I had taken Rosa home , she did her homework and told me about her day.
Rosa: Alicia is really nice but her friend Marta is a meany.
I was now laying on the couch listening to her talk as I ate ice cream.
Me: Well be friends with Alicia and ignore Marta's mean behind.
Rosa: I am. Marta don't like that , but that's okay.
Me: You hungry?
Rosa: No. Can we go to a park?
Me: I don't know any parks around here. Hold on and I'll ask Siri.
I grabbed my phone and held the home button.
Siri: What can I do for you , Jayda?
Me: Siri , find the parks near here please.
Siri: Okay. Searching for parking lots near you.
Dumb ass.
Me: No , Playgrounds.
Siri: Okay. Searching for playgrounds near here.
Rosa: About time. Why is Siri so slow?
Me: Cause she's dumb.
Rosa laughed.
Siri: Here are the playgrounds I've found near you.
Me: There's one like 7 blocks away.
Rosa: Can we go?
Me: Yeah , of course. Grab a jacket.
Rosa: Okay.
She ran to the closet that was in the hallway and grabbed her light blue jacket and I slipped on some Nike Slides. I grabbed my Black jacket and keys along with my phone. We walked out and I locked the door behind us. We went down the stairs and out to the car. We got in and I started the engine. She hooked her iPod up to the AUX and played 3LW: I'm Gonna Make You Miss Me. I rolled down her window and pulled off. We went out the gates and I drove down the street.
I pulled up and parked. Rosa got out and ran to the playground. I cut the engine and got out. I locked the doors and went over to the bench. I sat down and pulled out my phone. I started texting Ariyanah.
Jaydaa🌹 : Heey .
Ari 💕 : Heyy chica. ¿Qué pasa?
Jaydaa🌹 : Nada. At the park with my sister. Wby ?
Ari 💕 : ¿Tú hablas Español ? & eating chicken & fries.
Jaydaa🌹: Yessh I do. Spanish blood runs in my family and I just so happened to be fluent in it along with my sister & ohh , where's mine !?
Ari 💕 : Oh that's cool 😝 & come get some before they gone 😂
Jaydaa🌹 : Aight , here I come . 🚗💨
Ari 💕 : Haahaa , too late , their gone now . 😂😂

I slipped my phone away and looked up. I saw Rosa on the swings talking to a little kid. I saw in the corner of my eye somebody sit on the bench beside me. Rosa came running up to me.
Rosa: Sissy!
Me: Yeah?
Rosa: I fell!
I looked at her knee and saw she just scraped it. I rubbed it.
Me: There's nothing wrong with it. It's still beautiful.
I smiled at her and she smiled back.
Rosa: Okay.
She ran off and I laughed. I got off the bench and walked around the park. I saw someone sitting under the street light in the curb. They looked really familiar. I couldn't really see the face cause it was down but it's just something about them seems familiar.
I slowly walked up to them.
Me: Hey are you okay?
??: I don't wanna argue with you right now , Jayda.
Me: So you know me?
They looked up at me and I saw Jayden. She had a bruise on her cheek the exact size of a hand and a busted lip.
Me: What happened?
Jayden: Like you care.
Me: But I do care.
I sat down beside her.
Jayden: I don't want to talk about it.
Me: It's cold out here and you don't have a jacket.
Jayden: Yeah I know. I just can't go home right now.
Me: Is that where the bruise came from?
Jayden said nothing.
Me: Jayden , please tell me.
Jayden: Nah , cause then your gonna use that against me.
Me: If you get beat at home , I'd never use that against you. Ever.
Jayden: I don't trust you. One bit.
Me: Whatever Jayden. I don't got time to be trying to get an answer out of you if you ain't gone give me an answer. If you don't trust me , then don't.
I got up but she grabbed my hand.
Jayden: Wait.
I looked down into her tear stained eyes.
Me: What?
Jayden: I-I'm.
Me: Your what?
Jayden: The S word.
Me: Say it fool.
Jayden: I'm s-sorry.
Me: There you go. It's okay.
Jayden: I don't wanna go home right now.
Me: But you can't stay out here. It's cold. We're about to leave now.
Jayden: We're?
Me: My sister and I.
Jayden: Oh okay.
Me: Yeah , you want me to drop you somewhere?
Jayden: I don't got no where to go. Kayla's fucking some bimbo and Skylar's probably with Aleayah.
Me: Then you come with me.
Jayden: I'm probably annoying
Me: Yes , but I don't mind.
Jayden: Are you sure?
Me: Yeah. Come on.
I stood up and helped her up.
Jayden: Last time , are you-
Me: Say that again and I'll cut ya lips off.
Jayden: Are you gone kiss them before you do?
I laughed.
Me: Uh no. I'll get a skunk or rat for that.
Jayden: Whatever , your just jealous.
Me: Of what?
Jayden: My cute ass lips.
I laughed.
Me: Girl bye.
We went to the park and saw Rosa sitting on the bench.
Rosa: Sissy , can we go now. I'm bored.
Me: Yeah sure.
We went to the car.
Me: Rosa , that's Jayden. Jayden , that's my sister Rosalia but everybody calls her Rosa.
Rosa: Hi!
Jayden: Hey. I like your name.
Rosa: Thank you. I like yours cause it rhymes with my sisters.
Jayden laughed.
Jayden: Ha , I just realized that it does.
We got in the car with Jayden being in the front.
Rosa: Are you two dating?
Me: Uh no. See Rosa , Jayden here is a butthole.
Jayden laughed.
Jayden: No , what your sister is trying to say is I'm a very nice person.
I laughed and cut on the engine putting away my phone.
Me: Bullshit!
Rosa: Sissy say bad word!
Me: Damn. Okay.
I gave her two dollars cause I said two cuss words.
Jayden: Haha.
Me: Shut up.
I pulled off and drove back to the apartment complex.
Jayden: You live here?
Me: Yep.
Jayden: It's nice.
Me: Okay look , I'm pretty sure you live in a huge house and shit , but not everybody can be as rich as you.
Jayden: I wasn't implying that.
Me: Sure.
Rosa: Another dollar please.
I parked in the garage of the apartment and cut the engine while giving Rosa a dollar.
Me: Let's go.
We all got out and went inside and into our apartment.
Jayden: Woah , this is really cool.
Me: What is?
Jayden: Your apartment. Can I take a look around?
Me: Yeah sure. Go ahead.
She went straight to the balcony. I locked the door and kicked off my shoes and hung up my jacket leaving me in my white spaghetti strap crop top. Rosa hooked up the Wii and started playing it.
I went onto the balcony and beside her.
Me: So are who are you?
Jayden: I'm Jayden.
Me: Well yeah I know that , but like who are you? Your showing me a different side of you then the side I see at school.
Jayden: I know.
Me: Why is that?
Jayden: Cause your helping me. I could always go back to being the ruthless rude mother fucker I am around everybody else.
Rosa: Give me a dollar! You said one of the F words!
Jayden: Dang , she got some good hearing.
I laughed.
Me: Yes she does. Pay up ugly!
She smiled but rolled her eyes and walked off. I skipped off after her.
