The whole week went a bit better than everyone expected. Even after Y/n fighting with Eunwoo so many times.... It seemed like everyone was just so happy that Y/n acted as they did before.
- Y/N POV -
We had all gotten back from vacation and the girls were quickly greeted with a last minute show.
"You're coming, right?!" Haerin excitedly asked me.
From what I could remember, I had never actually gone to her shows but from the way she was acting.... it seemed like she expected it.... it seemed like something I regularly did.
"We will!" Karina spoke up out of nowhere.
"Not you Unnie. I'm still mad at you!" Haerin abruptly responded.
"Okay," Karina seemed embarrassed.
"Yeah, I'll be there!" I tried to ease the tension.
"Okay, just be there on time!" Haerin seemed really excited.
Yoongi and I dropped the girls off at their dorm and went back home.
It seemed like Yoongi was really happy about the trip.
"Did you remember anything?" He asked me.
"Not much," I answered him honestly as we got home.
"Haerin seems to be really taking charge now!" Brother seemed to start teasing.
"Really?" I asked a bit confused.
I didn't think I'd ever let someone take control of me.
"She was always the priority and always ran the show but now she has a mouth and attitude to follow!" Yoongi kept taking as if he was so amused.
"Is that good or bad?!" I asked as we kept unpacking the trucks.
"It's great!" Brother answered.
"She seems like she's ready to be your wife!" Yoongi kept on speaking all excited.
I froze for a bit.
"You think so?" I got a bit excited.
I didn't know why I was so happy but I really liked it.
"Haerin has learned a lot. I just wish you could remember," Yoongi seemed to say it as if it was joke.
He was in such a good mood....
But I took offense to it.
"Well... I can't....," I answered all upset.
"Y/n!" Yoongi yelled as I stormed into the house all angry.
I walked into my room and grabbed my boxing gear. I then walked out of the house and ignored Yoongi on the way out.
I was headed towards the boxing gym.
It seemed like a good place to let some tension out.
"I can't fucking remember! Why can't everyone understand that?!" I thought to myself as I punched the heavy bag in front of me.
"What if I never remember everything again?! Fucking ARRGHHH!" I kept on angrily punching the bag.
"Oh, look who's here!" Kazuha-ssi suddenly exclaimed as she walked into the gym.
"Hi?" I answered a bit agitated.
"You look serious, something wrong?" She asked.
"What? No, I just came to train," I lied.
Kazuha suddenly grabbed my glove and pulled it out. "You never wrap your hands when you're angry. You just put your gloves on," she said as a matter of fact.
"What's wrong?" She followed up.
I sighed in frustration and took off my other glove.
"Everyone wants me to remember everything but I can't," I shared in annoyance.
"No one is expecting you to remember... we all just wish you could...," Kazuha answered.
"Damn, you too!" I hissed in annoyance, walking back to the locker room.
Kazuha followed me to the locker room and pinned me to the walk abruptly.
"You've always been a pain in the ass and dense but you've never been stupid. Have you ever stopped to think about how it makes us feel to see a dead corpse walking?" Kazuha-ssi angrily got in my face.
"Zuha-" I quickly caught myself not knowing what I was saying.
Kazuha seemed to recollect herself and let me go.
"Zuha?" She gave me a sad smirk before turning away from me.
I quickly grabbed her wrist to turn her back around.
She was silently sobbing.
"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you," I whispered... not knowing what I was apologizing about.
"You don't have to apologize. It's just hard to be around you when you can't remember anything that happened between us," Kazuha wiped her tears.
"Between us?" I questioned a bit confused.
"Did we date before?" I asked myself.
Kazuha sighed and sat on one of the benches. It looked like she was contemplating on if she should tell me something.
"Did we date?" I asked out loud.
Kazuha just snickered a bit.
- Kazuha POV -
I felt hilarious stupid to keep trying to be Y/n's friend when Y/n would just look at you with those clueless eyes.
"Well, did we?" Y/n asked again.
Y/n and I had agreed to never talk about that day but seeing that Y/n couldn't remember anything anyway....
"We promised to never talk about it but it's not like you can remember it anyway," I finally gave in.
I took a deep breath...
"No. We didn't date," I answered Y/n's question.
"We went on one date. You and I were so nervous around each other that night that we drank to ease the nerves...
You and Haerin-ah had broken up for a bit during that time... and you wouldn't stop moping around... So, Sakura unnie set us up," I explained.
"Me and Haerin broke up?" Y/n asked all confused.
I nodded in response.
"You did... but it was really more like a really long fight... than you two actually wanting to break up," I tried to explain it in a way that it wouldn't hurt Y/n and Haerin's current relationship.
"Anyway," I tried to recollect my thoughts.
"You ended up at the Le Sserafim dorm with me and umm... neither of us... realized how drunk we were.. until we woke up the next day in my bed... well you get it," I started to get flustered.
"We hooked up?" Y/n asked all confused.
"Yup! But it didn't mean anything to you... I kept chasing you around for a bit... until I realized I had no chance. Haerin is practically your whole life," I answered with a sad smile.
I really did end up liking Y/n.
Y/n was really fun to be around. I always felt very safe around them too.
Y/n sighed a bit and suddenly walked over to seat next to me.
It always made my heart race when Y/n would be so close.
"So, were you like my first?" Y/n whispered looking a bit embarrassed.
I couldn't help but chuckle.
"No, believe me. You have more experience than I do!" I laughed a bit.
"With Haerin?" Y/n turned all red.
I laughed again at how adorable and innocent Y/n looked.
"No, I'm pretty sure just the thought of it terrifies the both of you!" I teased.
"Then who?" Y/n seemed all confused.
I really couldn't help but laugh.
I hadn't talk to Y/n for this long since the surgery.
I hadn't realized how very different and innocent Y/n had turned.
"What?! What do you keep laughing at?!" Y/n asked all agitated but with a small chuckle following after.
"You're just so cute now!" I laughed.
"I wasn't cute before?!" Y/n teased.
"Nope. You were just hot," I said all serious.
My answer seemed to get Y/n get all flustered.
"Okay... but if not Haerin and not you... then who? As far as I knew before, I had only dated Haerin," Y/n got all serious again.
I snickered a bit.
Y/n seemed like a lost puppy looking for answers.
"I think it was probably Yeji or maybe Karina," I answered.
"You dated them both and you really aren't the type for hookups. Well, unless you're drunk," I teased.
"I dated Yeji?" Y/n asked a bit shocked.
"Wait Karina too?!" Y/n followed up.
"They seem nothing like Haerin!" Y/n seemed really confused but in a cute way.
"Yup, Yeji was your first girlfriend and then you dated Karina. Karina ended up breaking up with you because she was jealous of Haerin and then you two started dating," I explained.
"How do you know all this?" Y/n questioned.
It was a valid question really.
"Like I said, you're were moping.. and you talk a lot when you're drunk...," I teased.
"You also like to kiss a lot really weirdly. Like sucking on my lips and shit," I added... starting to reminisce on that night.
"Haerin kisses like that," Y/n chuckled.
Suddenly, I felt like I came back to reality.
I cleared my throat and got up off my seat.
"Anyways, I heard Newjeans is attending our company festival and you always go to their events. So, run along. Go get some rest for tomorrow!" I coldly said before walking out of the locker room.
