Why is your room so dark, Mr Jeon? Making it easier for me to hide - Jimin smirks - sorry to kill you Mr inspector, but you are being a nuisance for my dad - Jimin thinks as he raises his hand to shoot Mr Jeon when the man switches on the light to drink water
"J-Jungkook?!" Jimin's grip on his gun lossens
"Jimin?!" Jungkook's eyes widen

Their past
Jungkook and Jimin were college sweethearts. Jimin was from a Mafia family and next in line to be the leader of the Park Mafia but he was never interested in it. Jimin was the hidden son so no one knew about him. His dad let him do whatever he wanted to do, till the time came of course.
Jimin was dating Jungkook behind his dad's back. Mr Park already had Taemin, the Lee mafia's son in mind for his boy, though Jimin never agreed to it.
Everything had been going well with Jimin and Jungkook till Taemin found out about them, he was jealous. He threatened the boy that he would inform his dad and get Jungkook killed - Jungkook had no idea about Jimin's family.
In fear of losing Jungkook to death, Jimin suddenly disappears from Jungkook's life. Jimin planned to train himself to be stronger and then defend himself and Jungkook. Jungkook was from a normal family and Jimin wasn't skilled enough to protect the man. So he left without a word, hoping to clear things up with Jungkook once he got the chance - Taemin had his men watching over Jimin the whole time, Jimin couldn't risk it
A month into his training, Jimin faints and soon finds out that he was pregnant. He buys a burner phone and messages Jungkook about his pregnancy and that he would tell the truth about his disappearance if the man could meet him at their secret place. Jungkook was relieved and excited about finally hearing from Jimin
Jimin waited for ages but there was no sign of the man. The boy assumed Jungkook wanted nothing to do with him and their unborn child and so he left. Mr Park was against it but Jimin promised that once the baby was born, he would take the mafia leader's place. Jimin trained all throughout his pregnancy. Taemin wanted nothing to do with a pregnant Jimin

Events that happened to Jungkook on his way to meet Jimin
Jungkook was almost beaten to death by Mr Park's men on his orders and this resulted in his coma for 5 months . Jimin had no idea of the same.
They had both graduated from their university by then. Jimin went into full mode mafia training and caring for his unborn child. He didn't look into Jungkook as he was hurt by the man's behavior of ignoring his calls and messages. While Jungkook who regained his consciousness after 5 months of coma, had tried to search for the boy but with no luck. Instead he trained himself and got to be an inspector of the police due to his various skills

2 years later after Y/N was born, Jimin is now the mafia leader and is instructed to take out the police inspector Mr Jeon on orders from his dad- that's when the two ex lovers reunite.
They both admit the truth of the night and the life they lived till present. Jungkook couldn't stop crying as Jimin described their daughter Y/N.
Jimin gives Jungkook the inside information and proofs against his dad - the police arrest the man for all the illegal things he has done and he gets jailed for life and Jimin quit the mafia business he never wanted in the first place

"Hey baby... look it's your dadda..." Jimin tells the 2 year old
"...da..d..da..." Y/N says giggling with her cute bunny smile
"She.. she has my smile..." Jungkook chokes as he finally holds his daughter
"Of course she does... after all she is part you..." Jimin says hugging Jungkook from the side
"Thank you Jimin..." Jungkook says wrapping his arm around Jimin while holding Y/N with the other "....I love you so much..."
"I love you too" Jimin says closing his eyes to receive the kiss he knows is waiting for him
