sometimes I see,
the world in black and white
as if it is split into two,
only dark and light.
there are only the good,
there are only the bad.
there are only the happy,
there are only the sad.
but I don't think,
this is strictly true,
how can someone be bad
through and through?
and just when I thought
things couldn't be duller,
I started to see the world in colour.
