I walked down to the dining hall and opened the door. I was met with the depressed faces of kaito and kokichi. It makes sense. They lost their lovers just yesterday.
I took a seat by myself. Miu usually sits with me but today she's not here. She must have taken this hard too, she might even blame herself. Damnit! I wish I was better at cheering up.
Suddenly suddenly shuichi sat in between kaito and kokichi. He placed down two plates of pancakes in front of them.
They stared at their plates in silence. Shuichi muttered something to then with a look of gentle sinseraty. Slowly they picked up their forks and started eating.
I looked at them in amazement. Shuichi really has become a better people person. I only hope that I can improve myself like he has...
