Darren: Queen...
She dashed towards me with her sword while I blocked it with my dagger.
White Queen: Don't you understand, Darren Satoru?
She overpowered me and made me roll to my sides, I dropped my emotionless face as I stared at her.
White Queen: I'm the part who Kurumi Tokisaki, the one who you call to love so much, has abandoned. That's who I really am!
My eyes just widened in shock as she dashed towards me and sliced my back with her sword.
Darren: (Tch, that hurts.)
I summoned my daggers once more while the cat jumped in front of me.
Darren: Tch! Run away from here!
White Queen just stared at the cat before trying to attack it with her sword. But it was blocked by Tsuan's hammer. Yui also jumped down from who knows where and held a kunai.
Tsuan: Queen.
White Queen: You're interfering with me and my Darren-kun.
Tsuan: In order for me to have my faceoff against Darren Satoru.
I picked up the cat and swiftly ran away.
White Queen: You won't get away!
She shot a bullet towards my head that my darkness blocked. She shot another bullet towards the cat that we dodged by a hairline. Tsuan took this chance and tried to attack White Queen with her hammer. I took this chance to run.
Tsuan: I wanted to try fighting with him but it can't be helped.
White Queen: You wanted to fight against Darren-Chan was it? Talk about teaming up and fighting like cowards.
Tsuan: You're the coward.
Yui: And the devil who wants to destroy the Neighbouring world. We'll defeat you here.
White Queen: You foolish bunch. If you had Darren-Chan as your strategist then there might have been a chance that you could've outplayed me.
I placed the cat on a table while the I sat on a chair. I looked at it with concern while I petted its head.
Darren: Are you ok? You've had your human appearance stolen right?
An image of White Queen flashed before my eyes again.
Darren: "Abandoned..." I... don't know what she means at all.
Suddenly, an announcement happened.
???: Satoru Darren-San from the first year and class C. Head to the chapel, Queen is awaiting for your arrival there.
Repeat: Satoru Darren-San from the first year and Class C. Head to the chapel at once please.
I gripped my fist as I looked outside the window.
-Back in the house-
Kurumi POV:
I looked at the TV while Lucas and Yuko was staring at the TV intensely as well. But I was worried about Darren-Chan, the rest cannot be said the same for them.
Yuko: Darren... you must have a plan for this.
Lucas: That announcement is obviously a trap to lure you there.
Kurumi: Darren-Chan... please be safe.
Lucas: Kurumi. Darren has been in worser situations than something like this. Have some faith in him.
Yuko: This time is no different than those other dangerous situations he has been in, only problem is that his powers doesn't work.
Kurumi: Why did he choose Zaphkiel specifically?
Lucas: If I have to guess, then he might have chose it out of sentimentality, he is attached to that angel due to how much it reminds him of you.
-In the courtyard-
3rd Person POV:
Kunais were shown being thrown at White Queen which she easily parried with her sword while blocking a hammer attack from Tsuan. White Queen shot her in the stomach which sent her into a wall.
White Queen: You're quite a stubborn one.
Tsuan: I... still can...
White Queen: No, you can't.
She continued to shoot Tsuan in the shoulders, arms and legs. Suddenly, kunais surrounded White Queen while Yui started to mutter something.
Yui: Seven Treasure Pilgrims: Rear Abrasion Circle.
A circle formed under White Queen while it started to glow.
White Queen: So this was your real aim.
Fire even started to erupt from the circle as White Queen just looked around.
Yui: With this-
White Queen suddenly threw her sword and pointed her gun at it.
White Queen: Mozanim. With this.
She pointed her gun at Yui while Yui just looked in shock.
Yui: Why do you want to destroy the Neighbouring World?
White Queen: I hate everything about this place.
Yui:L What about that boy Satoru Darren?
She softened her gaze but still kept the gun to Yui's head.
White Queen: I hate him. But after reuniting with him I've understood. I actually love him and hold him dear after all. Yes, he's precious to me. The only one that I truly love, however, I still hate him though.
She shot her bullet towards Yui's head, killing her.
-To Darren-
Darren POV:
I walked through the class hallways while placing my hands in my pockets.
Darren: (Life is remorseless. Our lives are nothing but sacrifices for the sake of our goals.)
I looked down below my foot and saw countless dead versions of myself. Some of them are most probably from alternate timelines.
Darren: (Thus, there is no need to feel anything for us. We don't need any allies. That's what I used to think. But this warm sensation I've been feeling these past few months, or these flowing tears that I've only ever shed for this one person, are not fake at all.)
I placed my hand onto my face as I continued to walk.
Darren: (Even though I've already accepted it months ago. This dazzling sensation that I've only ever felt for that one person. It must be love, right?)
I slowly opened the door again to this familiar battlefield. White Queen praying to the alter again while I held my dagger and gun.
White Queen: Hi there, Satoru Darren.
She dashed towards me with her sword again that I blocked with my dagger.
Darren: Aleph.
She dodged a bullet that I fired while it returned to me, giving me acceleration.
White Queen: Mozanim.
She teleported away and appeared near me while pointing her gun to my stomach again. This time, I dodged it this time though and it only scraped my cheek.
Darren: (I'll only use Zaphkiel and none of my own darkness powers.)
I blocked an incoming attack with my dagger and dodged as she tried to slash at me. She slashed at my coat again, which made me fall to the ground. She pointed her gun at me while I looked at her with a angry look on my face.
White Queen: Say... Darren-Chan...
My angry face immediately turned into one of shock.
White Queen: Why did you have to seal me?
My eyes immediately widened as she started walking towards me and placed her face on my face.
White Queen: Why did you have to seal me and steal my power for your own? Why did you have to favor Kurumi Tokisaki instead of me?
I couldn't answer and instead just looked at the floor while she placed her hand on my face.
White Queen: Even when I am finally released... why do you still care more about her than me?
Darren: I...
White Queen: I'm so jealous of her, this is why I guided us here. So that we can be here forever.
Darren: And yet you want to destroy it... you wanted to destroy the place where you wanted me to stay with you for an eternity.
White Queen: Yeah, If I leave with you, we won't have to deal with Kurumi Tokisaki or the Monarchs ever. Just stay with me and we can achieve peace. Isn't it magnificent? We can finally be together without anyone interrupting us.
She desummoned her gun and sword while slowly walking towards me.
Darren: White Queen! What do you really desire from me?
She placed her hand on my cheeks while sitting on my stomach, I just looked at her, not even wanting to break eye contact with her.
White Queen: At first, I wanted to destroy everything. But after fighting you three times in a row, I've realized one thing. I am really just jealous of how you act with Kurumi Tokisaki and how much love you show her while I was shown nothing but disgust and anger. I want you to look at me with those loving eyes that looked at Kurumi Tokisaki.
White Queen: I haven't been able to befriend anyone here. But it's different this time... I don't care about others. If only I could have you looking at me and shower me with love that you showed Kurumi Tokisaki, that would be more than enough for me. Because I love you... Darren Satoru.
Darren: then... if you love me like you claim to. Then why did you make the Quasi-spirits kill themselves? They have nothing to do with our love nor me for this matter.
White Queen: I did it to acquire power, but is that so bad? You did the same as well, my love. You killed just in order to gain more Monarch soldiers and you manipulated other people into allowing you to gain power. They're all dead now anyways.
Darren: I see... It's my fault that you've turned like this, White Queen. I just have two things that I would like to say to you.
A small sphere began to shape on my hand and it slowly started to enlarge as it covered the church.
Darren: I love you as well and I don't regret unsealing you from Kurumi's body.
I placed my gun on her stomach while she smiled at me and started to caress my hair slowly.
White Queen: That's right.
Darren: But, to atone, the two of us will be meeting the same fate. I'll bring you back home while I'll carry your pain for you.
She jumped up as I shot a bullet.
Darren: Total control room.
The bullet started to follow her as I moved my fingers.
-Total control room. A sphere in where every non living being has to obey the order to the person that controls the room. The person that controls the room just has to simply move or wave their finger in order to control the non living objects inside the room-
She fired another bullet towards my bullet and she started to fire bullets towards me that I moved.
Darren: Room.
I teleported besides her and tried a gun shot that she dodged.
Darren: (The responsibility falls on me for making like this. White Queen, if the both of us were to go home and survive. I will love you as well.)
Darren: Room.
I teleported myself back to the ground when she fired gunshots towards me.
Darren: (So I'll make sure to see this through.)
I moved my finger and the chandelier that she stood on came crumbling down.
White Queen: Very well, it's fine if you don't want to be by my side. I'll just need to keep you alive and force you to be my darling in that case then.
I moved my fingers as a chair made its way towards White Queen. She fired a bullet towards it.
White Queen: Arie.
The bullet fired through the chair and broke one of my daggers.
Darren: Room, Zaphkiel: Aleph!
I teleported towards White Queen while firing a bullet towards the chair. Which made its way towards White Queen and sent her towards the wall. She came out unscathed though as I moved my fingers.
White Queen: Do you think you can stop me with just this?
Darren: I could.
White Queen: If that's what you want, Darling. Then I'll send it right back at you.
Darren: Here I come.
We both fired off one last bullet towards each other.
White Queen: Keshet.
Darren: Zayin.
The bullets hit each other as it exploded as she rushed towards me.
Darren: Queen, despite your immense power. You are not fit to be in the battlefield. You're missing the most important thing here!
White Queen: Nonsense.
Darren: Dalet!
I fired a bullet towards her that she dodged while she fired off another bullet towards my arms and sent me towards the ground.
White Queen: This time...
Darren: I got you. Room.
I teleported towards White Queen as Delt hit her and penetrated her stomach.
Darren: Tch! You can't let anything distract you in a battle. You lost already the moment that you were fixated only on me.
White Queen: Darling... you're really amazing as expected.
Darren: Queen... you...
White Queen: I know, I've became a monster didn't I?
Darren: No! You're not a monster! There must be some way to heal you! I will heal you!
White Queen: Is this why you would look at Kurumi with the same warm eyes that you are looking at me with right now? Because she isn't someone like me?
Darren: No, no! You're not a monster, this wouldn't change the fact that I still killed you.
White Queen: Darling, you're tearing up.
I didn't even bother to dry my tears and instead just placed both of my hands on her hand.
White Queen: Tell the girl I turned into a cat I'm sorry.
Darren: That's fine... just don't die! You'll tell her yourself about how sorry you are.
Darren: (Inverses runs on cursed energy. So if I transfer all of my mana into cursed energy and make her swallow it then it might heal her wound.)
White Queen: And one more thing. I hope your love blossoms with Kurumi one day.
Darren: (Ciel isn't here so ROOM OVERLOAD! MANA TO CURSED ENERGY! Don't care about how my body would react to it.)
My body started to slowly have mana transferred into cursed energy as I puked out some blood.
Darren: Queen... you won't die. I won't allow you to die. If you will die, at least die after I die.
I kissed her on the lips as she yelped a bit. My blood stained some of my lips as her wound slowly closed up and she reciprocated the kiss back.
Darren: (Room Maximum Overload! Transfer mana into Cursed Energy as fast as possible until I have almost no mana left.)
I refused the sudden urge to puke as I continued to inject cursed energy into White Queen using my saliva and she moaned a bit when we broke apart.
White Queen: Why did you...
Darren: I told you didn't I? I won't let you die here.
I bride style carried her out of the church.
Darren: You said that I am your darling, so as your darling. I won't let you die here.
The two of us that headed out of church was greeted by Hibiki who I shot without a second thought.
Darren: Your the real one, right?
White Queen: I'm here, Darling.
Hibiki: You grazed my face! And also why is Queen here.
Darren: She's my darling, got any problem with it? Also, I really don't care that I scraped your face. You're my enemy right?
Hibiki: I'm your ally! Your ally! I'm Higoromo Hibiki, the white cat you saved.
Darren: Oh yes, that's right. I wanted to give you-
Hibiki: You were really cute when you were petting me.
I shot her a second time without any emotions.
Hibiki: You shot me again!
Darren: You got on my nerves too much today.
Hibiki: don't shoot me for a reason like that. And I have also regained my human appearance as well.
Darren: So does that mean you can't turn into a cat?
Hibiki: That might be a little difficult.
Darren: That's too bad... It really is. I was going to gift a new cat to Queen here.
White Queen just clenched onto my arm as I smiled.
Hibiki: Why do you sound so disappointed over this?! In any case. What will the two of you do now? Darren-San and Queen.
Darren: I've decided. I'll go back to the other world and meet them again. It's our promise that I'll head home to them after all.
Hibiki: Then, I'll head with you. It's gonna be a long journey right?!
Darren: That's not necessary here.
Hibiki: Don't be like that. Come one, don't you want another companion, Darren-San?
White Queen: Higoromo Hibiki.
Hibiki just looked at her while Queen was giving off a Yandere type of aura.
White Queen: Hands off my darling.
Hibiki quickly stepped back as Queen clenched herself around my arm again.
Darren: Total Control Room.
A sphere slowly enveloped itself throughout the entire neighbouring world as I teleported the three of us to the Quasi-Spirit that can grant wishes.
Darren: I am the winner of this death match. My wish is for Queen and I to return to the original world.
He didn't say anything and just instead waved us off as Queen and I went head first back into the house and my face of course hit the floor and Queen landed on my back.
Darren: (Fuck that old man!)
