Next weekend...
Location - Station Entrance
Your POV
Today is the day where I would go out and look for The Cave of Destiny, assuming this cave is actually real. Accompanying me is the Roselia girls, since it was their idea to go check this out. I arrived at the entrance by the train station, and I start to wait for the girls to arrive.
"Someone sure is here early." A familiar voice calls out to me.
I looked over and I saw Yukina and Lisa heading towards me together.
"Good morning, Yukina. Lisa." I greeted them with a smile.
"Morning to you, too." Lisa said. "Are you ready to find The Cave of Destiny?"
"Yeah, but something tells me that it is going to be a lot harder than it looks." I replied.
"Come on, have a little faith!" Lisa said. "I'm sure we can do it if we put our minds to it."
"The day we find this cave is the day I let you paint my nails."
Lisa giggled
"Okay, I might hold you to it."
A few moments later, two more girls approached us. Ako and Rinko.
"Good morning, everyone!" Ako said in her usual cheerful tone.
"Good morning..." Rinko said softly.
"Good morning, you two." I said to Ako and Rinko.
"Huh? Where's Sayo-san?" Ako asks.
"Good question. It's not... like her to be late." Rinko said.
"Should we try texting her?" Lisa asks.
"That's probably a good idea." Yukina said just as she starts to pull out her phone.
At that moment, someone came running towards us. It was Sayo, and she was completely out of breath.
"S-Sorry I'm late." She panted.
"It's not like you to be late, though." Lisa said. "Did something happen?"
"I was doing my research..." Sayo replied.
"Research on what?" I asked.
"The Cave of Destiny, and I know exactly where to find it, too." She replied.
"Oh yeah? Where do we find this cave?" Yukina asked.
"It's located here, really deep in the mountains."
Sayo pulls out her phone and shows it to all of us exactly where it was.
"Sounds like... we'll need to... take the bus to get there, huh?" Rinko said.
"Yeah, it seems so." I replied.
I can hear Lisa giggling in the background.
"Is everything ok, Lisa?" I asked.
"Well, since we know where the cave is..." She smirks. "That means I get to do your nails!"
"Dammit..." I muttered under my breath.

Several hours later...
Location - The Cave of Destiny
After a long bus drive and walking around for a while, the Roselia girls and I stumbled upon a cave that we have never seen before.
"Hey, isn't that it up ahead?" Ako asks while pointing at the unknown cave.
"You're right. This is The Cave of Destiny." Sayo replied.
This is it... we really found the cave we're looking for.
"So, what happens now?" I asked.
"You go in there, and the guardian of the cave will guide you, reminding you of your destiny." Sayo explains.
"You really did do your research, huh?" Yukina smiles.
"You bet I did." Sayo smiles back.
"So, do we... all go in the cave?" Rinko asked.
"I hope not." Lisa shivers. "It does look dark and scary in there."
"Don't worry. I was planning on going in by myself." I said.
Everyone gasped by my decision.
"You sure you want to do that?" Sayo asked. "What if you get lost?"
"I'll be fine." I firmly said. "I'll be back before you know it."
"Promise all of us that you'll be careful, okay?" Lisa said as she looks at me with a serious expression.
"I promise."
I nodded before walking inside The Cave of Destiny, to rebuild what was once broken.

A few minutes later...
I walked inside The Cave of Destiny on my own. I've been walking for only a few minutes now, and I don't even know what I'm looking for. Good thing I got the flashlight function on my phone to help guide me through the dark.
"I wonder if it's too late to turn back now?" I asked myself.
As I kept walking, I saw some kind of light up ahead.
"Maybe that's where I need to go."
I start to run towards it. However, I was stopped short by what I saw down below...
"Wow... so pretty..."
It was a good thing that I stopped running to notice this, otherwise I might've fallen in. But what is it, though? Is it a whole other universe?
"Welcome, (Y/N) (L/N)." An unknown voice calls out to me from... somewhere?
"Who said that? And where are you?"
"I am right here..."
Particles of light start to appear. They combined together to form a spirit that looks like a female.
"I had a feeling you were going to show up." She said.
"Who are you?" I asked.
"My name is Enna, and I am the guardian of The Cave of Destiny." She introduces herself.
"Enna, huh?"
"That's right, and I know exactly why you're here." She said.
"Wait, you know?!"
"That's right. You see, I've been watching over you from the sidelines..." Enna explains as she shows me something down below.
I looked down carefully, and I saw... my memories. More specifically, the day where I had the live performance battle with Ave Mujica, and all of the pain and suffering I had to deal with it after my defeat.
"You were challenged to a musical showdown with Ave Mujica, and as a result, you lost more than just your guitar."
I let out a sigh as I knew exactly what she was talking about.
"You're right... My destiny to be a musician was also lost, and now, I am too scared to perform again." I said as I look down at my hand, slightly shaking.
"Tell me, are you going to give up?" Enna asked after a while.
I fell silent myself as I try very hard to come up with a response.
"Well..."
"Well?"
I took a deep breath before answering.
"I don't want to give up." I said softly.
"Care to repeat that?"
"I said... I DON'T WANT TO GIVE UP!"
Enna smiled.
"That was all I needed to hear." She said before putting her hand forward. "Now, allow me to see your guitar."
I nodded as I gave Enna my guitar. She closed her eyes before she started to glow like a lightbulb. I watched carefully, wondering what she's going to do with my guitar.
Before I knew it, there was a huge flash, and then...
...my guitar changed completely.
"What did you do to it?" I asked.
"I placed some of my powers into your guitar, and transformed it into the instrument that controls destiny." She explains.
"Controls destiny?"
"That's right. It'll take some time to master it, but given your determination, I know you can do it." She smiled.
She hands the guitar back over to me, and I held it to get a better look at it. It was pretty amazing, what with it being galaxy-theme and all that. As I held it, I felt a strange power flowing through my body. Enna did say she placed some of her powers inside of it, so maybe it's from that?
"From this day forward, the Galactic Guitar is now yours." Enna said. "Now take it, and rebuild your destiny from the ground up."
"I will, and thank you for your help." I said.
I bowed my head and I start to make my way out of the cave. I wonder how Roselia is going to respond when they see this?

A few minutes later...
"(Y/N)!!!" Lisa and Ako said together as I stepped out of the cave.
"Hey, sorry to keep you waiting." I said to them.
"It's fine, but..." Yukina started.
"What happened in there?" Sayo finishes.
"Well, this happened."
I showed the girls my brand new guitar, and they were quite surprised by what it looks like.
"Is that... your guitar?" Rinko asked.
"That's right." I replied. "It's the instrument that's supposed to change destiny for the greater good."
"Oh yeah?" Lisa speaks. "It looks like a normal guitar to me, though."
"I doubt it is." Sayo replies. "(Y/N)-san, could you play it for us?"
"Sure."
As instructed, I played the guitar for a little bit in front of Roselia. As I did, they, including myself, were mind-blown by how it sounded... This is exactly different from my old guitar, and it's incredible.
"Amazing..." Sayo said, completely speechless.
"Yeah, it was..." Yukina said, quite speechless herself.
"But it sounded so cool!" Ako said. "What do you think, Rin-rin?"
"Yeah... it made my heart race... just by listening to it." The keyboardist replied.
"Does this mean that you're going to take on Ave Mujica again?" Lisa asked.
"Not yet." I replied.
"Why not?"
"I got something back home I need to take care of first."
Without questioning it any further, the girls and I began to make our way back to the bus stop, and as we did, only one thing was on my mind...
Aoi, it's time for me to make things right between us.
