*flashback*
Someone was fixing my hair, her hands touching my hair felt warm and nice like the sun.
???: Your hair is so pretty, Mukuro
I looked down at the mirror while my sister was still combing my hair.
Sister: There, all done!
I played with my hair for a while, while my sister just looked at me with a warm smile on her face.
Sister: Well? I've sure gotten better at this.
I said nothing but instead, stood up and hugged my sister who returned the hug in return. I just felt the warmth and the happiness from having a family in side me, in which made me smile. Afterwards, we went to the Tokyo tower, where my sister taught me about everywhere in Tokyo and Japan. When suddenly, someone waved to my sister.
???: Look who it is?
Sister: Oh, wow! What brings you here?
I clenched onto my sister's jacket while she assured me that there's no need to be scared and come to greet her friends from school. Yet, I still gripped her hands out of fear. They were really nice people though, they were really kind to me. However, I still had a feeling of anxiety in my heart. That feeling quickly went away though, as I watched them with a smile with my sister also smiling at me. While I smelled my hair.
-In the fraxinus-
Kotori POV:
Kotori: We can't locate Kurumi and Origami?
Commander 3: Right. They're not within east Tengu.
Commander 4: And we can't use GPS since they left their phones.
Kotori: Have the other Spirits had any luck searching. Yuko, Lucas and the others?
Commander 3: None so far.
Kotori: What do you think? Reine? Why did Kurumi and Tohka act so odd suddenly?
Reine: Regardless of why, it's evident that Kurumi has became an inverse spirit. As far as Origami, I think a second personality has come forward.
Kotori: Yeah. This world's history was rewritten. Inside Origami are two personalities: The Origami of the previous world and the Origami of the world that changed.
Kotori: But when I try to think about it, my thoughts get all jumbled.
Kotori: Why is that happening? And who is it that changed the world? Shido said that he was able to change the world with Kurumi? No, there was someone else. That person was the only reason why the world can be changed. But who?
Kotori: Does it all revolve around Gojo Satoru? No, Darren Satoru?
MARIA: Kotori, I've located their Spirit waves.
Kotori: Dispatch a camera!
MARIA: Roger.
MARIA: I'm also detecting Spirit waves from the two people they're with.
Kotori: Two people?
MARIA: One boy and one girl. Though, the boy's waves almost destroyed the system for how king like and how strong it is and appears abnormal.
Kotori: WHAT?! A king like Spirit wave? What the hell is going on anymore?!
The screen suddenly showed a picture.
(Replace Shido with Darren and Inverse Tohka with White Queen)
The screen shifted from Kurumi and Origami to two people that I have no idea of. I sighed in exhaustion and pinched the bone of my nose.
Kotori: Seriously. What the hell is going on?
-To Darren, Mukuro, White Queen and Origami-
We walked through the park again, while I sighed for the seventh time today.
Darren: I'm actually not surprised at how fast they kicked us out. Especially we made such as scene with Kurumi right here, making me get on all fours and sitting on my back.
White Queen: You deserve it for all the shame you placed on me.
She turned her head over to Origami with a menacing smile.
White Queen: The fight's not over yet though. Take us to the next battlefield.
Origami jumped for a bit before deciding to reply.
Origami: U-Um... Let's see...
Origami: Oh! There! Tengu Tower!
Mukuro stared at the tower for a bit, seeming to have realised or remembered something.
Mukuro: That's...
We booked a ticket and was able to reach the top floor in a matter of seconds. Mukuro, Origami, White Queen and I just stared out the window. I started thinking to myself.
Darren: (Why did only Yuko and Lucas remember me? Was it because he had the Monarch and spirit's protection? What about Rose? Doesn't she also possess a monarch?)
White Queen: Oh? The view does seem a bit different when you're not flying or teleporting everywhere.
I looked over to Mukuro who seemed a bit sad, as if something traumatising happened to her in this place before.
Origami: There's a legend that couples who kiss up here will live happily ever after.
White Queen turned her head to Origami a bit interested from what I can tell.
Origami: I think it's fitting for your next "battle."
Mukuro started to get really uncomfortable for some reason. I petted her head a bit to start calming her down. It seemed to work, but not at the same time.
Darren: Mukuro? What's wrong?
Mukuro: I don't know, but being here gives me a bad feeling.
Darren: A bad feeling?
Origami: Mukuro, have you been here before?
I can feel a rush of memories take over me when Mukuro started groaning in pain. I didn't complain or anything. I just held my head for a bit. Afterwards, Origami and Mukuro went to the toilet while White Queen and I just sat on a chair. A dark look shadowed over my face.
Darren: I wonder what's up with Mukuro?
Darren: Hey Kurumi, what exactly are you?
Darren: I can understand that an inverse is just a spirit's berserk form. But what are spirits in general? Also how are you not in berserk mode right now?
White Queen: I resent being called an "Inverse." After all, it's the original form of all Spirits. As for the third question I believe you already know that answer.
Darren: Meaning?
White Queen: When the spirit king, now Mio Takamiya. Made the Sephirahs, they were what you call an "inverse" due to them being in a berserk mode. However, they would slowly become "refined" to become more and more compatible with humans.
Darren: So would Sephirahs become unrefined once you guys go inverse? Also, what does it mean to be compatible with humans? What does that exactly mean?
She grabbed my collar and lifted me up, almost cutting my oxygen supply.
(Replace Shido with Darren and Inverse Tohka with White Queen)
White Queen: You better not be mistaken, human. I didn't answer you in order to appease you. i just answered you but because I felt like answering you.
Darren: You bastard.
White Queen: You seem so weak right now. Maybe I'll just steal a kiss from you by force.
Darren: *holds up the hollow purple position* Try me and you will die.
White Queen: *points one of her guns at me* Oh I will.
Mukuro: YOU BITCH!
I turned around and saw Mukuro with her angel, Micheal in her hands. She jumped up and tried to kick White Queen, in which she released my collar and side stepped.
Darren: Mukuro!
Mukuro: You dare to steal him from Muku?! Steal the one Muku loves?!
White Queen: You really think I give a fuck?
She summoned her sword while rushing towards Mukuro. This fight didn't last long though, because as soon as White Queen sliced off a little bit of Mukuro's hair. She went into berserk mode.
Darren: Mukuro!
The winds started blowing extremely hard which blew White Queen out of the window, shattering the window completely. I prepared my infinity just in case.
Mukuro: How dare you cut Muku's hair! Mister Darren-Kun said that he liked it.
She changed into her astral dress while I also changed into my astral dress as well.
Darren: Astral Change!
(Darren)
Darren: Mukuro! Please stop!
She pointed her key towards her chest and unlocked her true potential using that.
Mukuro: Micheal. Siffleur.
Darren: Oh shit.
White Queen: Oh? Very well. *changes into her inverse astral dress* Fighting this way is more style.
Darren: Enma!
A sword appeared into my hands. Yet I sheathed it and waited for the time to use it.
-In the fraxinus-
Kotori POV:
Commander 2: Three huge spirit waves! One is category E: inverse
My eyes was widened in shock as I watched Kurumi in her inverse form fighting another spirit.
Kotori: Call Shido! We gotta seal them somehow! Call Shido immediately! But how did we seal Spirits so easily before? Who was it that was always giving me and Shido advice?
Mukuro and Tohka started a battle between keys and swords, while I kept my hand on the sword just in case I have to jump in to help either side.
Darren: Stop it, you two!
Origami: Kotori, it's Tobiichi
Darren: Should I jump in?
Origami: No, you would just make the situation worse.
Origami phoned Kotori who immediately picked up.
Kotori: "Origami? What's going on? Who are those spirits?"
Origami: "I'll explain later. Can you slow them down using Fraxinus' territory?"
Kotori: "To a certain extent."
Darren: "Quickly! WE DON'T HAVE THAT MUCH TIME!! I'll handle the rest please!! KOTORI!"
Kotori: "A-Are you nuts? Who are you anyway? Just wait for Shido to get over there."
A wave of shock washed over me but I didn't lose my cool.
Darren: "I know a way to stop them both. Just trust me on this or Shido won't be able to survive this attack! Just trust me on this and help me out!"
Kotori: "What? Fine, deploy Territory and Yggdrafolium! Let's minimise collateral damage."
Kotori: (Why, why do I feel like this man is an ally instead of an enemy? Why do I feel like I've already worked countless times with him?)
Darren: It seems like phase one is starting. I can face both of them at once but I can't win like this without hurting them. Origami, will you lend me a hand?
Origami: Of course. If I allowed you to go alone, the other me and the others would definitely yell at me.
I already started flying towards White Queen and Mukuro when Origami activated her wizard.
Darren: Cursed float.
I saw how White Queen and Mukuro was duking it out with warp gates opened everywhere, debris being thrown which I had to destroy with one punch before dodging the remains. I also saw how the key was able to slice a bit off of White Queen's astral dress near the leg part.
Mukuro: I'll kill you! I'll kill everyone who dared to steal him away from Muku!
Origami and I finally arrived at the battle field, standing in between them.
Origami: Please calm down!
White Queen: Trying to get in my way?
She swung her sword at me in which I blocked with one finger that was fuelled with cursed energy.
Darren: I would only be able to forgive Kurumi for this. Not you fake!
(Replace Sung-Jin-Woo with Darren)
White Queen: Then try and entertain me again.
Darren: Oh how I would itch for a round two against you. But, I guess there is a more suitable opponent against you.
I jumped back allowing Origami's spear to be blocked just in time by White Queen's sword.
Origami: Satoru, stop Mukuro!
I saw them having their usual sword fight in the skies while I yelled to her.
Darren: DON'T WORRY ABOUT ME!!!
Mukuro: Kill! Kill! Kill all who try to steal him! Muku hates being alone!
I slowly walked over to her and placed my hand on her shoulder.
Darren: Mukuro!
She finally stopped while staring me dead in the eye.
Mukuro: Mister Darren-Kun.
Darren: Please stop this!
