Darren POV:
Jean: Wind blast.
A layer of wind was directly sent towards my face.
Darren: AZARAEL! TIME REWIND!
I slashed the sword towards the wind which sent it rewinded towards Jean who dodged it with ease and punched my face while kicking Yuko's stomach and sent him flying backwards.
Jean: Weak. If this is only what you two can do, then forget about challenging a monarch. You two are too weak for that. Weaklings.
I dashed towards her with my daggers in hand, while she blocked the attack with her sword and sent a wind blast towards Yuko who was hit by the attack and sent towards the wall.
Darren: Micheal!
A key appeared on my hand.
Darren: Zaphkiel!
Two guns and a clock appeared behind me.
Darren: LATAIB!
I sent many asteroids towards Jean who just sliced them effortlessly along with two bullets from my gun.
Jean: *slicing bullets* Weak.
I dashed through the smoke and finally landed a hit a jean yet my sword wouldn't budge one bit.
Jean: The Iron Body has the ability to strengthen body muscles, able to make it stronger as well as boost defences and damage.
She punched me in the stomach again and sent me flying into a wall which made me puke out blood.
Yuko attempted to rush towards Jean as well, with Excalibur in his hands but he was swiftly disarmed and sent flying into another wall like me coughing out blood. Jean dashed towards me with her sword in which I blocked with my sword and kicked to Yuko who slashed her back but didn't do any damage.
Jean: Impressive. Able to deflect my attacks like that, while attacking. It seems like my senses weren't lying for being a summoner and Monarch's vessel. If only you didn't die. That woman, maybe your salvation of revenge.
Darren: What woman?
Jean: A naive king, or queen. Whatever you wanted to call it. Was betrayed by everyone and later thirsted for revenge which she was able to obtain through the power of a Monarch.
Darren: What happened to her?
Jean: Died? Alive? No idea. All I can say is that she fell into the depths of revenge.
Darren: Anymore?
Jean: All that I know.
Darren: Then this conversation is over.
Darren ASTRAL CHANGE!
Jean: Of course.
She dashed towards Yuko and I once more in which resulted in me actually landing a hit on her cheek with my dagger while she was too busy ducking and blocking Yuko's attack.
Jean: You were actually able to wound me. Impressive, time to get serious then.
Her speed suddenly increased drastically as her foot made contact with Yuko's face before he could even react. Which made him smashed into the ground, along with her sword pierced into one of his foot.
Yuko: Avalon. Mordred.
His strength was boosted as now Yuko can actually hold his own against Jean for a little bit.
Yuko: Ishtar.
A bow appeared behind him but before he had the chance to use it. Jean slashed his stomach.
Darren: Hollow Purple.
Jean dodged it with ease while slashing me on the back.
Darren: Shadow heal.
Yuko: Avalon.
Our wounds was healed almost instantly but our stamina was running low.
Jean: Impressive, the ability to heal any wounds almost instantly.
Darren: Yuko. You still have a chance for that final weapon right?
Yuko: Yeah.
A scythe suddenly went past Jean's face and Lucas stood there with the scythe returning to his hands.
Lucas: Late?
Yuko: Yeah. But don't worry. This fight would be over soon.
Darren: You still have stamina left after passing the test?
Lucas: I do, but not that much.
Darren: Enough for that armour of yours?
Lucas: Yeah.
Darren: Then let;'s go full power.
Yuko: SABER ALTER!
Lucas: ICE ARMOUR!
Darren: FUSION! AZARAEL! DUOS ANGELS!
Yuko: That form sure is powerful, but why a girl?
Darren: Just shut up, since angels would change my gender. I hate it.
I looked towards Kurumi and Velzard who was staring at me with heart eyes and sparkles in their eyes.
Darren: I will die later.
I dashed towards Jean, who's having a hard time blocking my blows as my speed has increased drastically.
Darren: Zaphkiel. Aleph.
I shot myself with the bullet and dashed towards Jean who's movement seemed to be slowed down.
Yuko: Don't look down on us.
Lucas: Don't be distracted.
Darren: FUSION! LUCIFIGUS AND MICHEAL! ANGEL AND DEMON LORD!
Lucas: That gun looks like my gun.
Darren: It's not, it just has a similar design. WARP BULLET!
I fired a bullet towards Jean who dodged in response, and slashed me on the shoulders.
Jean: Impressive, being able to boost your speed and strength by so much.
Darren: If only I can just use demon kings more often.
Jean dashed towards Lucas but he was able to handle her attacks much more swiftly now.
(Replace Shinoa with Lucas and the guy with Jean)
Jean: Tch.
Yuko: Don't be distracted.
He sent a slash towards Jean who was sent into a wall by the shockwave.
Jean: You three sure are strong. Are you sure that you do not want to join the monarchs?
Darren: Nah, I am already a king. Like I said to my girlfriend. I am a king so I cannot be a soldier.
Yuko: I am having such a hard time taking you seriously in that form.
Lucas: Same.
Darren: Just shut up.
Jean: I will go serious now.
She began charging up her attacks as three of us dashed towards Jean.
Darren: Yuko. MY TURN!
Yuko: FINE!
Yuko: COMBINATION MOVE! EXCALIBUR!
He threw the sword towards me in which I charged with blue fire.
Lucas: COMBINATION MOVE! ICE BRIGADE!
A huge wave of ice imbued the sword with cold energy.
Darren: COMBINATION MOVE! FIRE HELL!
A wave of fire covered the sword while imbuing it with the power of destruction.
Jean: WIND END.
The slash made it's way towards the wind and I dashed for it. Knowing that they would cancel out each other. I slashed towards he neck and she attempted to block it using her iron body powers. Sadly, the power of destruction was too much to handle as she died from that slash.
Darren: WE WIN!
Yuko: YES!
Lucas: CAN I DEACTIVATE MY ARMOUR NOW!
Darren: We can.
Darren: Duos Angels release.
I transformed back into my usual form and landed on the floor.
Yuko: Tired?
Darren: Very much so. I could feel like my entire body is losing any sort of feelings right now.
Velzard came and hugged me while Kurumi just stood there and Rose rushed over to hug Lucas.
Velzard: That commander. Was the one who was bugging me for so long.
Darren: The one that wants to marry you?
Velzard: Yes.
Darren: Never knew that. I almost just broke all of my bones.
Kurumi: Can you use that Duos Angels again?
Darren: I can, I can gain more angels and fuse them together. If I were to gain more angels I can create more weapons.
Yuko: What can't you create?
Darren: Holy weapons. Those are the types of things that cursed energy is weak against. All of my weapons are similar since they bear a trait of able to trace any weapon and determine the amount of cursed energy to perfectly replicate that.
Lucas: Which means that since Holy weapons doesn't have any cursed energy, it is untraceable.
Rose: Lucas. May we please have a private conversation?
Lucas: Sure.
Rose dragged Lucas towards a private room where Yuko, Kurumi, Velzard and I just stood.
Darren: I need to go talk to my sister if she has herself a boyfriend or not.
Kurumi: Later.
Velzard: You look like a snack right now.
Darren: No, I need to go.
Yuko just grabbed my collar and practically dragged Velzard off of me all the while grabbing Lucas who looks like he's in heaven right now.
Darren: You got my sister as your girlfriend right?
Lucas: Yep.
Darren: Knew it, I need to heal my bones.
Yuko: Do that later. Duos Angels were hard to use and you know it.
Darren: Kurumi has a secret angel that she won't tell me about. I won't talk to her about it yet.
Yuko: You sure? Trios Angels would be nice.
Darren: Fused angels don't count in the Trios Angels. Since they are just particles of what used to be a former angel merged together using cursed energy.
Lucas: So what you mean by that is no matter how much and how hard you try. Fused Angels are not counted properly as a real angel.
Darren: Real Angels are formed with mana and years of dedication. What you saw me was just using bits of angels and cursed energy to form my own hybrid between Angels and Demon Lords.
Darren: Demon Lords use cursed energy while Angels use mana to supply themselves.
Lucas: Is that so? Whose angels would you steal next?
Darren: Not necessarily steal, but more like-
Yuko: LOOK OUT!
Yuko threw me into a wall while the smoke cleared and it revealed Mio Takamiya.
Darren: Takamiya Mio.
Mio: Nice to meet you again. Darren-kun.
Darren: Zaphkiel!
A wave of shadows covered her as she was slowly dragged into my personal dimension.
Darren: I'll see you later.
Mio: Wanting to get rid of me that much?
Darren: Just die.
And with that, she disappeared while I coughed out blood.
