Deku's POV:

I woke up to the soft rays of sunlight filtering through my window, the warmth of the morning embracing me as I slowly regained consciousness. Blinking away the remnants of sleep, I tried to shake off the fog that clouded my mind, but something felt off, like a missing puzzle piece that refused to fit into place.

Rubbing the sleep from my eyes, I glanced around my room, taking in the familiar surroundings with a sense of confusion. It wasn't until I caught sight of my calendar hanging on the wall that the realization hit me like a ton of bricks—it was a weekday, which meant school.

With a sigh, I dragged myself out of bed, my thoughts still muddled as I tried to piece together the events of the previous day. But no matter how hard I tried, the memories remained elusive, slipping through my fingers like grains of sand.

Shaking my head in frustration, I pushed aside my confusion and focused on the task at hand. There would be time to unravel the mystery later, but for now, I needed to get ready for the day ahead.

After a quick shower, brushing my teeth, and change a of clothes, I made my way downstairs, the echoes of my footsteps filling the empty hallway. As I descended the staircase, I was surprised to find the common area deserted, the usual bustle of activity replaced by a solemn silence.

But then, out of the corner of my eye, I caught sight of Mina sitting alone on the couch, her expression somber as she stared off into the distance. Without hesitation, I crossed the room and took a seat beside her, a knot of unease forming in the pit of my stomach.

"How are you feeling, Mina?" I asked, my voice soft with concern.

Mina turned to look at me, her eyes filled with a mixture of sadness and confusion. "Izuku, why did you kiss Uraraka yesterday?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

I froze, the blood draining from my face as her words sank in. "I did what?" I stammered, my mind reeling with disbelief.

Mina's brow furrowed in confusion. "Do you not remember what happened yesterday?" she pressed, her gaze searching mine for answers.

I shook my head, a sense of dread creeping over me like a dark shadow. "The last thing I remember was apologizing to you," I admitted, my voice tinged with worry.

As Mina recounted the events of the previous day, my heart sank with each passing moment. I listened in stunned silence as she described the kiss with Uraraka, the realization hitting me like a sledgehammer.

"I'm guessing this is what you meant by 'I can't control my body when I'm around her...'" Mina said quietly, her words hanging heavy in the air.

I could only nod in response, the weight of my actions pressing down on me like a crushing weight. How did this happen? How could I have let this happen?

"When did this start happening?" Mina asked, her voice breaking through the fog of my thoughts.

"Since me and Kacchan broke up, so about four months ago," I confessed, my voice barely above a whisper.

The revelation hung between us, a silent acknowledgment of the tangled web of emotions that had brought us to this moment. But as the weight of our conversation settled over us, a determination stirred within me.

We couldn't change the past, but we could learn from it. And moving forward, I vowed to do whatever it took to make things right, no matter the cost.

With a heavy heart, I rose from the couch and offered Mina a reassuring smile. "Let's go to class," I said, my voice steady despite the turmoil raging inside me.

Together, we made our way to Aizawa's class, our steps echoing in the empty hallway. And as we entered the room, I made a silent vow to keep a closer eye on Uraraka, to ensure that nothing like yesterday would ever happen again.

But deep down, I knew that the road ahead would be fraught with challenges. And as the day unfolded, I couldn't shake the feeling that our troubles were far from over.

As the lesson began, I forced myself to focus, burying my doubts beneath a facade of concentration. The minutes ticked by in a blur, the sound of Aizawa's voice a distant echo as my thoughts wandered back to the events of the previous day.

Despite my best efforts to push them aside, the memories lingered, haunting me like ghosts from the past. How could I have let myself lose control like that? What if it happened again?

As the bell rang, signaling the end of class, I felt a surge of relief wash over me. But as I gathered my belongings and prepared to leave, a sense of foreboding settled over me like a heavy weight.

The road ahead was fraught with uncertainty, and I knew that the challenges we faced were far from over. But as I glanced at Mina, determination burned bright in her eyes, a silent promise to stand by my side no matter what.

With her support, I knew that together, we could face whatever lay ahead. As we left the classroom behind, I made a silent vow to do whatever it took to protect those I cared about especially kacchan, no matter the cost.
