~Alan's POV~
James, Scout, and some of the other trainees arrived with the pizza. Due to our group constantly growing, it took many people just to help get food.
"Finally hyung." I said to James as I helped him. "Manager Woohyun is going to be here any minute now."
"Hey, it's not my fault I have to order for a group of thirty-five people." James responded.
I snickered and continued to help him. As we were laying the boxes of pizza out, the door opened, causing everyone to grow quiet and watch. We all expected this meeting to be new members, and that's exactly what it was, but I didn't expect such a strong aura from the new group.
Manager Woohyun walked in with seven trainees behind him, two males who looked very much alike just different ages, and five females. The whole group gave off two different auras, some of them gave off a bright and cute aura and the others a fierce and scary aura. It was very overwhelming but caught my attention.
"Everybody, please welcome your new members." Woohyun said to us.
We all cheered and greeted the members in unison.
"Why don't you seven introduce yourselves?" Woohyun said to the newbies. "Just tell us your name and/or stage name, age, position, and anything else you want us to know."
The seven looked at one another. The ages of each were clear. There were younger members and much older members. The young ones looked to the older ones, who looked at each other.
"Ladies first." The male said, motioning for her to go first. "Unless you want me to go first."
"No, that's okay." The female responded before looking at everyone. She was one of the fierce ones. "My name's Rosie, I was born in '95, I'm a vocalist, and I'm from Finland."
Everyone oo'ed at the end.
"Finland?!" Daehyun exclaimed. "That's so cool!"
"Thanks." The female bowed her head. "Sis, why don't you go next?"
Rosie put her hand on one of the other girls' shoulder, forcing her to go next.
"Well, okay!" The female exclaimed. She was one of the bright ones. "I'm Bomi, her little sister! I was born in 1999, and I'm a vocalist but I keep being told I would be a visual in a group."
"We don't really do visuals in RC." Kaoru said.
"Doesn't mean we can't start." Scout said, smiling at the younger new member to make her feel welcome.
Bomi giggled and stepped back, looking for the next member to go. None of them jumped at it so the older male took his turn.
"Hello, I'm Hwang Minwoo." He introduced himself, his slightly deep voice filling the room. "I was born in 1994, I'm a Vocalist and Rapper, and what I want you guys to know is I know I look scary but I promise you, I'm not like that at all. But I can't say the same for my little brother."
Before anybody could greet Minwoo, he looked to the only other male in the group of seven and grabbed his arm, forcing him to go. The younger male was a bit taken aback but cleared his throat and took his turn.
"I'm Hanwoo." He said, his voice even deeper. "I'm a Vocalist who specializes in Dance, and I was born in 2001."
"What?!" Everyone was shocked. The male didn't look his age whatsoever.
"You look older!" JC exclaimed.
"Yeah, I get that a lot." The male looked down.
"It's not a bad thing." Chewy tried to make the male feel better.
"Yeah, you're sexy so." Kaoru said bluntly. Everyone looked at Kaoru, taken aback. "What?! He would fit sexy concepts very well."
"Alright, let's move on." Woohyun rushed to the next person, saving the atmosphere as he did so. "Who wants to go next?"
"I'll go." The other fierce aura'd female spoke up. "My name's Raybella Suko. You can call me Bella. I also specialize in Dance but I'm a rapper, not a vocalist, born in 2000. And I want to let everyone know that I identify as non-binary so I use the pronouns they and them."
"That's new." Tyson muttered.
"Yes, and please try your best to call me that." Bella replied. "I understand if you make a mistake but I would appreciate if you were to fix it and continue trying."
"Of course we will." James replied, making the female feel comfortable.
"Next?" Woohyun kept the flow going.
"I guess I'll go!" The brighter female of the two left exclaimed. "Hello~ I'm Arin Lee, I'm a dancer and vocalist, and I was born in 2003 in Chicago until I was 15 when I moved here!"
"Another 03-liner!" JC exclaimed. "Welcome!"
"Thank you." Arin giggled.
"And last but not least?" Woohyun motioned for the last trainee to go.
This last trainee was somebody that had an even mix of the two auras, she seemed bright but also fierce at the same time. There was something about her that caught my curiosity.
"Hello." The female bowed. "My name is Choi Areum, but I would like to use the stage name K. I am also a Vocalist and Dancer born in 2003, but I am from London, England."
"Make that another country to add to our member list." Viv said.
The female blushed before Woohyun spoke.
"Alright!" Woohyun exclaimed, getting everyone's attention. Something about his tone was new and unexpected. "Now that that is done, and it's the new year, I have a wonderful announcement."
"We're having a comeback?" A.D asked.
"Yes!" Woohyun exclaimed, causing everyone to cheer before being hushed by the manager. "However, Pinky made a last minute decision to have the next group start right away so they can release their album later this month."
"This month?!" Chase asked. "That means we will only have a couple weeks to prepare?!"
"Yes." Woohyun sighed. "But I thought you guys would be willing to do it."
The room was silent before somebody spoke up.
"We are." Ricky said.
Woohyun smiled at the male. "I'm glad to hear it, because you Ricky, as well as Chase and Gyutae, will be joining the other boys who have yet to debut, that includes our new boys Minwoo and Hanwoo."
The nine boys who had yet to debut all cheered, especially Barae who had been waiting the longest as apart of RC.
"You guys will be meeting Junjae to record your album tomorrow at 10AM." Woohyun said. "Will that work?"
"Of course." Gyutae said on everyone's behalf, nobody abstaining.
"Great." Woohyun said. "Now I have one more announcement. Since it's the new year, with new members and the start of our next album rotation, the company has decided to upgrade Royal Colors."
"What does that mean?" Alex asked.
"It means that with the release of our new member profiles and the new album, Royal Colors will be releasing a new logo with them!"
Everyone cheered. Our logo was somewhat boring before so it was exciting news.
"Do we get to see it?" Evil asked.
Woohyun smirked and pulled out his phone. "I'm sending it in the group chat now."
Within a couple seconds, phones started to go off as everyone in the room received the same message. We all opened the message to see a picture of our new logo, causing everyone to ooh and awe as it did look pretty cool.
"That definitely fits Royal Colors better." Heaven said.
"Agreed." Christine nodded.
"Glad you guys like it." Woohyun smiled. "With that, I think this meeting concludes. Please make your new members feel welcome."
"Of course." James said. "We have pizza for them!"
"Wonderful." Woohyun said. "I will see you all soon."
Woohyun made his way out, having manager things to do, and the rest of us enjoyed lunch with pizza and getting to know the new members.

~Minwoo's POV~
Everyone was gathered in the practice room for our music video release. It was crazy that everybody came just for some of us to release a music video, it was heart whelming though.
I took a seat next to Gyutae who was my closest friend so far.
"Minwoo, meet my girlfriend, Chewy." Gyutae introduced me to the female he had his arm around.
"Nice to meet you Chewy." I bowed my head.
"You too, Minwoo." She smiled brightly.
"Do you guys get together like this every music video release?" I asked them, wanting to know more.
"Yup." Gyutae nodded.
"Of course." Chewy smiled. "We're a family."
"And this is a big one." Gyutae added. "With a lot of members not debuting before."
"Tell me about it." Chewy scoffed.
I was a bit confused by her reactions. I looked to Gyutae to understand.
"Barae is her little brother." Gyutae explained. "He's been in RC since the second group was released which was in 2018."
"Oh wow." My eyes widened. "Poor kid has been waiting a long time."
"Yeah he has!" Chewy exclaimed. "I'm so happy he can finally show off his talents."
Gyutae and I both snickered at the passionate female. Just then, we were called to attention by James, who I had learned was the proclaimed leader by everyone else in the group. It made sense; it fit him and I barely knew the guy.
"It is officially 6:00 which means the music video has been released!" James preached after getting everyone's attention. "Let's watch!"
Everyone cheered as the music video was played on the screen. Everyone watched in silence or small murmurs. The music video was powerful and it definitely fit the members who were apart of it.
Once the music video ended, everyone cheered and clapped, James taking the stage again.
"Congratulations on the comeback, but especially congratulations to the debut of nine wonderful members." James said. "Keep it up and perform well on stage! I know you guys will."
Everyone cheered, congratulating all the members who debuted, including myself. After watching the music video, it continued to play on a loop and the get-together turned into a celebratory party. What a crazy new experience, but the kid inside of me definitely enjoyed it.
~Authors Note~
Hey guys! I know I just updated this yesterday and should have written a different story but I was so close to having their comeback which I was excited to release so I decided to just do it. And I apologize for skipping birthdays but I'm going to have to a lot for this story. I hope you can understand. Anyway! Hope you guys like the new logo which is in the new character profiles and album, and thank you to Schuby2000 for making it!! I haven't decided if I'm going to update the old member pictures yet (probably not) but we will see! Anyway, hope you guys enjoyed and I will see you soon. Biez!
