Hope POV.
Tom drove me to his mansion I was so tired but I didn't want to show weakness to them.
"Tom you are rich! How come I never noticed" I movked him.
I never knew he was so wealthy until I saw his beautiful house , of course after working with Hades King he gained his share as well.
"Because you only see Hades, not me" he pinched my cheek, He was talking nonsense, like always.
We got out of the car and into his house. "wow Tom, your house is so pretty. I wish you were the one to kidnap me!" I regret my words as soon as it got out of my mouth .
"Be careful what you wish for Hopie" He showed the way to the guest room.
It was cozy and beautiful, I actually prefer this type of houses. I felt safe after a long time.
"Rest here I will prepare something for you to eat" he left me alone without locking the door.
I wander around the room. It was small but comfortable, everything was white. It gave me a feeling of calmness.
I glanced at myself in the mirror, my cheek was bruised, and I looked thinner than usual. This is how you look after living with Hades for a while.
I opened the closet and there were already some woman clothes, maybe his girlfriend uses this closet, I shouldn't check it.
I laid on the bed to wait for him. Or that's the last thing I remember when I woke up the next day.
it was early in the morning and I could hear people talking downstairs.
Is Hades here? I wish not, perhaps it's the sound of the guards chatting.
I went to the bathroom to get ready, I took a shower and came out with the towel to find a maid that waswaiting for me.
"hi, my name is Liza I'm in your service today. I brought you some clothes" she was so polite. Unlike Marta.
"Hi Liza, thanks a lot" I took the clothes and changed when a sudden scream scared me. I looked at Liza. "what was that?"
"Master had a special guest" Liza was just as weird as Marta.
"Does his guests always scream like this?" I asked but I knew the answer.
She didn't mean guest, she meant an enemy that needed a lesson.
"This dress is so beautiful! Does it belong to his girlfriend? I would rather not make trouble" I turned around checking the dress. So beautiful!
"Master doesn't have a partner, but he sometimes buys woman clothes, he will be happy to see someone actually wear it! " Liza declared and helped me.
"you're much better than Marta, I would choose you over her" Liza just giggled at my compliments.
I went downstairs with Liza showing the way to me, but the living room didn't look the same. the floor was covered with blood. "w...what's going on"
Tom moved forward holding my hand and kissed it. "Queen Hope is here" I blushed but soon realized it's not a good time to be shy.
"Whose blood is it Tom? What's happening?" I was asking Tom when Hades showed up from the basement pulling David with him on the floor.
David was covered with blood, and he was crying, begging Hades to let him go, but Hades was dragging him like a toy.
"Morning princess" Hades stared at me with a smirk "i...i what ... What the hell are you doing??" I screamed at him and ran to David, but Tom held me still,
"Tom! You're the worst, how could you !" I fought him to let me go, but Hades glared at me with warning expression .
"I'm just showing you what might happen if you try to escape again, Hope" He took out a knife and stabbed David.
"Nonono David! NO" David looked at me with his painful eyes and said "I'm sorry Hope , I ... I love you"
Hades grabbed David's neck, "you say that to my wife in front of me? You just signed your death note"
David ignored Hades warning and continued"I wanted to use you Hope, but I started to love you ,I'm sorry"
That was David's last word before Hades stab his neck and kill him.
My shouting didn't stop him, he was just as ruthless as I always knew.
I cried and kept hitting Tom's arms to let me go, two guards came in and took the dead body out.
"Didn't I say don't cry for another man in front of me" Hades said playing with his knife.
"I don't care, what you say ! I wish you die Hades, I hate you" Hades attacked me, but Tom turned around his back facing Hades to Protect me.
"Tom she broke a rule۰ she needs to face the consequences" Hades was talking like a psychopath.
Tom whispered in my ear, "go upstairs" I just ran to the same room.
Hades POV.
I let her stay in Tom place because I was going to his house too.
I spent the night in same house with my baby.
We had a plan to trap David, and I wanted to put on a special show for Hope.
Maybe she would stop loving him. But now I see that David ruined my love life forever.
Even after he died, he was lying to her again and she believed him also.
I lost my control when she said she hated me because she is showing me this attitude just because of her own enemy.
If she knew what he wanted to do with her. She wouldn't act like this.
Tom signaled her to run upstairs. I noticed it but let her go, I can't be the bad guy all the time
"What are you doing Hades? You scared her" Tom was talking like I had any other intention.
"I can't take her attitude Tom, she has no idea what we did to save her" I
sighed in frustration.
My grand plan went on vain because David opened his mouth.
"It's ok Hades, she will realize what you did for her" Tom asked the maids to clean the blood.
"Hades bring her breakfast and explain to her calmly, don't scare her again,ok?"
I took the tray of breakfast upstairs and entered the room, "princess, I'm sorry I lost my control"
Hope POV.
The last moment I was told to come upstairs ,I took Tom's gun, but he didn't notice it.
I was waiting for Hades patiently. I will end this stupid game right here!
He said sorry again! How lame! "I don't need your fake word Hades, you killed him! You are a killer" I couldn't talk, probably because of all the crying.
I pointed the gun straight at his chest.
"Come on princess, you knew who he was, he wanted to harm you, I couldn't allow it"
"He wouldn't hurt me Hades , the only one who hurt me is you!" I shouted at him and pushed the gun to his chest.
"Calm down, Hope, What if I prove it to you that he wanted to harm you? Will you believe me" Hades put the tray beside bed, he did not look scared of me.
"Try your best . Explain yourself" I actually didn't want to hear him, but I didn't want to risk killing him if he was innocent.
He took the pistol and fixed the position to point straight at his heart,
"Kill me if you didn't believe me" he added.
