After 4 weeks of training with Rimuru and Anos sensei I was finally able master the eyes of ruin yet not fully at the same time. Kurumi and Wiz had increased their mana potential and able to control their magic alot better now. Rose was able to summon wind blades from her hands now. Lucas also increased his stamina and battle IQ due to the guidance of Rimuru and Anos sensei.
Anos: Listen up, you may have mastered the eyes of ruin. However, there's one more eye type you need to master, the eyes of chaos. The you right now, is nowhere near that level of even dreaming about the eyes of chaos.
Darren: (Eyes of Chaos huh?? That must be crazy strong just to have those words being in it's name)
I was walking along the road when I suddenly bumped into someone. In which I went straight through him.
Darren: Wait, what are you??
???: You can see me human??
Wiz: Darren, are you ok?
Kurumi: Yeah, darling are you ok?
Darren: Why can I only see you.
???: Only those with enough darkness inside their hearts can see me. *stares at me for a little then cries*
???: What have you gone through? Just to have your entire heart covered in darkness.
Darren: I guess my heart only has darkness and negativity inside it right?
???: That is correct *still crying*
Kurumi: Darling, you should stop now.
Lucas: Bro stop, it's getting creepy.
Wiz: Darren-Kun are you ok??
Darren: You guys go on ahead without me, there's something I forgot I'll be quick I swear.
I patted on the man's shoulder but of course failed and whispered.
Darren:/Somewhere else, now./
I walked away with the man to an abandoned park where no one would be able to hear our conversation.
Darren: What's your name?
???: My name is Sung-Jin-Woo, the former shadow king before that spot was taken by Kiriya the Undead Monarch.
Darren: I'm Darren, the vessel of the Undead Monarch Kiriya.
Sung-Jin-Woo: I can sense the light from someone, who dares to use that power? This also explains why you have so much darkness inside your heart. As only the Undead Monarch would choose someone with a heart made of darkness. But why is heart covered in darkness?? That amount of darkness isn't normal.
Darren: Ah, that's my girlfriend Wiz, her vessel is made from the power of light and dark. Yeah I guess what I went through wasn't meant for normal people either.
Sung-Jin-Woo: That fool actually went through that? That idiot who was always claiming that light would never take over the dark has actually used the power of light?? So he resigned to the Light Monarch.
Darren: What do you mean??
Sung-Jin-Woo: I can't reveal that. It is out of my information.
Darren: Haah, if that's out of what you can say then that's ok. But resigned to the light monarch??
Sung-Jin-Woo: That is also out of my information range. I cannot say.
Darren: What can you say??
Sung-Jin-Woo: I can say that your Monarch powers weren't meant for peace. The monarch of undead was not meant to be used to protect instead destruction.
My eyes widened at his words and tears started to come out of my eyes.
Darren: So was I meant to destroy after all?? Would I bring disaster to my friends after all??
Sung-Jin-Woo: No, I just said that they weren't meant for protection I never said that they can't be used for protection. The previous monarch also used his power for protecting his subordinates instead of using it for destruction anyways. Don't stress about it too much. The monarch's vessel. Now, I believe that my time is up. I would be able to tell Kiriya anything, you can say it to me.
Darren: Tell him I say hi.
Sung-Jin-Woo: Yeah, I will thank you, mister Darren.
Darren: Thank you for that short interaction Mr Sung-Jin-Woo.
He then slowly turned into dust and disappeared I could interpret that it was his ghost that was talking to me and since so much negativity and darkness was inside my heart. He was able to talk to me due to it. I didn't gained that much information from that conversation and yet I heard useful information from it. Small shadows came out of my hands and I sighed.
Darren: Haaaah, he just said my powers were meant to destroy not it can't be used to protect. I should head home for now. I kept some left over soup in the fridge with my name on it hope it doesn't get eaten by Lucas due to how much he loves soup.
I arrived at home with Kurumi and Wiz pushing me onto the ground.
Darren: Oof, alright girls I'm fine you two can get off of me now.
Wiz: What the hell happened Darren-Chan?
Kurumi: Darling, I was so worried you know?
Darren: Alright take a seat I'll get started with why did I disappear I guess.
Both of them got off of me while I positioned myself on a couch I recounted about the ghost of Sung-Jin-Woo and how I can only see him due to my heart already being entirely filled with darkness. Also about how my monarch powers are supposed to be brining destruction.
Lucas: You won't become corrupted and all of that crap right??
Darren: No, I would stay the Darren I have always ever been. I would never let the old man's power overtake my body and kill anyone.
Darren: So I was supposed to destroy using this power huh?? Yeah no, I wouldn't I would use his powers my way.
Wiz shed a tear while I said that.
Wiz: Darren, your words was exactly like Kiriya back then when he was talking about his powers and its usage.
I smiled a bit at everyone knowing that they trust me to use my powers for protecting people.
Darren: Alright, I have to go grab some dinner. Lucas wanna come with??
Lucas: Sure, I was thinking of grabbing something to eat anyways.
Both of us headed out for dinner to a nearby restaurant whilst chatting about random stuff we did in school. Until the restaurant turned into a statue of ice.
Darren: What the hell? WHOSE THERE???!!!

Someone jumped down from the street and I blushed a bit.
???: Who are you two by the way?? I've never seen you two here before??
Darren: Do you have dementia lady?? I literally live here, I've been living here for like months now.
???: Why do you have the same power as me huh?? Who are you???
Lucas: I have the power of the monarch of ice.
???: I see, no wonder you have the same powers as me. But who are you??
Darren: I am the vessel for the monarch of Undead.
???: I see, why do you two have spirit powers imbued in you?? Actually, let's talk in a more discreet place.
The woman snapped her fingers and in an instant we were both teleported into a castle like structure.
???: Sorry for not introducing myself until now, my name is Velzard, nice to meet you.
Darren: Gojo Satoru.
Lucas: Lucas Yuto.
Velzard: Nice to meet you two, Gojo Satoru and Lucas Yuto
Darren: Nice to meet you too, Velzard-Chan *winking at her*
She blushed a bit before turning back to me.
Velzard: I see that both of you have spirit powers, what's that about.
Darren: Well, we were given to them. We are half spirit and half human you can say.
Velzard: Like a half breed?? Nice. I have someone I need to find you see. I think her name is nightmare. She destroyed my castle around 30 years ago saying it was for the good of the world. Of course I didn't attack her, otherwise she would be so dead right now.
Darren: Is that so? By the way? Do you know someone called Sung-Jin-Woo??
Velzard: Yes, I do actually. He was the previous shadow Monarch before Kiriya killed him and took his place.
Darren: Is that so? May I have more information please??
Velzard: I was pretty sure that he had a commander that was so strong that it took three of Kiriya's commander to take him down.
Darren: I see, may we know the name??
Velzard: His name is Igris. His grave could be found somewhere around Tengu City. But you're not stronger than him right now so there's no way you can summon him.
Darren: Is that so? Then I shall take my leave now.
Velzard: WAIT TAKE ME WITH YOU PLEASE!!!
Darren: Oh, is my dear sweetheart missing me??
Velzard: Dammit I'm not yours. *while blushing*

Rose POV:
Kurumi, Wiz and I were just peacefully eating dinner before three people teleported back to the base. Darren, Lucas and some other woman. The other woman stared holes into Kurumi not sure why though and Kurumi looks just as equally confused as I am.
???: YOU, NIGHTMARE, YOU WERE THE ONE THAT DESTROYED MY CASTLE AWHILE BACK!!
Kurumi: Who are you?? I just want to welcome darling for coming back.
She looked at Darren innocently yet behind that smile she was staring daggers into Darren's chest while Wiz just stood there not daring to say a word.
???: Don't play dumb with me nightmare. Didn't you forget about the ice castle in the middle of nowhere thirty years ago?? That you destroyed??!!!!
Kurumi: Oh right, that castle. I thought it was some terrorist base so I destroyed it.
???: Well I was the owner of that Castle, Ice dragon Velzard thank you very much.
Darren: No wonder you resemble Veldora quite a bit.
Velzard: You met my brother??
Darren: Well, not specifically, Rimuru made me absorb his powers so that my body can better suit the flames blue flames that I can use.
Velzard: No wonder you smelled like my brother.
Darren: HEY, I don't stink.
Velzard: The last time my brother took a shower was around 600 years ago. So you stink like him.
Darren: Dammit, I can't win against her.
Kurumi was about to say something before Velzard interrupted her.
Velzard: Anyways. I am here to kill you in repayment for my castle's destruction.
Darren: Hey no figh-
Darren and Lucas were both turned into an ice statue with Velzard supporting ice magic from her palm.
Velzard: The two most dangerous people have finally been tranquillised. If those two decided to team up and fight against me even without any teamwork I would lose. But since it's only you I would win.
Rose: Not so fast lady.
I delivered a swift kick to her stomach while Wiz supported us with Drain touch. Draining Velzard's mana and transferring it to herself.
Velzard: A three versus one huh?? I guess I should take out the weakling first.
She zoomed towards me while grabbing my head and slamming it into the wall.
I coughed out some saliva and said.
Rose: WIND BLADE.
Kurumi: Zaphkiel.
Velzard dodged all of my wind blades though and cursed.
Velzard: Better keep my mana in check cause if those two break out of that ice prison there's no way I can win this fight.
Kurumi: You never had any chances of winning this fight from the beginning. Zaphkiel, Alep-
She was quickly punched in the stomach though and sent flying.
(Zenitsu is Velzard and Inosuke and Kurumi, Tanjiro is Wiz)
Wiz: Moon breathing third form. Loathsome moon chains!!
Velzard: ENOUGH!!! ICE PRISON!!!
She started amassing tons and tons of ice magic in the air before firing it at us. Before it could even touch us though.
???: FIRE BLAST!!!
Darren shot a massive blast of blue fire at the ice magic before shaking his hand as if he just touched some extremely hot.
Darren: I knew Rimuru sensei allowed me to borrow the power of Veldora for my fire power. But it still burns a little although it doesn't burn that much anymore.
Lucas: Darren cmon, you have the power of a dragon inside your body although all of its wind powers have been transferred to Rose, but still.
Velzard: Tch, I can't fight now since those two have joined in the battle. Until next time then, Gojo Satoru and Lucas Yuto as well as Nightmare along with the general of the undead ranks who can't has resigned to the Monarch of Light.
With that, she teleported away leaving a very confused Lucas, Kurumi, Wiz and Rose while I just stood there digressing about the words she said.
Kurumi: Wiz, what did she mean by resigned to the Monarch of Light??
(I love Wiz too much and I just can't have her be the traitor so I'm making her spill all of the beans now don't worry there is another one)
Darren POV:
Wiz: My vessel right now is made of light and darkness. So my vessel has some of Light monarch's powers imbued into it. I have to obey his orders sometimes or else she would disintegrate my vessel.
Darren: There's one very easy solution to that you know??
Wiz: Huh??
Darren: By destroying that half that hold the light and imbuing my dark magic into it I can stabilise your existence.
Wiz: You'll do that for me???
Darren: What sort of lover am I if I plunge the one I love into eternal suffering huh??
I started the ritual. My mind entered Wiz's soul and destroyed the part that holds the light of course but in order to stabilise her existence I have to imbue many dark magic mana into her. The process took around 3 hours to complete and when my mind exited her soul she was completely stabilised and sleep with everyone around her also sleeping. I snuggled her back and said.
Darren: goodnight, my personal Arch-Lich that stole my heart.
