Song of the chapter: yume utsutsu
I'm sorry for being gone for so long. I'm going through something and the next chapter might be late but thank u all for the concern. I'm okay. I hope you like this chap pls comment and vote :)
It's day 1 and a half in the hospital since I've woken up. It hasn't been that boring since I've talked to a lot of people so far.
Doctors, my aunt and brother, nurses.
Visiting hours have just opened so katsuki should be here any minute ,knowing him.
I also wanted to see Mina. So I hope she can come to see me later after school.
My aunt and brother had left about 15 minutes ago to go eat something. I'm so bored.
I throw the blanket off of my my legs and stand on the ground. I still have needles and an IV in me so I have to wheel around this IV pole when I walk.
While humming through the halls I start to explore the hospital. Only on my floor though , before I get lost.
"Hmm hmm." I hummed looking at people through the big windows in the rooms.
Walking with no shoes on this cold ass floor is very nice. And hospital gowns are very comfortable.
I start making my way to the cafeteria to get something to drink. Or some jello. I could really go for some jello right now.
"You're up and around aren't you!" One of the nurses who have been seeing me says at the desk.
"Yes sir, see you later im gonna get some jello." I smiled and walked past him.
While walking I hear someone call my name from behind me.
"Huh?" I ask turning around. I see katuski and his mom standing a little while away.
"Oh hi!" I smiled and started walking towards them.
"Hi hun, you're up and around today." Mitsuki pointed out.
"Ya I wanted some jello or something." I shrugged.
I held one of my arms out to hug katsuki from the side.
"Hi idiot you shouldn't be walking around ya know." He said hugging me back.
"Uh huh uh huh. See, I hear you but I'm not gonna listen." I nodded and continued to grab his hand and walk to the cafeteria.
"I'm gonna go walk around, you two! Call me if you need something." Mitsuki said waving us off.
"So, how'd you sleep?" I asked still holding his warm hand.
"Better. How'd you sleep?" He asked me.
"I slept okay. I had to wake up at like 7am though." I sighed.
We made it to the cafe and I got two tiny cups of jello. One for me and one for Kat.
We sat at a round table in the cafe to eat.
"Here you go." I said plopping the container in front of him.
His was orange flavored and mine was Strawberry.
We ate our jello and just talked about random stuff.
"Have you been to school?" I asked while putting a spoon full in my mouth.
"Well monday was yesterday. But I didn't go. And I didn't go today either." He mumbled.
"Huh?!! Kat you need to go to school! Tomorrow you are going." I stated and stabbing my spoon into the cup of jello.
"Ya ya I will I will! I've just been at home. I haven't even gone back to the damn dorms." He sighed.
"Why not?" I asked tilting my head.
"I just didn't feel like talking to those idiots." He said eating his jello.
I nodded my head and just continued with our convo.
...
He walked with me back to my hospital room and I sat back in my bed. He sat in the chair next to me.
"Are you ready to go home tomorrow?" He asked me.
"Eh. I'm getting used to this hospital actually." I sarcastically said to him, stretching in my bed.
He shakes his head at me. "You're stupid."
"Whattt it smells good in here. And everyone is so nice. The only thing I miss at home is my bed." I sighed happily.
Text from Mina
Mina: I'm sorry I cant visit today, we have horrible training after school and stuff:(. but you're coming home tomorrow right?
Me: it's okayyyy, yes I'm coming back to my house tomorrow and I'm coming to the dorms on Monday.
Mina: yayayayayay can't wait to see you😡
"Who was that?" He asked me as I put my phone back on my lap.
"It was just Mina, apparently she can't visit cause of training. Training youuuuu should be going to." I said poking his chest.
"If it's after school training then I'll go, yeah?" He said leaning back in his chair.
"Well good thing it is! Now you must go after 4:00, okay? I don't want you to get in trouble!" I sighed smiling.
"Okay okay! It's only 12pm I have time!" He exaggerated.
".... so. Do you wanna color in coloring books with me?" I asked smiling sitting criss cross in front of him.
"Are you three years old?" He asked raising his eyebrow.
"Psh no! It's just that the nurse gave me a coloring book and stuff. It's the only thing I've been doing." I mumbled looking around for my book.
"You're such a child." He sighed.
"So is that a yes?" I asked smiling.
"...yes" he gave in.
We spent at least 45 minutes having a competition on who's drawing looked better. That was until some nurses came in to take some test, blood and give me meds.
*knock knock*
"Come in!" I shouted to the door.
"Oh hiiii, nice to see you have a visitor." She smiled coming in with another nurse.
I'm basically friends with them at this point.
"It's time for meds already? I swear it's not even 1 pm yet!" I questioned jokingly.
"Yep, and she's gotta take some blood if that's alright." Nurse Cameron pointed to the other nurse.
Nurse Cameron is honestly my favorite person in the hospital. She is so nice to me and friendly and gets my jokes.
Katsuki stands up to stand on the other side of the room so he can let the nurses do what they need to do.
"Here's your meds, hun." She hands me a small cup of water with 2 pills I need to take.
I swallowed them and drank water after.
"And let me check." She said in a sing songy voice.
I lifted my tongue up, down and to each side so she could check that I had swallowed them.
"Good job. Okay and we should be done here. I'll see ya later!" She smiles and leave with the other nurse,closing the door behind them.
Katuski comes back and sits in that chair next to me.
"Ugh those pills taste like shit every time I have to take them" I sighed sticking my tongue out.
"I'm sure they can't be that bad." He yawned.
"Are you tired?" I asked him tilting my head.
"Just... a little." He said yawning again.
"Hm come lay with me!" I said throwing half of my blanket off and scooting over.
"You want me to lay with you, in that small bed?" He said raising one eyebrow.
"Mhm mhm" I nodded.
He sighed and smiled at me slightly while crawling into the hospital bed next to me.
"Nap time." I mumbled putting my arms around him from behind.
He hummed a yes and then closed his eyes. I was also pretty sleepy so I took a nap with him.
Mitsuki p.o.v
*knock knock*
I knocked on the door to check if katsuki and y/n are doing okay. No one answered so I just walked in shortly after. Just to peek.
I peeked my head in and saw them sleeping in the bed together taking a nap.
"Aw. So cute." I thought to myself pouting.
These damn kids.
I decided to leave them alone and closed the door slowly and quietly to not wake them.
JESUSSS THAT WAS THE LONGEST BREAK I EVER TOOK!!! Anyways I'm back and ily okay bye my babies!
