Chapter 110! I know, you didn't expect an upload today but I wanted to bring it out this week anyway. It is a bit shorter than normal chapters but I hope you don't mind. The reason is that I came to the understanding that its Amourshipping day!

"Let's go home everyone!" Ash said in a cheerful tone as he and Serena stepped in the back of Grace's car, along with Gary. Grace and Delia had driven to Lumiose City to watch the graduation ceremony of their children.
Narrator: After Ash and Serena got their graduation certificate, a few more students came up before the ceremony was finally over. Once it was done, they were allowed to go home since there wasn't anything to do at school except for the prom which would be later that night. Currently, we join our heroes as they are in the back or Grace's car.
"So Serena. Have you already picked a dress?" Delia asked the young honey blonde who sat at the left side of the back seat, with Ash in the middle and Gary on the right.
Ash and Gary were conversing about pokemon stuff but everyone's attention was quickly shifted to Serena, waiting for her answer.
"Come to think of it, no..." She said, sweatdropping a little.
"Maybe we can help you out with that dear?" Grace suggested.
"Great! I'll come too!" Ash chimed in. He could already imagine Serena standing, wearing a beautiful dress, infront of him.
"That's definetly a no Ash." Delia said in a strict tone. "It's not good to see your date before the prom." She added, raising her indexfinger towards her son.
Ash wanted to say something but knowing his mom, she was probably right and sighed in defeat.
"Don't worry Ash... We'll have loads of fun at the party itself." Serena comforted him, placing her hand on his knee.
"Yeah... you're right..." Ash said in a little bit more relaxed but still dissapointed tone.
"But not too much you two!" Grace and Delia said in unison which caused Gary to laugh.
"Mom!" Both Ash and Serena shouted, also in unison as their moms started to laugh aswell.
"That counts for you and Shauna aswell Gary..." Delia added. Immediately, Gary choked up as he stopped laughing while his face turned more red by the second.
Everyone then laughed and soon, they arrived in the street they lived in. Grace parked her car on the parking lane before turning it off completely.
Everyone got out of the car and said their goodbyes for now as Grace and Delia agreed to help Serena to find a dress to wear.
Ash and Serena waited a little bit longer to seperate from eachother. "I guess that I'll see you later tonight?" Ash said.
"Count on it." Serena said with a sweet smile. "Good, I'll pick you up at seven, make sure you are ready." Ash said with a smile of his own.
"Sure thing, same counts for you!" Serena replied before both of them took a step closer to eachother. Ash placed his hands on her hips while Serena wrapped hers around his neck before both leaned in for a nice, long and smooth kiss.
"See you later Serena." Ash said as he walked back to his house after separating from the kiss.
Both entered their own houses, following their mother's inside. Ash went upstairs to check if he still had his tuxedo still there. Last time he wore it was after he came home from his Kalos journey. He wore it during a family dinner at a fancy restaurant in Viridian City.
Serena also entered her own house but didn't check if she had a dress. She agreed with Delia and her mom, Grace to go shopping and see if they could find any good looking dress that would be perfect for the party.
Serena and Grace ate their lunch together. Just a few easy made sandwiches before they heard the doorbell ring. Grace opened it, revealing Delia standing infront of it. "Are you guys ready to go?" She asked.
"Of course!" Grace replied with a smirk. She turned her head to the inside of the house and shouted: "Serena! Delia is here, shall we go?"
"Coming!" Serena shouted back as she finished up her sandwich. She hopped off the barstool. As she made her way to the door, she forgot that she still had her pokemon with her.
She decided to let them stay at home, except for Delphox. She respected the opinion of her started and both shared the same taste in fashion.
So, after she released her pokemon, except for Delphox, she grabbed her coat and walked up to the door, putting on her coat. It was a little bit colder outside then when she came home.
"Let's get going!" Serena said, walking through the doorway, passed both mom's as she wore a large smile, feeling excited to go shopping for a dress.
Both mom's looked at her with astonishment before looking at eachother. They smiled and shrugged before walking over to Grace's car and getting inside.
With that, Grace drove them off the driveway before starting their trek towards Lumiose City.
Meanwhile with Ash and Gary.
"How does this look?" Ash asked Gary. He was wearing his tuxedo but his bow was completely messed up.
Gary sighed. "Do you even know how to dress up properly?" He asked. Gary himself was already wearing the tux but compared to Ash, his bow was already perfect. Gary walked over to him and helped him fixing the bow.
Deciding to ignore Gary's comment, Ash asked: "How do you know all these things?"
Gary continued to fix the bow as he answered with a smirk: "Taking responsibilities and dating girls require perfection Ashy-boy."
"Or your cheerleaders girls back in Kanto always put you in a suit like this and taught you how to do it..." Ash teased.
"T-that can also be an option!" Gary replied, half stuttering as his face turned red. He didn't expect Ash to guess right immediately and remember how all those girls tried to fix his bows back in the time, made him feel embarrassed.
Both laughed it off as Gary put the finishing touches on it. "All done, now take a look for yourself." He said with a proud smirk.
Ash walked over to the mirror and took a good look at himself. He moved his body from left to right in order to see if it fitted well. He wasn't wearing his hat and for him to comb his hair would be an impossible challenge so he left it like how it was.
"Looks good." Ash commented. "But it feels terrible." He sighed, hanging his shoulders low.
"Relax Ash. It's only for one night. Remember that you're doing this for Serena. Imagine how stunned she looks when she sees you wearing this?" Gary said in a upbeat tone.
Ash started imagining Serena infront of him, wearing a beautiful dress. Subconsciously, he started drooling.
"Ash! Cut it out!" Gary shouted, seeing the saliva drip from his mouth. This snapped Ash back to reality. "Uhh sorry..." He chuckled, scratching the back of his head.
Gary sighed. "You're such a clown sometimes..." He murmured before he left the room and walk down the stairs.
Ash watched Gary leave with a confused look. It isn't that weird if he would be drooling over Shauna so this isn't either. Ash thought to himself before he left the room aswell. He decided to go and collect his pokemon.
Once he reached the backyard, Bulbasaur already came his way. He explained Bulbasaur to call over Scraggy, Greninja, Pikachu, who went to the others as soon as they got home, Metang came up pretty fast aswell.
"Now that only leaves Oshawott." Ash said to himself as he put his arms in his side and looked around. "Where could he be?" He wondered.
"Bulba- Bulbasaur!" Bulbasaur exclaimed as he ran up to Ash. "You found him?" Ash asked his first ever grass type. "Bulba!" The small grass type said as it started running off to a small pond.
Ash followed Bulbasaur and soon enough, they made it over to the pond. Oshawott was floating on its back, relaxing in the middle of the pond.
"Oshawott, come here buddy!" Ash shouted across but the water type didn't seem to hear it.
"Do you want to come with us to a dance party tonight?" Ash continued to ask. Again, the water type didn't seem to hear it. "There is food and girls..." Ash said in a little bit lower tone. Immediately Oshawott shot up, swimming to the shore as fast as it could, much to Ash's amusement.
"Come here buddy!" Ash said as he returned Oshawott to its pokeball, just like the rest of them except for Pikachu and Bulbasaur. Then, he turned to the grass starter. "Bulbasaur, can you get Charizard and Sceptile here?" He asked.
Bulbasaur nodded as he shot a seed high in the air. It gave off a small explosion before dissapearing completely. Soon, Charizard came flying over while Sceptile leaped from tree to tree towards its trainer.
"Gruawww!" Charizard roared as it landed infront of Ash, Bulbasaur and Pikachu. "Scep!" Sceptile also exclaimed as it jumped up from a tree branch and landed next to Charizard. Ash turned to Bulbasaur before back to Sceptile and Charizard. "Guys, I'm gonna keep it simple. The two of you are in charge tonight." Ash said, facing his pokemon.
Sceptile and Charizard looked at him in confusion. In their eyes, they were always in charge, along with Bulbasaur.
"Bulbasaur has tonight off so do you mind to take over his job?" Ash continued.
The two starters nodded as they now understood what he meant. Normally, Charizard, Sceptile and Bulbasaur did their own patrol route to make sure everything was alright. Now, they had to take Bulbasaur's part aswell which they divided evenly.
"Alright. Now, return Bulbasaur." Ash exclaimed as he pulled out Bulbasaur's pokeball and aimed it at the grass starter. A red beam appeared and sucked the loyal pokemon into it.
Ash turned back to Charizard and Sceptile. "I'm counting on you two."
With that, Ash fixed his suit and walked back inside the house. He looked at the clock, hanging on the wall and noticed it was 6pm. Prom starts in two hours and they still aren't back yet. He thought.
Meanwhile with Grace, Delia and Serena.
"How do you like this one Serena?" Grace asked, showing her a yellow dress. Serena studied it carefully before shaking her head. "No, I don't like the edges of it mom."
"How about this one?" Delia asked, showing her a green dress. Again, Serena shook her head. "I don't think green fits me that well..."
The two older women sighed. This would be more complicated than they thought.
After a while, Serena appeared with two dresses. A blue and a red one. "I can't decide. Which one do you two like more?" She asked.
"I think the blue one looks amazing Serena." Grace said with a wide smile.
"I'd take the red one. It would look really cute on you Serena." Delia spoke out.
"I agree with you Mrs. Ketchum. I like this one more anyway." Serena agreed.
"But then why did you take the blue one with you?" Grace frowned.
"Easy, if you liked the red one more, it means that the blue one would be cuter so then I'd take the blue one!" Serena laughed. Delia started laughing at her explainations aswell while Grace sighed.
After they got the dress, they paid for it. Seeing that it was 5 pm, they decided to get some food. Delia texted Gary that he and Ash had to get something to eat for themselves and that there was still lasagna in the refrigerator. She texted Gary because she figured that her son was training ruthlessly now. But what she didn't know was that Ash was already dressed and all and ready for the prom.
Once they had eaten their food, they went back home. It was 6.30 pm when Delia stepped inside her house while Grace and Serena entered their own. As Delia did, she was met with a shocking surprise. "You took your sweet time..." Ash groaned.
"Ash!? You're dressed up and all! I thought you were training?" Delia said in surprise.
"No I haven't. When we came home, I started preparing right away." Ash said, facing Gary who came walking down the stairs, wearing his own tux.
"You two both look amazing..." Delia said with a sweet smile, seeing her two boys standing infront of her, dressed up and all. Gary wasn't her real son but for the time that he lived with them, he did become a sort of a son to her.
"So is Serena ready?" Ash asked, raising his eyebrow.
"One hour and then she's ready." Delia said. "Don't worry about being there late because Grace will drive you to there." Delia added as she saw Ash's face turn into panic.
They waited for around an hour until they heard a knock on the door. "I'll get it!" Ash said, figuring it was probably Serena. He got all excited and opened the door.
"Hey Ash! You look amazing!" Grace said, standing infront of the door. But soon, she frowned as Ash didn't reply. Instead, he stared with his jaw slightly dropped. Then, realisation hit her. "Oh my!" She giggled as she stepped aside and Serena came into Ash's full view. She also looked at Ash with a stare.
Serena was first to brake the silence though. "Hey Ash... how do you think I look?" She asked as she turned for him as she held her arms wide. She was wearing a red and black dress that perfect matched her body. She was wearing black stockings and red heels. Around her neck was a necklace of purple pearls. And finally she was wearing his favourite earrings.
"Hey Ash is Serena there--- oh woaa!" Gary shouted as he walked up to the door and saw Serena standing. He also fell into a stare, matching Ash's dropped jaw.
"Uhh.. guys?" Serena asked, feeling slightly uneasy.
"Oh, sorry!" Both boys replied as Gary walked back inside while Ash just kept standing there. "So, how do I look?" Serena asked, holding her hands up to the underside of her hair, next to her ears as she gave him a cute smile.
"Mesmerising..." Ash mumbled. At this, Serena started blushing immediately. "Y-you really think so...? She asked in a flustered manner.
"Absolutely..." Ash mumbled again.
"Now kids, you can stare at eachother later, it's time we go!" Grace said.
"Right!" Gary said as he walked to the car. "I claim the front seat!" He shouted childishly as he stepped inside.
Ash and Serena looked at eachother and giggled. "I didn't want to sit there anyway and sit next to you." Ash said to Serena which made her blush slightly.
Grace stepped behind the steering wheel while Ash and Serena sat down in the back of the car. As a gentlemen, Ash opened the door for Serena and held her hand as she helped her inside which surprised Grace and Delia a lot. But explaination was there quickly. "We've practised that one the whole afternoon!" Gary laughed from the front. He got a deadglare from Ash immediately which made him shut up. This caused everyone to burst out in laughter, imagining Ash holding Gary's hand and helping him into a car.
"Take care kids and have fun!" Delia waved as Grace started the engine. "But not too much!" Grace added with a wink as she started driving. "Mooom!!!" Serena shouted, feeling embarrassed. Ash laughed it off as he put his arm around her shoulder and pulled him close to him to which Serena laid her head on his shoulder.
Once they arrived, Gary got out of the car first, followed by Ash. Ash walked around the car and opened the door for Serena, again like a gentlemen. He took her hand as he gently helped her out. "Did you practise this one too?" Serena asked teasingly. "Nope! I've watched a documentary earlier today, making sure I'm doing it the right way!" Ash said happily to which Serena sweatdropped.
"Enjoy kids!" Grace smiled at the trio. "Thanks mom!" Serena smiled as Gary and Ash thanked her aswell. With that, Grace left and drove back home.
"I need to find Shauna first." Gary said as he started looking around.
"No need!" A feminine voice from behind said. Gary turned around and his jaw immediately dropped. "How do I look?" Shauna asked. She was wearing a pink dress with black stripes on it. Along with green heels that matched her eyes.
Gary was lost for words as he stared at her. Serena nudged him, snapping him out of his stare. "Amazing!" Gary recovered himself.
"Thanks Gary!" Shauna said with a smile as she hooked her arm into his.
Ash and Serena were holding already hands as the four of them started talking, complimenting eachother on their looks.
After a while, Serena said: "Shall we go inside? Its getting kinda cold out here..."
"Sure thing!" Ash smiled at her as the couple started walking towards the entrance, followed by the other couple.
As Ash opened the door, they were met by professor Sycamore. "Ah! Ash and Serena! And Gary and Shauna ofcourse! All of you look marvelous!" He exclaimed with a wide smile.
"Thanks professor!" The four of them thanked.
Taking a look inside the large hall, they saw that everything looked spectacular and very beautiful.

The dance floor was filled with students, dancing around. The four of them first got a table near the dance floor. To their surprise, next to them were May and Drew, along with Dawn and Kenny.

Iris and Cilan were sitting a table behind them, along with Brock and Misty who were there on a friendly date. Clemont was fixing his glasses, wearing the blue suit that he wore during Monsieur Pierre's party that he held on their journey.
They talked to eachother and laughed a lot. Soon. Ash and Serena got to the outside part of the event and released their pokemon. Metang and Absol were happy to see eachother since they are close as brother and sister. Greninja and Delphox however were happy to see eachother aswell but more differently. Both had feelings for eachother and didn't waste any time to get close to eachother. As did Pikachu and Sylveon.
The rest of their pokemon each did their own thing. Altaria curled herself up into a ball and closed her eyes. Scraggy was quite interested in her fluffy wings and touched it. It squealed and blushed madly at the touch of the soft wings. Serena giggled as she saw it. "So cute!"
Bulbasaur laid down next to Altaria while Oshawott started to stroll around the place, along with Deerling and Pancham.
The couple of Ash and Serena walked back. Serena was about to make her way back to the table until Ash stopped in his tracks, causing her to stop abruptly aswell. "Something wrong?" Serena asked.
Ash closed his eyes before looking at her. He held her hand and his auburn brown eyes sparkled as he asked: "Would you like to have a dance with me?"
Serena's eyes widened and sparkled aswell as her lips curved up into a massive smile. "Of course! Thought you'd never ask!" She exclaimed all excited. Ash smiled as he led her to the dance floor. The music that the DJ was playing was slowly and romantic. Ash placed his hands around Serena's waist as Serena had hers around his neck. Both were close to eachother as they stared into eachothers eyes, smiling and matching each others moves.
Meanwhile with the pokemon
"Greninja, do you want to dance?" Delphox asked the water starter in pokemon speech.
"Uhmm.... I--" Greninja stuttered as he got interrupted. "Please?" Deplhox added, looking at him with puppy eyes.
"Sure..." Greninja finally agreed. He wasn't very fond of being in the spotlights since it was a dark type ninja and rather sticked to the shadows. It didn't mind during battles since he was then too concentrated to even think about it.
As both Kalos starters left for the dance floor, Bulbasaur and Altaria enjoyed the peaceful environment around them, relaxing.
Scraggy had joined the group of Oshawott, Deerling and Pancham who reached the food table.
"I want some macarons!" Scraggy exclaimed as he jumped up the table and grabbed a few. "You want one too Deerling?" He asked as he jumped back down and extended his hand, holding one.
Deerling blushed in surprise but sniffed it before taking a bite of it. "Thanks Scraggy!" She exclaimed as she happily took another bite. Scraggy blushed slightly at this.
"Pancham!!"
Pancham looked confused and turned to where the voice came from. He saw a small green mole like pokemon with spikes on his green head running towards him. "Chespin!" Pancham shouted happily as he greeted his buddy with a bro hug.
Meanwhile, Oshawott left on his own and wondered around the place. Suddenly he stopped as his eyes fell on a Kirlia. Immediately his eyes turned into big hearts and he started to drool as he slowly walked towards the Kirlia.
But as he did, he didn't notice his surroundings and bumped into something or rather someone.
A squeak was heard and both fell backwards, landing on their butt. Oshawott was angry as it rubbed its head and looked at the one he bumped into. The other pokemon shared the same look but both soon softened as they saw who they bumped into.
"Piplup!"
"Oshawott!"
Both pokemon jumped at eachother and hugged as tears streamed down their faces, happy to meet eachother once again.
Then, both looked at the Kirlia again, remembering when they had a rivalry around Meloetta. "Are you up for it again?" Piplup asked.
"Definitely!" Oshawott replied with a smirk as they both headed into the poor Kirlia's direction.
With Ash and Serena.
Both were still moving slowly and gracefully around on the rhythm of the music, not breaking eye contact as they held eachother close.
"This is so nice..." Serena mumbled slightly, feeling satisfied and happy as she was in her dream's arms.
"Yeah..." Ash agreed as he held her hand up and made her twirl, much to Serena's delight.
"I wish this would never end." Serena said as she ended her twirl and moved close to him again, holding one hand around him while placing the other on his chest.
Ash smiled. "Me too. I love it when you're so close to me."
Serena also smiled and leaned in for a long, soft kiss. Both stayed for that a couple of seconds before slowly moving their lips apart. "I love you Ash..." Serena said softly to him in a soothing tone.
"Me too Serena. I love you too." Ash said, matching her tone as he leaned in for another kiss, having the time of their lives.
After their dance, they walked back to their table, holding eachothers hand while smiling widely. Brock and Gary were conversing and then both Ash and Serena noticed that one of the chairs was gone.
"Where did my chair go?" Serena asked the two. Both looked at her and then at the place where the chair should be. "We don't know..." Brock said as Gary shrugged and shook his head.
Serena looked slightly sad and bowed her head down. "Don't worry, you can sit with me." Ash said to her as he sat down and pulled her onto his lap.
"This is even better." Serena whispered to him. Ash smiled, holding his hand around her waist before giving her a small kiss on the cheek.
The night went on and on as the evening slowly edged towards the end. Ash and Serena noticed Delphox and Greninja dancing on the dance floor a few times and spotted Pikachu and Sylveon hugging eachother tightly in some occasions.
As the end of the evening came, they returned the calm and relaxing Bulbasaur and Altaria back to their pokeballs. Metang and Absol were playing with eachother and weren't a problem to return aswell. Sylveon insisted to stay outside to share more time with Pikachu which Serena agreed to. Only after she and Ash returned Delphox and Greninja who wanted the same if they weren't returned. Scraggy, Deerling and Pancham returned very smoothly aswell.
But then the trouble came... Oshawott... Ash and Serena saw him ganging up against Piplup. Dawn was already struggling to calm her partner down as it was shouting at Oshawott who did the same. At the side of them, stood a clueless Kirlia who didn't know what to do about it. Until her trainer called for her and returned her. Both Piplup and Oshawott were heartbroken as the red beam sucked the Psychic type back inside of her pokeball.
The two water started engulfed into a hug as tears streamed down their eyes, trying to ease eachothers pain that they were experiencing.
Soon, both Ash and Dawn managed to return their pokemon. They sighed and shook their heads, looking at their pokeballs before laughing it off.
"I'm going home, see you guys later!" Dawn said her goodbye before she left.
"I think we should head back too, don't we?" Serena asked.
"Yeah..." Ash agreed. Both said goodbye to their friends. Gary and Shauna had already left and now Ash and Serena were faced with the walk back home. Serena felt a few chilling go down her spine.
"Here." Ash said, pulling off his jacket of his tuxedo and put it around her shoulders. "Better?" He asked.
"Much better, thanks." Serena replied, hugging his side and laying her head on his shoulder again. Ash had his arm around her and stroked his hand over her arm up and down, holding her close as they walked back home.
As they reached their houses, Ash walked up with Serena to her porch and was about to say goodnight to her until she stopped him.
"Sleep here... please...?" She asked, eyeing him with irresistible puppy eyes. Ash smiled. "Anything for you."
Serena almost jumped up in happiness before unlocking the door. Once she did and lead him inside, she locked it again. But before Ash could make a move, she pushed him against the wall and started kissing him passionately.
Suddenly, she felt a pair of hands grab her legs. A small squeal escaped her mouth as she got pulled up. "Not here let's get to your room first." Ash smirked as he held her bridal style before walking up the stairs and making his way to her room where they locked the door.
(---) Meanwhile at the Shalour City Gym
"And Lucario is unable to battle! This means the challenger wins this battle!" Gurkinn exclaimed, raising his flag on the challengers side.
A man cloaked in blue smirked under his mask as he returned his pokemon. Korrina was completely silent as the scoreboard foretold the score. Three to null in favour of the challenger. Not did she take down one of his pokemon, she wasn't even able to touch it. Not even her ace, Mega Lucario.
She slowly walked up to the challenger and presented him with the Rumble Badge.
"This is your final badge right?" Gurkinn asked the mysterious trainer.
He nodded briefly as he put it in his pocket.
"Well, goodluck at the Kalos League then. We'll be sure to watch your battles and we are surely interested to see what you can do with that Braviary of yours. Mr. R" Gurkinn said.
"Thanks." He said briefly before he walked away, leaving the gym. Once he was outside, he murmured to himself. "All the badges are now collected. It's now finally time to take revenge for what happened years ago..." as the words left his mouth in anger, his eye was showen, glowing faintly blue due to the street lights shining on it.
