autumn is the feeling of crisp, crunchy leaves
and the blustery chill that whips up your sleeves.
autumn is the feeling of conkers and acorns,
and the dead ugly flowers, sharp like thorns.
autumn is the feeling of good halloween fun
and the days getting shorter, saying bye to the sun.
autumn is the feeling of a new year at school
and the foggy grey air that feels so cool.
autumn is the feeling of wearing a thick scarf and jumper
and the bright orange pumpkins that look a lot plumper.
autumn for me is a in-between time,
but as favourite seasons go, I think this is mine.
