted and I walked out the the entrance and saw Dave in a wheelchair.
"Best package ever. Hey you guys," I said as I walked over to them. I hugged Taylor before leaning down and giving Dave a hug and kiss.
"I'd love to stay and chat but I have a very pregnant wife and my kids waiting for me. I'll see you guys in a few days," Taylor said after he brought Dave's bags into the house and a pair of crutches.
We waved good bye as he left and I gave Dave his crutches. He got up and headed to the living room with me behind him. He went straight for his chair and I moved the stool over to the chair so he could put his leg up. The kids all gave him hugs once he was comfy in the chair. Eric stayed in his lap as we said good bye to Frances, Hunter and Scotty. Now we could put the decorations on the tree together as a family. I let the kids put whatever they wanted wherever they wanted. Dave had moved over to to the couch and was sitting close to us with Eric. I was putting a green ornament where he told me to when I turned around and caught him.
"Enjoying the show there?" I asked as I put a hand on my hip.
"I don't know what you're talking about," Dave replied and looked down at Eric.
"Oh then me saying I'm going to put pants on won't be an issue then?" I asked as I got off the ladder. Dave looked back at me and pouted.
"Please don't. Yes I was enjoying the show," he replied as I sat down beside him. Eric moved from his lap to mine and I gave him a hug.
"There's kids around but later you'll get a better one," I said with a wink.
"I like the sound of that. You should get back to decorating the tree," Dave said as he looked over at the kids.
"I don't want to keep climbing up and down. I'm gonna get enough excerise on my own for however long that thing is on your foot," I replied as he looked back as me.
"You gonna do all the work for me?" he asked with a cocky grin on his face.
"I'm gonna have to and we should really stop talking about this with the kids in the same room," I said back.
"Kids go down to the basement and watch a movie. Take Eric with you please," Dave said as he looked at me. Violet came and took Eric from me before they all went down to the basement. I looked at him with wide eyes and an open mouth."Now we can talk about it all we want."
"You are so evil," I said in response and he smiled at me before leaning over and kissing me. As we kissed, Dave put his hand on my leg and moved it slowly up and under the dress I was wearing. I moaned slightly into the kiss as he started rubbing me through my panties.
"I want that show now baby," Dave said as he continued to rub me through my panties.
"The kids could come upstairs at any second and catch us," I responded with.
"So what? You're in a dress and they won't know what's going on even if they do see us," Dave replied back as he took his hand out from underneath my dress. I didn't need much convincing.
I stood up and quickly took off my panties. I straddled Dave after he undid his jeans and I slid down onto him. Dave kept his hands on my hips as I started moving up and slowly. I could see the basement door from where we were on the couch and kept looking at it to make sure no kids were coming through it. I started going faster as Dave moved his hands to my ass. He started kissing my neck and chest as I continued to ride him. I closed my eyes and threw my head back as he started meeting my every move. I looked down intto Dave's eyes before kissing him. Just as we got close, I looked up and saw Violet creeping back to the basement.
"Shit," I said and grabbed Dave's hands.
"Babe come on I'm so close," Dave whined.
"Violet may have just seen us," I said as I looked at him.
"Fuck," he said as he put his head on the back of the couch. He then looked at me and pulled me down for a kiss. His way of saying that he wanted to continue. We kept going for a couple of minutes until we both came. I got off of him and sat beside him.
"What are we going to do about what just happened?" I asked as he started getting up.
"We'll just talk to her. Explain to her what was happening," Dave replied as he did up his fly.
"Ya cause that's what every 14 year old girl wants. A conversation about sex with her dad and her step mom after she possibly catches them having sex. How about you sit your ass back down and I'll talk to her," I said as I too stood up.
"I guess you're kind of right. Can you get me a beer first though please?" Dave asked as I walked around the couch.
"Sure thing," I said as walked into the kitchen. I grabbed a beer from the fridge, opened it and returned to the living room. I handed the beer to Dave and looked around for my underwear.
"What are you looking for?" Dave asked as he took a sip of his beer.
"Keep them I don't care. I'm going off to have a sex talk to Violet. Wish I could drink," I replied as I headed off towards the basement. I opened the door and yelled down Violet and she came to the bottom of the stairs. I waved for her to come up and she started up the stairs.
"Is something wrong?" she asked as she got to the top of the stairs.
"I think we should talk upstairs so your dad doesn't hear us and try to butt in," I replied.
"Good idea," she said and we headed upstairs. Violet went over to the nursery and I followed her. I closed the door as she sat down in the rocking chair.
"Did you see us?" I asked her as I started putting onesies on hangers.
"I did," she replied and I heard the chair stop rocking.
"I'm sorry. You shouldn't have had to see that. Do you have any questions?' I asked as I turned around and looked at her.
"Not really. My mom has kind of had the talk with me. Do you and my dad always do it on the couch?" she asked and it threw me off a little.
"Uh no. We just couldn't wait until you were all in bed. Did I mention I was sorry?" I asked.
"You did. Do you and my dad do it alot?" she asked throwing me off again.
"In the bedroom yes. Are you going to be ok?" I asked her.
"I'll be fine and I promise I won't tell my mom. What are we having for dinner? Kurt, Meredith and Ophelia are getting hungry. Eric fell asleep on the couch shortly after we started the movie," Violet replied.
"I think maybe we might just order in. I'm not in the mood to cook and your dad is going to be a handful. Do you think you can help put more decorations on the top part of the tree please? I can't keep going up and down," I said.
"Sure. Make sure dad knows not to tell mom about this," Violet replied and we both laughed.
"I'll give him the memo and I promise we will keep that in the bedroom from now on," I said back.
"Good. If Harper saw that mom would find out for sure," she responded with as we started to head back downstairs.
"Oh don't I know it. Hey babe why aren't you on the couch?" I asked Dave when I saw him at the bottom of the stairs.
"I had to use the bathroom. I was going to ask what you wanted for dinner," Dave replied as Violet and I walked down the stairs.
"Why don't we let Violet decide," I said and Violet turned around to look at me.
"Sure. What do you want baby girl?" Dave asked her and she thought for a minute.
"Chinese food sounds good," Violet replied with a smile.
"Ooo spring rolls sound amazing right now," I said and rubbed my belly.
"Chinese it is then. I will order while you girls finish the tree," Dave said and headed back towards the living room so he could go to the kitchen.
Violet and I finished the top of the tree while Dave ordered the food. He joined us and once again told us where this decoration or that decoration should be. When the food came, I called the kids to come eat and they all came running upstairs. We spent the rest of the night watching the Santa Claus movies before heading to bed.
