Y/N POV
Y/N - "Shun? What on earth are you doing here?"
Kaidou - "W-What are you doing here? We came to surprise Saiki."
Kusuo - "Surprise me!?"
Kusuke - "Yep, I just asked if they wanted to come to London and surprise you. I even sent them plane tickets and everything!"
Kusuo - "There's no way they'd be that stupid-"
Kusuo pauses for a second and realises they indeed could truly be that stupid.
Kusuo - "... Nevermind. Why'd you bother bringing them here, anyway?"
Kusuke - "Let's play a game, Kusuo!"
Kusuo - "A game?"
Kusuke - "A game of tag across London!"
You simply facepalm at the stupid idea, regretting joining Kusuo on this "vacation". How the heck would a game of tag across an entire city work? Your opinion of Kusuke really did lower and lower gradually by the second.
Kusuke - "The time limit is three hours! You can take any form of transport, bus, taxi's, train, as long as you don't leave London! You and your little friends will be playing."
Kusuo - "I don't understand the point in this game, though."
Kusuke - "Well, did I mention that if you beat me I'll treat you to afternoon tea and dessert?"
Kusuo instantly perks up at the mention of dessert.
Kusuo - "Tag starts now!"
Kusuo rushes out of the room along with Kaidou and Nendou. You're then left alone with Kusuke in the hotel room.
Kusuke - "Y/N? Aren't you joining too?"
Y/N - "Definitely not. You think I can be bothered?"
Kusuke - "Haha, fair enough."
Y/N - "I still don't understand how on earth you're gonna find them. Isn't London bigger than the 23 wards of Tokyo?"
Kusuke - "I have my ways, Y/N."
Kusuke takes a seat at his desk, pulls out a laptop and begins searching through security camera footage.
Y/N - "You have access to all that surveillance!?"
Kusuke - "Yep. Impressed?"
You rolls your eyes at him and flop down onto the hotel bed, exhausted from all this nonsense. You still didn't understand Kusuke's motives at all.
Y/N - "I don't understand why you wanna do a stupid game of tag. How old are you?"
Kusuke - "It's just some friendly competition with my younger brother! Is there anything wrong with that?"
Given the fairly negative interactions shared between these 2, you had a feeling that it wasn't exactly friendly at all. You decided not to pry any more though, since their family matter wasn't really any of your business. Despite this, you were still a little curious as to why they hated each other so much.
Y/N - "Are you not going to go find them? You've just been sitting here for the past 5, 10 minutes."
Kusuke - "Oh, I'm sure I'll have just enough time, Y/N."
Kusuke makes his way out of the hotel room and you sit up to look at him. You furrow your eyebrows a little at him, still a little creeped out by him.
Y/N - "...What a weirdo."
Now you were alone in the hotel room, you just lie back down onto the bed and close your eyes.

Kusuo - "Y/N? Hello?"
Angry about having your peaceful sleep interrupted, you swatted at whoever was trying to wake you up. Kusuo sighs, shaking you harder this time. You groan in frustration.
Y/N - "What the fuck do you want?"
Kusuo - "Rude. You've just been sleeping here for hours, I came to wake you up."
Y/N - "Yeah, no shit. I was just tired."
Kusuo - "Tired? I'm the one who did a 3 hour game of tag across an entire city, how are you tired?"
Y/N - "Being around you and your wacky ass brother drains me."
Kusuo - "Him I understand, but me?"
Y/N - "Yes, you! Big douchebag."
Kusuo - "This is how you treat your best friend?"
Y/N - "Since when did you get promoted to best friend?"
Kusuo - "Just now."
Y/N - "I did not agree to this."
Kusuo - "Your opinion is irrelevant."
Y/N - "Tch."
You sit up and rub your eyes, still tired despite taking around a 3-4 hour nap. You look around the room, seeing Kaidou and Nendou bickering and Kusuke pouting in the corner.
Y/N - "What's wrong with him?"
You point towards Kusuke and Kusuo turns around to look at him.
Kusuo - "Him? He's just sad he lost."
Y/N - "What did he expect, it was a game of tag across a whole city. Obviously he'd never find you guys."
Kusuo - "Just ignore him and his antics."
Y/N - "Right. Also, didn't he agree to treat you to dessert or something?"
Kusuo smiles and blushes at the thought of eating as many sweets as he wanted. You admire how adorable he looks when he's happy and you giggle a little.
Kusuo - "You could probably get some cheesecake too, you know."
Y/N - "Why would I get the reward if I didn't participate?"
Kusuo - "I'll force him to get you some if he refuses."
You couldn't help but blush at his tiny displays of affection towards you; for majority of friendships this was simply normal, but for Kusuo even the tiniest bit of affection was shocking. You both share eye contact for a moment until you decide to finally get up from the bed.
Y/N - "Kusuo, I want my cheesecake now."
Kusuo - "Good grief, must you always be so demanding?"
Kusuo takes you by the wrist towards the tables where you could see a large variety of desserts. Your eyes sparkle and you beam with joy at the delicious sight. Kusuo looks back at you and couldn't help but smile a little; your cheerfulness and good spirits was contagious. Both of you take a seat at the table and you take every single cheesecake you can find.
Y/N - "Kusuo, do you think this is adequate?"
Kusuo looks at the large amount of cheesecakes placed on multiple plates. He quietly chuckles as he takes the cups of coffee jelly.
Kusuo - "More than adequate, dummy."
Y/N - "Shut up, coffee jelly hoe."
You and Kusuo continue to chat with each other and eat happily together. It took a while, but soon both of you manage to eat around 80% of the desserts available. You spent the rest of the evening hanging out with Kusuo and the rest ended up returning to their own hotel rooms. Since Kusuke didn't expect you to come, you were forced to share a room with Kusuo (which you didn't really mind doing).
It was around 9pm and you and Kusuo only just noticed; you were both so immersed in your conversation. Both of you decided that you should go to sleep.
Y/N - "Can't believe I have to share a room with a prick like you."
Kusuo - "It's not like we haven't slept in the same bed before."
Y/N - "I'd rather sleep on the floor."
Kusuo - "Go ahead then, fine with me."
Y/N - "Hmph."
You stand up and get ready to go to your and Kusuo's hotel room. Whilst making your way to the door, you notice Kusuke still looking a little depressed in the corner of the room. You still didn't understand why he was getting so upset about a game of tag, but you couldn't help but feel a little pity for him. You take a plate of one of the remaining desserts and walk towards him. Admittedly you weren't exactly great at comforting people, but you still wanted to at least try and help.
Y/N - "Kusuke, you should eat something."
Kusuke looks up, smiles at you and takes the plate.
Kusuke - "Thanks, Y/N."
You smiled politely back at him. Despite not liking Kusuke very much, you didn't want to be any ruder to him whilst he was kind of down in the dumps. Kusuo rolls his eyes at you both and walks towards you.
Kusuo - "Are we going back to our room or not?"
Y/N - "Am I not allowed to be nice?"
Kusuo - "Only to me."
Kusuo takes you by the wrist again and attempts to lead you towards the exit quickly. Something about seeing one of his closest friends get along so well with his brother who he absolutely hated irked him. Kusuke examined and analysed them for a few seconds before coming to a sudden realisation. He smirked and got up from his seat.
Kusuke - "Just wait one second, Y/N."
Kusuke felt like punching himself in the face after struggling to notice the easiest way to win against his brother; the solution was right in front of him. You stop in your tracks and Kusuke makes his way towards you.
Y/N - "What is it?"
Kusuo - "Good grief, make it quick."
Kusuke places both his hands on your cheeks and gently pulls your face towards his. The corners of his mouth upturn as he slyly side eyes Kusuo for a moment. Kusuke tilts his head, leans in and softly kisses you for a few seconds before pulling away.
Kusuo - "Are you insane!?"
You stand frozen in place, in complete disbelief of what happened. Kusuke stands up straight again and laughs right at Kusuo.
Kusuo - "I don't understand what's so funny!?"
Kusuke continues to laugh loudly, indirectly mocking Kusuo; Kusuo in response scowls at him. After a moment, Kusuke finally finishes his fit of laughter and glares at Kusuo.
Kusuke - "I finally won against you~"
