"That works!" Kiana squealed in excitement, as Camila laughed.
"So I guess we're done for the day?" Camila smirked.
Kiana didn't answer for a second as she realised what the girl was getting at.
"Do I have to?" She groaned.
"No...you're the one that said you wanted to go out to eat and dress up." Camila raised her eyebrow.
"You're picking up the kids tomorrow, it's your last chance to have fun before they come back." She continued.
"Yeah." Kiana mumbled.
"I don't know how you've been so calm about it all, you're so resilient." Camila gave the girl a small smile.
"I thought he'd be less spiteful if I just agreed that I needed a little break, and I've missed both of them but it's better I take a month break from them instead of my whole life." Kiana shrugged.
"Why did you even let Kells take Axel for a month?" Camila asked.
"Cos I felt like I was distracted and stressed out over all this." Kiana answered.
"So, do you feel like going out?" Camila pouted, as she tried to change the subject.
"I don't know, I guess I should." Kiana shrugged.
"I got us matching dresses cos I'm corny." Camila smirked.
"Yeah, you are." Kiana laughed.
After everything she had been through she knew that finding a friend in Cami and having her kids had been a blessing, she was the only person that actually allowed her to be herself.

"Hey." Camila exhaled as she struggled to think of what to say next.
"Could you?" Colson gestured for her to hold Axel so he could get
some stuff from the car.
Within five minutes he was sat next to a visibly uncomfortable Camila on the sofa.
"Where's Kiana?" He asked as he played with Axel bouncing him lightly on his knee.
"We went out yesterday, we got a little drunk, and she's probably a little hungover, she's sleeping right now." Camila shrugged, glancing away the second Colson looked at her.
"Oh I know you went crazy, the papz released hella photos of y'all falling over and shit." Colson chuckled.
"Just makes sure she's...collected herself... by the time Pete drops Ara off."
"We were meant to go pick her up." Camila nodded as she got up to create a little distance between them.
"I'm begging you just get Pete to drop her off, then Kiana has an excuse not to see him or be in the room."
"What?" Camila felt herself distancing a little as Colsons voice became muffled.
"I'm begging you!" Camila whimpered as tears started to stream down her cheeks. She was on her knees with her hands clasped together as if she was praying.
"You're pathetic." Colson scoffed as he started to throw things at Camila.
"Are you good?" Colson asked as he noticed how scared Camila seemed to be. She jumped back at the sight of him in-front of her.
"I promise I-"
"Get away from me Kells! " Camila screamed as she ran upstairs.
By the time she got up there she found herself bumping into Kiana who had clearly scrambled out of bed.
"What's wrong? Is Kells here?" Kiana asked and noticed the way Camila couldn't answer.
"It's ok, it's ok, it's just me, it's just Kiana, you're ok." Kiana tried to reassure the girl who had a tight grip on her wrist.
"You're safe, it's ok, it's ok." Kiana whispered, she didn't know what to do to make Camila let go of her so she just led her into the bedroom and sat her down.
She lightly brushed her fingers trough Camila's hair hoping she would find it comforting.
"What's wrong with me?" Camila looking down in embarrassment.
"Nothing is wrong with you, what did he do?" Kiana asked.
"Nothing! I just, I had like a flashback and I-"
"I don't know!" The girl said through her tears.
"It's ok, this is on me, you shouldn't have to even be around him...like ever, come here." Kiana sighed as she engulfed Camila in a tight hug for a few seconds.
"He was only dropping off his kid." Camila pouted.
"No it doesn't matter, the way you feel is completely valid." Kiana reassured her.
"I better head downstairs, I'll be right back ok?" Kiana smiled.
"Yeah I'm gonna take a shower if that's ok?" Camila asked quietly.
"Yeah just put on something of mine from the bottom drawer." Kiana gave the girl a nod and rushed downstairs.
"Hey." Kiana said as she caught her breath.
"You look like shit." Kells raised an eyebrow.
"I feel like it too, and thanks." Kiana flashed a sarcastic smile.
"And...Is she good I swear I didn't-"
"I know and she's fine next time she's here, maybe leave ASAP, you put her through a lot, and she's probably still healing." Kiana frowned at his reaction.
"Don't you fucking roll your eyes, you've been making so much progress but don't act like what I'm saying isn't right." Kiana stepped closer to him.
"I told you before about how I feel about it, I said I was sorry, this is not your shit to bring up." He said through a clenched jaw.
"She's my friend. " Kiana answered.
"No she's not, maybe it makes you feel better, that she actually puts up with you, but you're bad for her."
"What the fuck are you even talking about?" Kiana screwed up her face in confusion.
"I'm not trying to be cruel but...you're literally forcing her to be around me...you act like you're angry about me being abusive towards her but you just caused that, what? Cos you couldn't get your fat ass out of bed. Being friends with her because nobody else wants you is selfish." Colson scoffed.
"Ok I'm selfish for having a friend, sorry." Kiana rolled her eyes.
"God I hate you sometimes." He sighed.
"Oh I know."
"You're not fat, and I'm sure somebody out there wants you, I'm sorry." He huffed.
"Wow that was a great apology." Kiana found herself chuckling she didn't even have the energy to be mad.
"Do you wanna take me to Pete's?" Kiana asked.
"Sure, you're asking for an argument though." He smirked.
"Give me twenty minutes? And wait in the car." Kiana said as she carried axel upstairs.
"Hello my baby!" She cooed as he giggled every time she gave him Eskimo kisses.
"Cami are you ok to watch my little Prince, I'm gonna get ready and go and get- oh wow! I like it." Kiana smirked.
"Take a picture of me and I'll take him." Camila smirked as she pulled a pose.
"I'm glad you're feeling better, and that booty is really poppin." Kiana chuckled as she handed over Axel and rushed to get ready.
