Alexandria's P.O.V.
Everything was blurry. I didn't remember much of last night but, apparently it was epic.
I reached my arms up and yet out a yawn. My body still hurt everywhere. I lifted my shirt to find a small scar left behind from the stake. But, I felt much better.
The last thing I remembered was Stefan and someone forcing me to drink blood. But, it was still all fuzzy. My teeth were aching and I was really hungry. What did happen last night? Besides the fact that Damon, Stefan and Rick kicked some ass. I heard a knock on the door and jolted up.
Stefan creaked the door open and peeked his head inside.
"Hi. How are you feeling?" he said quietly. He was upset and angry. I could tell even by looking at his eyes.
"Better, how about you?" I asked cautiously.
He nodded his head. He came inside and got on the bed laying down next to me.
"You ok, Stefan?" I asked.
He nodded his head again. Nope, he isn't.
"Stefan, what's wrong?" I asked.
He looked at my face. "Seeing and knowing that you were hurt..."
I looked at him and he had a serious look on his face. "It was hard. I didn't want to lose you again, Lex."
I got up and looked at him. At the same motion, he did the same.
I tilted my head to the side and let out a breath. "What's wrong?" he asked.
I looked at him with warm eyes and smiled a little. I bent over and hugged him tightly.
"I don't know where I'd be without you guys." I said almost in a whisper.
He kissed my forehead. "Your safe, and you're always going to stay that way with us."
I smiled and let go of him. "Let's go eat....PLEASE." I said.
I walked over out of my bed and hurried downstairs to find a glass of red liquid waiting for me.
"YES." I said.
"Someone's feeling better." I turned around to see Damon with a glass himself.
I smiled and he came over and hugged me tightly.
He lifted me slightly. "I missed you." he said.
I hugged him. "Me too."
He let go and handed me the glass and I drank it down like there was no tomorrow.
"Wow, your hungry." Stefan said.
I nodded my head.
A few minutes after sitting in the living room, there was a knock on the door.
"I'll get it." I said.
"Wait!" Stefan said.
:"What?"
"I'll get it, you sit and relax."
I looked at him and smiled. "I'm fine Stefan, don't worry."
He smiled. "Ok."
I ran to the door and answered it. A man with a brown jumpsuit with the letters UPS on his pocket stood in front of me.
"Hello, are you Alexandria Salvatore?" he asked.
"Yeah, that's me." I said.
He smiled. "This guy told me to be really careful, so here you go."
He handed me a navy blue box wrapped with a black ribbon.
"OH, and here's another thing." he said. He handed me a navy blue envelope.
"Thanks..." I said. He left and I closed the door immediately.
I careful untied the ribbon while sitting in the hallway.
I opened the box slowly and inside sat the most PRECIOUS bracelet ever.
It was a Pandora bracelet specially made because I'd never seen one like it. There were many charms on it. But, who would send this?
Before I even looked at the charms I careful opened the letter.
Inside was a beautifully designed birthday card with all different colors of blue. It was truly amazing. I opened to see neat, cursive writing written all over the card.
"THE LETTER"
Dear Alexandria,
Happy Birthday my Love. I know this wasn't a birthday you were looked forward to. But, I am so sorry for what had happened. I wish I could have come earlier to help you but, I was too late. Thank god, your safe...I don't know what I'd do if I found out you were dead. I miss you so much and I want to see you. Hopefully, I will be able to. It was horrible seeing you hurt and in pain...I couldn't bear it. Every moment without you has been difficult and I hope you understand that I couldn't come to you. It was for your safety and I needed you to be safe.
The first day we met is like a video that keeps replaying in my mind. Your smile, your eyes...everything. I didn't want that night to end in the bistro. When we danced, I don't know but everything came in place. The next day, we had a picnic at the park and I had the same feeling of not leaving you. When we kissed, I knew that you were mine. I never wanted to leave your side and you were all I thought about. We continued meeting each other and I remember on August 18th, I said I Love You and that night was perfect.
Every one of these charms represents something we've shared together. -
The golden heart and key - You hold the key to my heart.
The flower birthstone - For you being born and brought into my life.
The cake - Your birthday this year.
The knot - So you won't 'forget me knot'.
The A- For Alexandria.
And of course the "I Love You" charm.
I hope you like this bracelet. Please do remember that even though I'm not there with you, i'll always love you and only you no matter what. It hurts me to stay away from you and I really hope we can be together one day. I'm not sure if you hate me for leaving you or you miss me. But, remember that you'll always be in my heart. Also, I put another charm underneath the foam in the box. I'm not sure if you want to put that on your bracelet because I'm not sure if your mad at me.
I'm so sorry. I hope you forgive me for whatever has happened.

By the time I finished the letter, tears were falling from my eyes.
How could he think I was mad at him? I would never be mad at him. Where was he going? Is he leaving? Is he ok? All these questions filled my mind. I missed him terribly.
I looked at the bracelet closely and examined the charms. They were beautiful. They reminded me of all our memories shared together. Then, I quickly took the foam off the box and underneath was a tiny charm.
It was a scroll that said "Forever Together." I took it and opened the bracelet and carefully placed the charm on the chain.
I put the bracelet on my hand and wiped the tears on my face. I walked over to the living room where Stefan and Damon sat. They both got up and looked at me.
Damon was the first to walk over to me. "What happened?" he asked concerned.
Stefan came over. "Lex, what's wrong?"
Tears start spilling from my eyes. "Can someone please tell me what happened last night?" I said through the tears.
Stefan came over and placed his hands on my cheeks. He wiped the tears away.
"Gregg came last night before we did. He was there Lex, and he's alive." he said half-smiling.
A small smile escaped from my mouth.
"You guys saw him?" I said sniffling.
He nodded his head. "And he was so worried. He left before we took you home and we didn't even get to talk to him....I'm so sorry Alex."
A tear fell down my face.
"I remember someone coming in and yelling at Victoria but I couldn't open my eyes because my whole body hurt. It was him..." I said.
He nodded. "Lex, he was crying. He was really upset and he does miss you a lot."
I hugged Stefan.
"He gave me a letter and this bracelet." I showed him the bracelet. He looked at the charms and smiled.
"It's beautiful. He really does care about you." he said sincerely.
"Does that mean you like him?" I said.
He flashed his teeth for a second. "Yes, he's perfect for you."
I flashed my teeth.
"Now, go take a shower!" he said. I smiled and ran up the stairs.
Stefan's P.O.V.
Gregg was right for Alex. He cared about her a lot and even though I only spend 2 minutes with him, I know he was the one for her.
I looked to see Damon with a half caring face.
"Well, that was sweet." he said.
"She's happy so, I'm happy." I said.
He nodded. "Yeah, it was...good to see her smile again." He was so uncomfortable when it came to talking about emotions. But, if it's Alex he would never hesitate.
"But, promise me one thing?" he said.
I looked at him.
"What?"
A smirk formed on his lips. "If we meet this Gregg kid, we are going to give him the 'if you hurt our sister' talk."
I laughed. "Yes, it will be truly hilarious to see his expression."
