A/N: kinda short but it's got a small cliffhanger!!
I stood in the small training space that Karina had left me, thinking about what she had said.
"Zeus says that he doesn't want you to show the others your powers." A powerful male voice says. I turn around, noticing his caduceus.
"Lord Hermes." I say, bowing my head. He walks over and sits down next to me,
"Poseidon though, as usual, says that showing your powers now would benefit the entire group. I also got a really weird message. From a Roman goddess. Nike. Something about...watching your hands?..." He turns, looking at me with a confused expression. I glare at him, and hand him an ice dagger,
"Bring me Aphrodite's heart and I'll explain." He bursts out laughing,
"Oh!! THAT'S what she was smiling about!!" He grabs his side, still laughing.
"You're not making this easier you know that." I say, chuckling. He turns to me, suddenly serious.
"Do you know how to breathe fire?" I look at him,
"Karina was trying to teach me, I was about to practice." He nods, scratching his beard with his caduceus.
"You know the story?"
"Ran and Shaw. Ran is red and is made of honor and duty and Shaw is blue and..." I stop, realizing what I had just said and putting it with what Karina just said.
"Figure out who you are...she was blue...Axel...what's his color?" I gasp, turning to Hermes but he's gone. I frown.
"I hate it when they do that." I get up, running towards where the rest of the group is.
I stop, I heard something.
"Josh!" My head pops up, why are they looking for me?
"Ben! Right here bro!" I step out of the woods, Ben jumps at my voice and everyone else looks at me. "Hi!"
"Where've you been?!" I look at Miki worry in her eyes.
"Practicing what Karina showed me. Axel, come here." I beckon to Axel and he walks to me. I gesture to him, "Breath fire." He shrugs and makes the hand sign, breathing in a deep breath.
"Whoa!!" I hear gasps as Axels flame leaps from his mouth, cherry red. I sigh.
"Karina." Blue flame ignites the sky. I turn to the rest of the group. "Besides the obvious that they can breathe flames, what's wrong?" Hayden's eyes widen and he raises his hand,
"Axels was red and Karinas was blue!" I nod.
"It's not gender related. Ran and Shaw. The two dragons who first taught them how to do it. Ran is red and is made of honor. Shaw is blue and if you do bad, eats you or makes you do worse stuff. Axel is red, Karina is blue. it doesn't mean shes bad though. If you can use fire you can eventually figure out which one you are." Electra looks at me,
"Which one are you?" I hear Miki's small gasp, as I look around at everyone. I look at Karina, take a deep breath, put one arm around my middle and put the other one to my lips. Middle and pointer finger together, and breathe out. Purple fire leaps out, flickers of red and blue twisting around the outside, mixing and making it bolder. I hold it for two minutes, then let it die, purple flames still flickering on my fingers. I move it to the palm of my hand and hold it out to Karina,
"Both."
