"Put the fancy knife down, blue hair man." The voice said to Elijah, Elijah slowly crouched down, he placed the knife on the floor and stood back up, Elijah then felt the end of the barrel of a gun against the side of his head. "I don't really think ya' need that against my head." Elijah blankly said before slowly turning to the person, a woman, she appeared to be in her late teens, was the one with the revolver to his head. Elijah raised an eyebrow at her. "Some teenager has a gun to my head. How disappointing." Elijah said as if he really didn't care. The woman seemed angry, yet not provoked. "I don't plan on discretely assasinating you, I don't even have anything to live for yet survival just seems fun." Elijah said calmly, The woman calmed a little more, Elijah didn't really seem to care what would happen to him at this point. "I'll simply leave." He said. The woman was calmer now, this was Elijah's chance, the second the woman looked behind her, it was Elijah's window to make his move, his hand shot like a bullet to the revolver, quickly twisting his fingers, his slid his hand perfectly and snatched the revolver. And then the tables had turned. "I don't want to harm you, or rob you, or-" And then Elijah stopped as he was walking along sideways. He saw a young girl, behind the woman, the two looked alike, like mother and daughter, but the girl was too old. Elijah was speechless, guilt encased him, he immediately pointed the gun away, dropped it, and kicked it over to the other side of the roof, he picked up his knife from the floor and stood there quietly. "Well, I'll be leaving then." Elijah said, he didn't want to be here anymore. "Wait- where are you going?" The girl said. Elijah thought about it for a few seconds. "... to find my friends." He said and glanced up to the stars. "Could we come with you?" The woman said after looking between Elijah and the girl. Elijah stared at them for a second. "Yeah, sure. Do you have a vehicle?" Elijah asked knowing that there were shards of glass on the seats of the van. "Uh, no?" The woman replied. "What're you driving?" She asked, "A Van. A blue Mercedes." Elijah replied. "Then why don't we just get in that?" The woman asked. "Well, there are shards of glass covering the other two seats, and it's dark, so I don't think we want to be cleaning it up right now." Elijah said and scratched the back of his head. "What if we just got in the back or something?" The woman asked again. "I haven't actually seen the back, so sure I guess." Elijah hesitantly agreed.

A few minutes later, by the van.
Elijah opened the door, and just as he had said, there were glass shards in the other seats. The three of them went to the back and Elijah lifted the door. It was filled with supplies that were only half drained, "I did not expect that.. well. There you have it. Weapons and supplies, how wonderful." Elijah said feeling a little ashamed he hadn't found these earlier. "Atleast it isn't a bunch of the dead." The woman said. "Well anyways, I'm Elijah, I don't know if I already mentioned that." Elijah mentioned to the two of them. "Oh. Well, I'm Catherine, and this is my younger sister-" Catherine started Explaining. "And I'm Casey!" The younger one exclaimed enthusiastically. "Ha, alright then. Well, do what you want with this, but we'll clean the front up in the morning, and soon we can try find where I actually did come from, say do you two have a map?" Elijah quickly turned to Catherine and Casey. "Oh, yeah, we do actually." Catherine responded and reached into her left pocket, handing Elijah a standard map that looked like it was ripped out of some country park map of the whole view. "You got this from some kinda park I'm guessing?" Elijah asked as he surveyed the map. "Yeah. That was not an enjoyable trip." Casey said and looked around. "Right.. I think, yeah, it should be that way, we'll head there." Elijah pointed at a certain marking on the map, which seemed to look like where the town was, where the group were. Eli nodded, and made his way to the front of the van after the two had entered the back. Elijah peered through the window with a view of the back, he slid it open, and looked at Casey and Catherine. "Why are you even coming with me?" Elijah asked the two. "Because at this point there's nothing else left." Catherine replied. Elijah shrugged and nodded, starting the van and driving off with the map in front of him.

The next evening, 07:53.
Elijah felt drained of his energy from his lack of sleep, the sun was slowly crawling downwards from the sky. He hadn't slept for what what felt like days, yet was only a few hours. Casey and Catherine were still in the back, Elijah's arms felt heavy from driving and then he finally saw a sign that was somewhat reminiscent of the path from map leading to where they were heading. Elijah felt his mood boost, he straightened his back at the sign hoping he was getting close, he definitely had the feeling he was, he could feel that he was getting closer, closer to home, closer to Quinn. The main thing that was really on Elijah's mind was Quinn, that's why he was still alive, for her. "Are we nearly there yet?" A tired and impatient voice groaned, It was Casey. "Not yet, though we're pretty close now." Casey groaned and sunk in her 'seat'. Elijah sped up again hoping they were going to arrive soon. And then he had to sharply stop. Why? Well that left Elijah in shock. An enormous herd of reanimated, right there. All walking along forwards ahead of them, surprisingly enough the reanimated didn't notice them, it was following something. Or someone. Elijah sat there in the van gazing at the herd. Catherine quietly exited the van and saw the horde. Her eyes filled with tears as Casey started to walk out of the van, Catherine, smiling and nearly crying encouraged Casey to get back inside the van. Trying to shield her from the harsh reality outside. "Everything is fine, don't worry." Catherine assured Casey as Casey walked along back into the van unsteadily. Unlike Camilo, Casey is a little more innocent and protected from the real world, while Camilo was exposed to it thanks to the likes of Dean. Elijah reached for a gun holster, patted the holster, realised he didn't have a gun. Must've lost it along the way. Elijah muttered under his breath. He exited the van and grabbed his knife, quickly rushing over to the back where Casey and Catherine were. "The heck we gonna do?" Elijah asked Catherine, concerned. Catherine shrugged. "Hey- what's actually happening?" Casey asked a bit worried. "Nothing, it's fine, don't worry." Catherine replied sounding like she was on the verge of a mental breakdown. "Dude, we need to head down this road. That's where we're headed." Elijah told Catherine. "But there's too many! The hell we supposed to do?" Catherine replied, annoyed. "We can't wait... we can't move through." Elijah paused. Ideas skimmed through his mind but were all too risky or flawed. "I got nothing." Catherine said, breaking the brief silence. Elijah had hit a roadblock in his mind. He was panicking, stressing, worrying, and looked completely prepared on the outside. "I don't know what to do." Elijah said quite simply. The swarm continued pushing along down the road, the only clear thing to do would be wait it out, but then by the time they got to where they needed then the reanimated would have probably destroyed everything. The three of them needed to get by and fast. "What if we just... went around." Casey suggested. "But we need the van." Elijah replied in a calmer tone. "Just hide it then." Casey, in the time of two minutes seemed to have already thought the whole plan through. "I mean I guess that could work. We'd have to be quite quick though." Elijah added. Casey pointed over into the woods, the woods were bleak and dark, Elijah shrugged and stared. "That's... highly dangerous though." Catherine said worried about what could be there in the woods. "Where else can we go?" Elijah said now facing Catherine. "Fine. We'll head through the woods." Catherine agreed. Elijah dashed over to the front of the van, he hadn't taken the key out of the van yet either so it was still running, he slowly pressed down the acceleration, rolling the van along nearby a bush, Catherine dived into the van quickly before it got out of reach and waited for a few seconds. The bush was only a couple dozen meters away and the van arrived in seconds. Almost No reanimated were even bothering, the swarm of them were too, too loud for them to hear anything. The riot of them was much bigger and stronger than anything else. That's what it looked and sounded like. "We don't have the time to conceal it we need to just leave!" Catherine whispered in a shout-like way. Elijah stopped, grabbed the keys and dived out of the van. Catherine rushed Casey out and slammed the door. Which somehow was loud enough to attract the attention of quite a lot of reanimated. Then Elijah locked the van and that gave away their location to the reanimated. How great. Elijah gestured for Casey and Catherine to follow him into the woods, without hesitation the two did. They swiftly snuck around into the woods, it was littered with reanimated, Catherine had A firm grip on Casey's hand and made sure not to let go, while following along behind Elijah. The three, crouched, alone, in the dark, were stalking the massive swarm of reanimated from atop a ledge. They kept going. For a long time. Hours and Hours it took them. And then the shouts and screams dimmed.

The next morning, 06:00
The three of them were still awake, and still going. Shockingly they weren't tired whatsoever, likely because they were so focused on arriving where they needed to go. Elijah saw something in the distance briefly.. a sign? Wait, Elijah took a brief moment to check his map and he could now see if because he was in the open, and it was getting light. Elijah's face lit up, his energy fuelled itself practically and a wide smile perked up onto his face. "What? What is it?!" Catherine demanded. "W-what is it?" Casey asked in a quieter tone. "We're here!" Elijah laughed a bit, pointed at the place. And looked back to the two; "Let's go then!" Elijah shouted as he ran off. Casey and Catherine followed behind him very quickly and within minutes Elijah was sprinting down the street to.. "The Mall" down the massive hill and street. He crossed the road to nowhere. And jumped to the door, stopping right in front of it. He tapped the door lightly. Then knocked for a few seconds. And walked along in. Everyone was there. Looking at something and relaxing. And then, one by one, they all looked over to the door. Where Elijah simply stood.
And then Quinn saw him.
