It was a nice sunny day on Saturday August 5th 2017 at the Wembley Stadium. Evee had been here before once. It had been almost two years ago when Chloe nagged her into coming to an Ed Sheeran concert. She was nowhere near the seats she had right now though. The big card that hung around her neck held a simple picture of her, her seating place and her full name (Eveline Paula Leonie Delamane). She thought that putting both her middle names on there was a little overboard but at least she didn't have Duchess Of in bold letters like Kate had.

Yet.

She knew it would be a long day, there were so many performers and the crowd was huge. Harry had told her that there would be cameras zooming in on the box they were sitting at. Everything she did was recorded now. She had to remember that.

Kate, George, Charlotte and her had arrived at the scene 30 minutes ago. Harry and William had been here all day, trying to make sure everything went to plan. When they arrived they were immediately escorted on an expensive looking golf car towards the backstage area.

"Have you heard from Harry yet?" Kate questioned, looking at Evee trying to hold on to her hat with her right hand, scared that the wind would blow it away. Charlotte was sitting on Kate's lap, looking around with wonder. George sat next to Evee, holding his hand firmly in hers.

"Not really, he texted me that everything's going to plan and he knows I would arrive around six." The blonde spoke, trying to ignore people staring at them both backstage.

Kate nodded her head, "It's a shame the concert couldn't be held on her birthday, isn't it?"

Evee nodded her head. She knew Harry was quite disappointed with the date, he anticipated on doing the concert again on July 1st, his mother's birthday but there was already an important soccer match at Wembley's that day. Instead July 1st was celebrated with a nice, quiet dinner at William's and Kate's. "At least they were together." The blonde answered, implying the two brothers.

"Are you excited, George?" Evee smiled, looking down at the boy. He was wearing beige shorts, some knee socks and a white t-shirt.  "There's going to be a lot of singers."

He nodded his head eagerly, "And fireworks."

"Yes and fireworks!" Evee grinned, turning her head towards Kate. "There's earmuffs for them, right?"

"Yes, William took care of it. I hope the kids will last through the concert. Maria's here just in case." Kate replied, mentioning the nanny. "She'll take them home if it's too much."

"They'll be fine." The blonde replied, noticing how the golf cart stopped. She could see people running around with microphones and guitars. She finally spotted James in the middle of it all. She knew Harry couldn't be far. Evee noticed how the environment changed when Kate, the kids and her stepped out of the cart. The bodyguards immediately scanned the area with their eyes, even though they were backstage.

"I'm off to search for William. Are you coming with us or going to Harry?" Kate questioned, placing Charlotte on her two feet.

"I'm going to look for that fiancé of mine. Do you need help with the kids though? I can walk along with you to Will first." Evee suggested. She didn't want Kate to struggle on her own.

"Maria will help, I'll be fine. I'll text you later, keep your phone close."

The nurse nodded her head and watched how George immediately took Maria's hand. "Okay I'll see you later." She watched how Kate gave her a brief smile and turned around. Evee immediately turned towards James, "How is he holding up?"

"A little nervous for his speech." James immediately answered, strolling down the hallway towards the room his employer was in. Bob was walking behind them.

"I'm confident he'll be brilliant." Evee smiled, gracefully trying to walk next to the broadchested bodyguard. "I hope I'll be able to calm his nerves just a little though."

They finally stopped at one closed door, "He's just talking to a band before getting on stage. He's been saying hello to some musicians. I'll let him know you're here."

The blonde watched how James knocked on the door and waited for a reply. She watched how he opened the door and stuck his head inside. "Your Royal Highness, Mrs Delamane arrived."

"Oh, bring her in then." She heard one familiar voice speak from inside. Immediately a smile formed on to her lips, she hadn't seen him all day. "I'm sure she'd love to meet you all, she's quite the fan." Her eyes widened at his voice.

Quite the fan?

Who the hell was in that room?

She tried to relax her facial features, she couldn't act like a little schoolgirl.

No, just stay calm. They're probably more nervous for you than you are for them.

Hell, she knew that was a lie. She would never get used to people stuttering in front of her or bowing their heads at her just because she had that damn ring around her finger. She would just be herself, put that signature bright smile on her face and be cordial. She could do that.

Eveline watched how James stepped aside and opened the door for her. She felt how her own feet dragged her inside automatically. The first thing she noticed was Harry standing up for her. He had been sitting on the edge of a leather couch with his arms crossed. When they locked eyes, she immediately felt calm. They both grinned at each. "Hey."

She felt him wrap his one arm around her shoulder and carefully planting one single kiss on her lips. "Hello. You look pretty." Harry spoke. "I want you to meet a couple of people."

Evee's eyes adverted from Harry's face towards the men sitting on the couch. They immediately stood up and walked towards her. When Chris Martin stuck out his hand to shake it with hers, she tried not to stare or blush. How many Coldplay records had she purchased when she was a teenager? Way too many. "It's nice to meet you, I'm Chris. This is John, Will and Guy." He pointed at the men who all gave her a polite smile and shook her hand.

"I'm a very big fan of yours. Adore your music." Evee tried to keep her voice even. "Looking forward to see you all perform." She could feel Harry stare at her, holding back a grin. He had caught his fiancé singing Coldplay songs way too many times. He knew how much this meant to her. She was an adorable fan girl trying not to swoon. He could tell be her wide eyed gaze and the way her cheeks held a tiny blush.

He had to admit, he was a little jealous. Evee had never done that when she met him.

"It's quite an honor that you enjoy our music." Guy spoke, she knew he played the bass guitar.

"I've been listening to you guys since I was sixteen. I've seen you guys in concert in Belgium."

"Really?" Chris grinned.

Harry interrupted their conversation politely, "Up&Up is her shower theme song."

She couldn't help but stare at him in anger. Of course he had to tease her. He wouldn't be her Harry if he didn't see the opportunity and took it. She watched how the band tried holding back laughter when she gave him a playful slap on the upper arm. "Nobody ever said that you had to listen."

"It is kind of hard to ignore if you sing it throughout the whole house. You have a loud voice." She couldn't help but roll her eyes at him.

"We take that as a great compliment though." Chris laughed.

"I'm not sure if you should though." Harry teased once again, holding back laughter.

"Thank you Chris. Ignore my fiancé, I'm guessing it's just the nerves for his speech later on." She cheekily spoke. She wanted to continue speaking towards the band but was interrupted by James who opened the door and signaled towards Harry, "Your brother requested to practice the speech one final time."

Harry nodded his head, "Tell him, I'll be there in a minute. Is Catherine still with him?"

"No they went to the seating places already."

"I should probably head over there as well. I'll see you later on?" She mumbled towards Harry.

"I'm coming up as soon as we are finished on stage. Will you be okay finding it?" He looked at her in concern. Meanwhile, the band was trying to advert their attention from their conversation as best as possible.

"I'll be fine, Bobby is here with me. He's waiting outside. You'll be great with that speech, I know it. Break a leg." Evee grinned up at him, ignoring the rest of the room. She quickly planted a kiss on his cheek and turned towards the band. "Good luck to you guys later on. I'll be singing along."

"Thank you."

The blonde grinned and turned around. Giving them a final wave. Her eyes made contact with Harry's one last time as she tried not to blush at his wink. When she finally met up with Bobby outside, she couldn't help but beam at him. "I just met Coldplay."

"I heard, ma'am." She could tell that he tried to keep his face as stern as possible, since they were out in public again.

"I hope I didn't come across as a blubbering teen." She mumbled quietly.

"I'm sure you didn't." They both strolled along the grey coloured corridors. The blonde could see a lot of closed doors and wondered which performers were behind them. She always liked music, she had a knack of singing along way too many times. Nothing could make her feel better than a good song on a rainy day.

She knew who would perform today and respected every single artist. There were a couple of performers of which she knew the most famous songs, but then there were bands like Coldplay and The Arctic Monkeys which she absolutely adored. She knew every single song, she could mouth every single word. Bands over which she had whined at her parents to let her go see them in concert. Bands that made her appreciate music so much more.

The corridors were narrow but Bob and her still managed to walk next to each other. When the hallway split in two, she could see someone coming from the right part.

Someone she knew.

Well she knew him, he didn't know her.

Her eyes widened and her mouth tried not to catch flies. Letting out a little shriek, she turned into the left hallway instead of the right one. "Ma'am, we need to go to the right part to get to your seats."

"Ssshh, Bobby." Evee couldn't help but whisper, her back was pressed against the wall of the other hallway. She knew he would pass the intersection and hoped that he wouldn't spot them.

Did she want to meet him? Fuck yes, she did. The man who's voice sensually sang through her speakers nearly every day.

Did she want to meet him now? No! She wouldn't know what to say. Harry wasn't here and she needed him for this. "Alex Turner. Arctic Monkeys." She tried to mouth towards Bob, who was now looking at her like she was going mental. "Let us wait for two minutes. That's all I'm asking." She whispered.

The security guard nodded his head, it was his job to do whatever she asked him to. He wouldn't and couldn't deny her request. He tried not to laugh at his employer. He doubted that she knew what kind of impact she had on the public and was certain that this Alex guy would be more nervous for her than she was for him.

The fact that she was so genuine was something that made her so appealing. He didn't think the girl was able to lie if she even wanted to. There wasn't one single bad bone in her body. "I think we're good." He heard her speak to herself. He watched how her hands traced across her light blue summer dress. "Let's go."

Evee composed herself, she didn't watch him pass the intersection but how long could it take? He wasn't that far away when she saw him in the distance. Taking a deep breath she turned around the corner. She'd be fine.  Turning her head towards her security guard, she spoke. "Bobby, you have no idea how much of a fangi-"

Her breath was caught in her throat when she could feel her chest colliding with something- or rather someone. She felt two hands steadying her around her waist, making sure she didn't fall. "Oh sorry! I didn't see you the-" Her eyes widened at the man in front of her.

She loved Harry with all her heart but dammit, he looked like a God in those black skinny jeans.

A God with such a lovely voice.

Eveline watched how realization took over the man's facial expression, he immediately dropped his hands off her waist. It wasn't protocol, he couldn't touch her like that. She was part of the royal family. He immediately composed himself. "It's my fault, I was looking down at my cellphone. My apologies."

"Oh no." Evee felt her cheeks heat up and tried not to stare at his hair. She always thought he had nice hair. "You were in the main corridor. You had priority." She chuckled.

"It's nice to meet you anyways." He flashed his white teeth at her and scanned her face. He had seen her in magazines so many times but she looked different in real life. For one, she was a lot smaller than she looked on the photographs and she smelled like strawberries. He could definitely see why the prince liked her. She was breathtaking. "I'm Alex." He stretched his hand out in front of her.

"I know. I'm a really big fan of your band. I'm Evee." She wrapped her hand around his and shook it, trying to ignore the thought of pulling him into a hug and sniffing his hair.

No.

No.

Be a professional.

Oh god, she had to call Chloe immediately and tell her that her tits touched Alex Turner's chest.

"Really? You like my band?" His eyes lightened up when she eagerly nodded her head. He noticed how she tried not to blush but failed.

"Liking is an understatement. I've been listening to your band since the start. Have you met my fiancé?" Somehow Eveline knew that Harry would have told them how much of a fan she was.

"I haven't yet, we just arrived a couple of minutes ago. We're one of the last performers." A sigh of relief fell down her face, thank god.

"I'll make sure to introduce you after the show. Are you guys staying long afterwards?" She questioned.

"We'll stay as long as you want."

She tried not blush but knew she was failing miserably. Was he actually flirting with her? No, he wouldn't. "I'll try to bring him along after the show. Anyways, it was really nice to meet you." Realization took over. She couldn't miss Harry's speech. He was more important than Alex Turner.

"Likewise." She gave him a beaming grin, flashing her white teeth. Evee was about walk further down the corridor when she heard him speak once again, "Hey!"

"Yes?" She politely spoke, turning her head around.

"If you don't mind me asking, what's your favourite song?" He looked at her from underneath his eyelashes.

"I love Kneesocks and When The Sun Goes Down but Arabella's my favourite." The blonde nodded her head.

"Good." He cheekily spoke, "I'll see you later."

She watched how he turned around and couldn't help but trace her eyes over his skinny jeans. She could feel Bobby watching her and tried not to squeal. "Please don't judge me, Bobby."

"I wouldn't dare, ma'am." She could hear the amusement in his voice.

Author's note: Well, I do love me some Alex Turner. If you want more, you'll have to comment.
