"Isaac Lahey. God how I hated him. He was so conceited and full of himself. I hate his stupid perfect face, his curly hair, his perfect smile and his stupid pretty eyes. Ok, I hate him yes, but he's a gorgeous boy and I can't keep my eyes off of him.", you thought this to yourself almost all the time.
One day you were walking to your best friend Scott's house to meet with him and your other best friend Stiles. Lydia and Allison were supposed to be coming over too and you were all supposed to just hang out. You walked up to Scott's house and went inside. Scott, Stiles and you are such good friends that you just walk into each other's houses if the door is unlocked. Anyway, you walked inside and looked around for everyone.
"Scott?"
"Upstairs (y/n)!"
You heard Stiles, "Meet us in the hallway."
You walked up the stairs and walked in the hallway. You looked around and didn't see anyone.
"Scott? Stiles? Where are you?"
All of a sudden you felt someone push you into Scott's room. You turned around quickly and saw Scott and Stiles standing in the doorway smiling like idiots.
"What the hell guys?!"
Stiles spoke, "Have fun!"
"Wh—", before you could finish the door was shut in your face. You tried opening it but it was locked, "What the hell guys this isn't funny!! Open the door!!"
You heard them laugh and Scott spoke, "Nope!"
Stiles spoke after him, "Did you see who's in there with you?"
You turned around and saw Isaac sitting on the bed with a stupid grin on his face.
"Guys!! Open the door!"
Stiles spoke, "Have fun!!", they laughed and then you heard them walk away.
You sat down on Scott's desk chair and let out a frustrated sigh. They knew you hated Isaac so why did they lock you in here with him? They must know you look at him all the time and may or may not have a crush on him.
You sat there and didn't say anything but Isaac spoke up, "You're just going to sit there and not talk to me? I think the whole point of this is to spark conversation.", he grinned again knowing he was making you mad and enjoying it.
"Shut up Lahey."
He got up and pulled one of the other chairs in the room in front of you, he sat down and leaned in closer so his face was in front of yours, "That was a little rude wasn't it?"
You felt your heart beat faster and your checks turn red, but you tried to ignore it. You spoke, "Yes it was, and your point is?"
"I'm just surprised you'd be rude to someone who you like so much. I'd say you're in love with me actually.", he smirked.
You rolled your eyes, "I don't like you. I hate you Lahey."
"I know you don't like me, you love me."
"I hate you."
"You love me."
"Hate you."
"Love me."
You sighed and looked at him, God you didn't hate him you did love him. Maybe you hated the idea of him not being yours, maybe that's what you hated, you didn't hate him.
You looked down at the floor, "You're right."
He looked shocked, "What?"
You looked up at him and smiled, "I said you're right."
"I'm right? As in you do love me?", he still looked shocked, but happy at the same time.
"Yes dummy.", you laughed and then continued to speak, "Truth is I have the biggest crush on you. I have for awhile now. I always thought I hated you but I realized that I just hated the fact that you weren't mine, I never hated you."
He smiled and took your hands in his, "That's a relief because I've liked you for the longest time too. I asked Scott and Stiles to help me win you over and this is what they came up with. I guess now it wasn't a bad idea."
"It really wasn't."
"(Y/n), would you like to be my girlfriend? Or at least go on a date with me?"
"Isaac I would love to be your girlfriend.", you smiled.
He smiled back, "That's amazing! And hey that's the first time you called me Isaac and not Lahey."
"Well I'd say we're on a first name basis now."
You both laughed and looked at each other. Once the laughing stopped you stayed looking at each other, it was like time had stopped and it was just the two of you in the whole world. Isaac started leaning in and you followed his actions, before you knew it your lips connected and sparks flew throughout your bodies.
After you kissed you rested your foreheads against each other. You wrapped your arms around his neck and the two of you stayed that way for awhile, smiles plastered on your faces.
All of a sudden you heard the door swing open and the two of you jumped.
"Aw Scott look."
"Our plan worked!"
You looked at Isaac and smiled. He took your hand in his and your smile grew bigger. You looked over at your best friends and spoke, "It did."
