You Comforting Them
Heeseung-
-well, for a starter you would go around with a suspicion of him being down for quite a while, because he'd rather keep it to himself than burden you with it
-When you eventually asked him if he was doing alright lately he would just lose it, breaking down immediately
-you would have to sit him down immediately, no matter where you were, even if you two ended up sitting on the kitchen floor
-you would let him cry, holding his hand softly, running your thumb back and forth to assure him you were there to listen to him when he needed it
-once he finally calmed down and began letting everything out you had pulled him into your embrace, almost pulling him up on your lap as you quietly listened and comforted him with physical affection
Jay-
-I feel like he has loads of concerns and don't hesitate to share them with someone, but just with you he will be hesitant
-he feels like he should be the one that's there for you when you're in a slump, and not the other way around, despite you multiple times reminding him it goes both ways
-he would be taken off guard when you confront him with it during one of his slumps, despite him playing it off with a soft smile and assuring you that you didn't have to worry
-when you then had given him a lecture on how you knew something was wrong and you deserved to know because the responsibility went both ways in a relationship he immediately sighed and agreed to tell you
-his love language is mostly quality time and signs of affirmations, but when he was done he got this baby-like behavior that needed for you to continously pat his head every once in a while and mutter small nothings to him in between his explanation
Jake-
-he's like a sad puppy when he walks up to you, his head hanging low and absolutely no energy or giggles in what he's doing
-you immediately swipe his hair back and question him what's wrong, only resulting in him wrapping his arms around you and burrying his face in your shoulder
-you would carefully waddle him to somewhere comfortable he could sit down, all the while he still held onto you
-when he finally finished his hug he already had glazed eyes, but never cried, he only looked like he was just about to cry his heart out
-he would ask you to just listen to which you nodded and listened to him ramble on and on in English, eventually having you extend your hand for him to hold, which he immediately grabbed in his hold as an instinct. after having rambled he let out a sigh and nodded, clearly tired, causing you to urge him to take a nap with you, which he does
Sunghoon-
-something tells me he is very hardheaded when he is bothered by something, he will not tell you that he's feeling down, instead he would deny it everytime with a small smile
-that was at least until you caught him off guard, catching him sulking in his own little world when he thought you weren't around, it was then you asked him what was up
-when he's sad he almost seems like a whole mess and waste to him, he's distant and detached almost, which might also be why his explanation sounded so mechanical
-you eventually got tired of the robot-like explanation of why he was down and had to interrupt him softly, immediately getting his attention
-you softly reminded him that whatever way he needed to be comforted you would do it, so he immediately offered for you to sleep beside him, in the dorm, during the following days which you agreed to within a heartbeat
Sunoo-
-no because he would tell you first thing when he sees you, haven't seen each other in a day? Week? Month? he don't care he needs you to comfort him ASAP
-he definitely is someone to sit down in all seriousness, face to face, calmly explaining to you why he's been down lately, but somehow still having a small pout on his face
-he would be the one to initiate the kiss, having you move over to sit in his lap, hugging him with both your arms and legs
-he would instantly cry into your shoulder as you softly ran your hand through his hair, reminding him how much you love him and appreciate him
-he would honestly just need to cry out all his frustrations and once he finished he would act like nothing happened and you would have to convince him that it's alright to be down and you would give him whatever form of help he wants
Jungwon-
-now, leader-nim carries a lot of burdens and responsibilities that's no burden and he's bad at talking about his worries, especially to you
-he was mainly kind of scared that you would leave him or such when he would tell you what's been on his mind, but when his overthinking had begun interrupting your time together he had to tell you
-would start out by calmly listing out all his worries and concerns at one point when you two were cuddling, his head on your chest so he couldn't see your reaction (he found it easier that way)
-but at some point his voice had cracked and your arms had immediately wrapped tighter around him and you had assured him quietly it was alright to cry
-the relief of you saying that and all his concerns falling together had him crying in an instant, and he would just lay there crying silently while you held him tightly, not wanting to say or do anything that would upset him even more, he just needed some time to think a bit and you knew that
Niki-
-he would almost tell you his concerns as if they were gossip, but hiding it in such a way that it seems more like gossip than actual concerns
-however, he had said a single word in a slightly sad manner making you catch on immediately and his face immediately fell
-he hated crying, he really hated crying, especially in front of other people
-so when he had mentioned how his sister had told him somethin and shortly mentioned how he missed his family he had to pause and scratch his upper lip to keep himself calm
-once you assured him he could cry he would only look at you for confirmation to which you immediately nodded and offered to comfort him however he'd like, and he just asked you to sit with him while he cried, so you quietly sat and leaned against him, tracing small patterns on his thigh while he cried to you
