there's nothing worse than
trying to hold in all together.
you see your life slipping away
knowing it will change forever.
there's nothing worse than
looking into your reflection
and seeing your eyes well with tears
and altering perceptions.
you're not the person you once were
even if you want to be,
you have to be strong and brave,
then the future you will see.
