Lily's Point of View
"This will teach you to trespass into my valley, get ready for the big chill." We heard a yeti monster say to them as what looks like a blizzard blinded everyone.
"Man... I wonder if they're, okay?" Adam asks worriedly as I was really scared myself for everyone. I knew the others noticed as I was slightly shaking myself.
"It's impossible to tell from here." Billy says worried for the others himself.
"Look, we can't give up. We've got to find the book and figure out a way to get into it." Aisha says as I sighed.
"She's right, but we still need to figure that out." I said as I tried to stop myself from shaking even more and tried to calm myself to stay strong for the others.
"Zordon, can you tell us where it is?" I suddenly asked determined to get the others out.
"I've just located the book, it's among all the others back at the high school book fair." Zordon informs us as I think I remember the cover of it.
"Ai yi yi yi! That could take hours to find!" Alpha states in worry.
"Who knows what Rita and Zedd will do by then." Aisha says in worry as we all looked of unsure what to do.
"But this has to be done, we have to get the others out as well." I added knowing whatever we do, we have to do it.
-Time skip-
We decided to look at the book fair to see if we could find the others as quickly as we can. And once there, we were all looking.
"We've got to hurry, that book is here somewhere." I hear Aisha say as we were all looking.
"We don't even have a clue on what the title is." Adam says as I was remembering something to due with purple and it's not my clothes or ranger color.
"What are we looking for?" Adam asks as Billy, and I went to the two as I tried to keep looking.
"Come on guys, we just need to keep our eyes peeled." Billy says to them as I sighed in worry.
"Let's just keep looking, please?" I asked the others as I stopped to look at them still worried.
"Okay." The three of them say together as we all kept looking.
-Time skip-
"Guys, I love reading, but this is really getting ridiculous." I said as I was now going through the last table of books.
"Yeah, I mean some of these titles." Adam says as Aisha scoffed and nodding.
"I know, look at this one, 'Know your Iguana'." Billy says putting a book back.
"'Grumble the Magic Elf'. Yeah, right even after all we've been through." I said whispering the last part. Then I started to see that the book was glowing a certain color.
"Whoa! What's happening?" Aisha asks as I was getting a vision type thing.
'Tommy? Rocky? Kim?' I thought as I snapped back into reality.
"I'm not sure." I hear Adam say as the book was still glowing in a way in my hands.
I dropped it by accident and then we all looked to see that Tommy, Kim, and Rocky were inside of it.
"We found it; I can't believe it. Good job, Lily." Aisha says happily as she gave me a small pat on the back.
"Thanks, I guess." I said with a small smile.
"They're okay." Adam says with a bit of relief.
"Yeah, but they're trapped in a cave." I said in worry still.
"You guys gotta help them." Aisha says looking at Billy and I as the two of us looked at each other, then back at the book.
-Time skip-
After getting the book, we took it to the Command Center with both me and Billy scanning it to try to figure this out.
"If only we could figure out a way to alter their molecular structure." I said getting what Billy was saying. Then we suddenly hear the alarm going off as we all look to see what happened.
"What's going on?" Aisha asks in alert.
"There's trouble in Angel Grove Park, behold the viewing globe." Zordon tells us as we all looked at the viewing globe to see a
"I don't think I'm ready for more trouble." Adam says in worry.
"So am I." I said as I now held the book the others were stuck in.
"Ay yi yi yi! What is it?" Alpha asked in concern.
"I think Alpha was referring to that thing on the ground." Billy says looking at what that thing is.
"But... Uh.... What is that thing?" I asked looking confused at what this thing is.
"Thanksgiving nightmare." Adam shot back as I rolled my eyes.
'No kidding. We didn't even need more problems from Zedd and Rita today.' I thought in annoyance.
"It's the turkey jerk monster created by Bulk and Skull to lure you to the park so they can unmask you." Zordon informs us as we all turned around to him in worry.
"Bulk and Skull didn't know that Rita and Zedd would help bring the monster to life. Rita and Zedd have also equipped it with powerful weapons that can destroy Angel Grove." Zordon adds as I sighed.
"We can't get a break, can we?" I said in a little bit of annoyance.
"Bulk and Skull would never learn." Aisha adds as I nodded to that.
"You must first defeat the turkey jerk monster before it destroys the city. Then you can rescue the other rangers." Zordon says as we all looked at each other and nodded.
"It's morphin' time!" I said as we the four of us got ready to morph.
"Mastodon!"
"Triceratops!"
"Saber-tooth tiger!"
"Velociraptor!"
Once at the monster's location, we can see where Bulk and Skull were.
"Visitors?" I heard the monster ask happily.
"That's right bird brain!" I yelled as I mentally rolled my eyes at Bulk and Skull.
"Look Skull, it's the power rangers! I knew it! I knew they'd come!" I heard Bulk say since he wasn't that far.
"Come on! Join us as soon as I can convince my folks that turkeys don't live in trees, we're going to have a blast and blow up the city." The monster says happily as I can see that Bulk and Skull were happy.
"Hey, those turkeys in the tree aren't your parents!" Billy states.
"And you're not gonna blow up anything turkey jerk." Adam adds as I was ready as always.
"You folks are a little hard to swallow. Well, maybe a good blasting will make you easier to take." The monster states as he started to blast us.
We all tried to dodge, but one of the lasers hit Billy instead.
"Cooked to perfection!" We heard the monster say as Adam and Aisha landed next to Billy to make sure he was okay. While I landed in front of the three to protect them and ready to fight when needed.
"I'm okay." Billy says as to us.
"Alright, let's pluck this bird!" Adam says as I nodded to that.
"I'm with you Adam." I hear Aisha whisper to him.
"But I think Billy needs a moment to rest before we roast this turkey." I whisper to them.
"But for now, I got him." I said as the others were unsure of that.
"Let us help you, Lils." I hear Adam say in a whisper to me as I sighed.
"Come on." Aisha tries to say as I looked away from them for a moment, till I turned back and nodded.
-Time skip-
After Billy got a bit better enough, we started to fight the monster as the best we can which we fell back for a moment.
"I'm okay." I said as the others were next to me.
"Let's carve this turkey!" I tell them as they agreed with me.
"You're such a cut off." The turkey tells us as we were fighting it once again.
"Alright, time to separate them in from the turkey." Adam says as the two of us nodded as he takes out the power axe and I take out the power fans.
"Hey, that's a foul play!" The turkey says as Adam and I fought the monster.
"Come on birdy! Back off!" I said as Adam got the turkey off me. Which in turn got the blaster out of the monster's hands and got it in the hands of the others.
"What's the matter rangers? Turn chicken?" The monster asks as the other got to us.
"Man, that's one tough turkey." I stated as Billy puts a hand on my shoulder.
"Okay, Adam and Lily, we're with you two." Billy says to us as I nodded to him.
"You better prepare to have your wings clipped." Billy then tells the monster.
"And I was gonna offer you a side of cranberries for when you eat crawl." It said as it threw something at us that hit us.
"We've gonna have to think of something quick guys." I said after getting up quickly.
"Otherwise, we're gonna end up with southern fried rangers." I added as the others nodded.
"We gotta come up with a battle plan, or we're gonna be in a real stew." Billy tells us.
"Oh, come on power rangers, get up." We all heard Bulk and Skull say.
"I think we gotta go at him from all sides." Adam suggests.
"You're right." I stated as I nodded to him.
"All at once." Billy adds.
"No matter where he turns. There's a ranger in his face." Aisha added as she nodded to us.
"Alright, let's just hope our strength holds up." I said nodding to them.
-Time skip-
We were all fighting him on all sides, but he was still kicking our butts. Once I got knocked towards the others, I got up as quickly as I could again.
"It's time to use the power cannon." Aisha tells us.
"Yeah, that's a good idea Aisha." Billy tells her as I nodded to them.
"Power Cannon!" The four of us called as we summoned the power cannon.
"You launched your last berry you pathetic piece of poultry." Billy says as I was helping the others aim at the monster.
"What's that? Part of a microwave oven?" The monster asked us laughing.
"I'm gonna knock the stuffing out of you." The monster then says as he was charging at us, but instead we blasted him away finally defeating him.
The four of us regrouped, I was actually had a small smile on my face under my helmet for now.
"Yes! Good job guys" I said a little bit happy for us.
"Way to go." Aisha says nodding to us.
"We showed that bird." Billy adds nodding to the rest of us. After seeing Bulk and Skull were fine once they landed, we backed up from them.
"Come on, let's report back to the Command Center." I tell them as they nodded, and we teleported away.
-Time skip-
"The story is rewriting itself as Tommy and the others go through it." I stated going through the book in worry.
"So, they're trying to get out?" Aisha asks happily as Adam walks behind Billy, Aisha, and I.
"It appears so, yeah." Billy responded to her as she smiles as Billy, and I were still going through it.
"Listen, in the book, it says the story is over when the elves' toys are delivered to the orphan children. Now maybe if we can help with that..." Adam starts to theorize.
"We'll probably get them out." I finished seeing where Adam was going with this.
"That's an excellent idea Adam and Lily. However, I can't locate the frequency to enable you to teleport into the book." Zordon tells us which makes me worried for the others even more.
"Guys, I got an idea! Alpha, give me some colored pencils." Aisha says to him.
'I think I know where she is going with this.' I thought as I heard her say colored pencils.
"Right, colored pencils! Here they are." Alpha says to her as Aisha motions for me to help her as well.
"Lily, I would need your help with drawing some toys." Aisha says as she gets the colored pencils from Alpha.
"Of course." I responded as we got to work to help the others.
"Drawing the toys so he can deliver it to the children." I said as I drew the toys, stating what she was saying earlier.
"Right." Aisha says happily as I finished drawing.
"And there you go!" I said happily after I finished. Then I noticed that the others saw what I drew near them as I smiled along with the others.
"It worked, nice drawing Lily." Aisha says as we all smiled.
"Thanks Aisha!" I said as we hugged each other for a moment, then let go so we could watch the others as we flipped to the next page.
"An excellent turn of events, huh?" Billy asks happily as I nodded to that.
"Now, we just have to hope that they make it to the end." Adam says as he got my worries back. Then we kept watching the others in worry
'Something's wrong.' I thought as I see my bracelet was glowing as we then see the alarm went off.
"Ai yi yi! Zedd and Rita have taken Mondo the magician out of the storybook and let him loose on Angel Grove." Alpha warned us.
"This day gets better and better." I said sarcastically as Billy, and I quickly went to the book to see that it was true.
"Alpha's right." Billy says as he held the page up.
"Shouldn't the others be back by now though?" I then asked in worry. Then I turned around to see that the others were back!
"Did you guys miss us?" Tommy asked happily as we see the three.
"A lot!" I said I quickly hugged the three and they hugged me back smiling.
"Did we ever." Aisha says as I let the three go.
"Rita and Zedd took Mondo out of the storybook." I tell the three in worry since my bracelet still glowed green.
"Well, we better get busy then." Rocky states as we all nod to that.
"Let's do it." Tommy says as we all got ready to morph.
"It's morphin' time!" Tommy says ready as we could be.
No One's Point of View
"Tiger zord!"
"Mastodon!"
"Pterodactyl!"
"Triceratops!"
"Saber-tooth Tiger!"
"Velociraptor!"
"Tyrannosaurus!"
Once they got to the location, they started to call on their zords.
"Mastodon Lion Thunderzord Power!"
"Pterodactyl Firebird Thunderzord Power!"
"Triceratops Unicorn Thunderzord Power!"
"Saber tooth tiger Griffin Thunderzord Power!"
"Velociraptor Phoenix Thunderzord Power!"
"Tyrannosaurus Red Dragon Thunderzord Power!"
"Alright Saba, White tiger Thunderzord Power! Now!" Tommy called as all of their zords got into position. Then all of the zords went into megazord mode.
"Thunder megazord Power up!" The six in the megazord said together.
After fighting for a bit, the megazords were down.
"Hey, what's going on?" Rocky asks as it seems like he was losing control of the megazord.
"The controls are malfunctioning." Lily says as she was losing some control of the megazord as well. The megazord was down, but not out just yet.
"Get up, so I can finish you off. Face to face!" Mondo says to the team. Then Tommy fought off Mondo so the six can get up and call their saber.
"Thunder saber Power up!" The six says as Mondo was down, and Tommy backed up.
"Now you have sealed your fate!" Mondo tried to say.
"Thunder Saber battle ready!" The six say as the saber cuts through Mondo.
"Yeah!" The six say happily.
-Time skip-
Lily's Point of View
Once Mondo was dealt with the seven of us went back to help clean up the book fair.
"So, what was it like being in that book?" Adam asks Tommy and the others.
"Yeah, how did it feel?" Aisha asks as I helped them put the left-over books in a box and Tommy chuckled for a moment.
"So...?" I asked jokingly as Tommy and the others chuckled at how I was. I smiled seeing them smile at what I just did.
"Well, I never really liked fairy tales, but... Uh... Hey, this one's pretty exciting." Tommy replied honestly with a small smile on his face.
"That's putting it mildly." Rocky added not liking how close Tommy and I were.
"Let's just hope Rita and Zedd are out of the story telling business for good." Kimberly says as I agreed.
"Agreed." I said as I put the last of the books in one of the boxes and the others chuckled to that.
"Their kind of plot twist was a little too intense." Tommy stated as we all chuckled and smiled to that.
"Well, kids. I think we can safely say that the book fair was big hit!" Mrs. Appleby says as we all cheered to that.
"We did sell a lot of books, didn't we?" Kimberly asked as we all smiled to that.
"Yeah, we did!" I said happily knowing that I'm a rather big book nerd if I do say so myself.
"Yeah, that should really help the library!" Tommy added as I nodded with both of us smiling.
"Yeah!" Both Adam and Billy say happily together which made us all smile, until we heard two grunts.
'Bulk and Skull!' I thought as my smiled faded for now.
"Back for more boys?" Mrs. Applyby asked them as I looked at the others not sure of what to do with these two.
"Uh..." Bulk started to say as both him and Skull looked at each other for a moment.
"Mrs. Appleby, we would like to uh..." Bulk starts to say.
"Donate uh..." Bulk tried to continue.
"These back to the book fair." Bulk finished as he hands the books back to her.
"Finish them already, have you?" Mrs. Appleby asks them while she was now looking at us.
Kimberly looked at me as I nodded to her, and then she pulled out the book they were trapped in back out.
"Uh... Let's just say that out monster making days are uh... Beanie." Bulk said trying to find the right words.
"Yeah, uh... Beanie." Skull says agreeing with him as I chuckled seeing Kimberly going towards them with the book in her hands.
"Why don't you guys try this one?" Kimberly asked them as the two of us smiled at the two.
"Grumble the magic elf? UH, isn't that nice?" Skull asked as both him and Bulk tried not to laugh.
Kimberly and I high fived each other as we tried not to laugh this time, Tommy and the others looked at the two of us amused for a moment now wanting to see what would happen.
"Hi-yah boys!" We heard as Bulk and Skull started to scream as they closed the book. They threw it towards Billy, who caught it perfectly.
"Yeah, yeah. Thanks anyway." Skull said as the two ran off, bumping into each other by accident.
"Well, I guess they weren't into reading." I said with a joking voice as Kimbelry and me high fived each other again. The others started to laugh as we finally saw Bulk and Skull leave the hallway.
-Time skip-
I sighed as I was in the truck driving home for the day, but on the way home I had the radio on.
Then I heard my sister's take on the song, 'Zombie' by The Cranberries that she did actually pop up on the station. Yet I decided to sing along to my sister's vocals.
'Man, I miss her as well as Jason and the others so much. Mostly my sister, and Jason.' I thought as I was driving.
"Another head hangs lowly. Child is slowly taken. And the violence causes silence. Who are we mistaken?" I heard my sister sing.
'But you see, it's not me, it's not my family. In your head, in your head, they are fighting. With their tanks, and their bombs. And their bombs, and their drones. In your head, in your head, they are crying.' My sister sang as I knew the lyrics to it as well, but not her version.
'What's in your head, in your head? Zombie, zombie, zombie-ie-ie! What's in your head, in your head? Zombie, zombie, zombie-ie-ie-ie, oh!' I heard my sister continue as I heard the instrumental parts.
'Another mother's breakin'. Heart is takin' over. When the violence causes silence. We must be mistaken.' My sister's voice sang in the truck.
'It's the same old theme in 2018. In your head, in your head, they're still fightin'. With their tanks, and their bombs. And their guns, and their drones. In your head, in your head, they are dyin'.' I heard my sister sing as I stopped at a red light.
'What's in your head, in your head? Zombie, zombie, zombie-ie-ie! What's in your head, in your head? Zombie, zombie, zombie-ie-ie-ie, oh!' I heard her continue to sing as it was like having her in the truck with me once again.
'It's the same old theme in 2018! In your head, in your head, they are dyin'!' My sister's voice sang in the truck.
'What's in your head, in your head? Zombie, zombie, zombie-ie-ie! What's in your head, in your head? Zombie, zombie, zombie-ie-ie-ie, oh!' My sister sang as the light turned green and I started to drive once again.
'Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh! Yeah-yeah-oh, la-la-la-la!' I hear my sister's voice finish singing as I just heard the instrumental parts now as I finally got to my house.
'Of course, she is doing well.' I thought as I parked the truck in the driveway.
'She is doing better without me, maybe... I will never get out of her shadow.' I thought as I got out of the truck and get my stuff.
'You know she left so you can find yourself without her.' I thought to myself as well.
'She really does believe in you, everyone does.' I thought as I locked the truck and went inside the house.
'I got to do this for myself.' I thought as I closed the door behind me and went to my room while grabbing some dinner on the way.
'But the cover that she did is really good. I have no doubt in that. Maybe I would do that much good in what I'm going into.' I thought happily as I sat put my stuff down and sat on my desk as I was waiting for my food to heat up.
I looked at my phone to see my finger was hovering over the button to call my sister's name.
'Scarlett... I do want to check on you. I know you're probably healed and back to filming, but... I just want to talk to you again.' I thought as I then clicked on the button, and it started to ring.
Someone picked up!
"Hello! Hello!" I heard as I smiled hearing my sister's voice in a while.
"Lily? Hello? Are you there, sis?" I heard her ask me as I smiled wider.
"I'm here. Hey sis, it's been a while." I started to say to her.
"Yeah, it has been a while. How are you doing sis?" I hear Scarlett asked me in concern.
"How was the book fair?" She asked me as I was shocked that she knew.
"I'm good, but... How did you know that was today?" I asked her as she chuckled.
"I've been in touch with Tommy and the others. They told me about it, and that you helped them a lot. I'm really proud of you and so is Jason." She tells me and I knew she was smiling at me.
"Yeah, yeah I have!" I tell her smiling.
"Also, I heard that you kept in touch with Jack and Maria, right?" I heard her ask me happily since she knew I wasn't talking to certain people anymore.
"Yeah, I even kept in contact with them after they left. So, how are you and Jason?" I then asked her in worry after the whole incident with Jared and the baby.
"Both of us are doing okay, Jason and I decided to just wait till both of us are done with college to try again though. So, it's going to be a while." She honestly tells me as I smiled.
"Nice to hear that." I tell her and I hear her chuckle.
"Well, it is after what happened. Oh, that reminds me!" I hear her say now excitedly.
"We're going to be done filming this season soon and deciding to go on tour soon too!" She says excitedly.
"I can't wait to travel with everyone over here to finally get to Angel Grove last. I can meet up with you and the others there! Even Jason and many others can meet us there!" Scarlett tells me excitedly.
"All of us can't wait!" I said excitedly.
"Can't wait to see you and Ernie again! Oh, by the way, Lily..." Scarlett started to say to me as I sighed.
"Yeah, sis?" I asked her in worry now.
"Don't ever thing that you are in my shadow. You will get out of it. I may have started some things, but you will make it even better than I ever did." She tells me trying to reassure me.
"The one who should be getting out of your shadow is me. I left you doing something I should be protecting you from not the other way around. Now I really put you in so much danger, how can I be a parent at my age and not even protect you?" She asks in worry.
