"Kelsey!" Kiana exclaims, waving at me over FaceTime.
"Hey! How are you?" I smile. "Luke's here, by the way."
Luke waves as I tilt my phone towards him, so she sees he's beside me.
"Hey, Luke! So, anyway, let me get right to it. Harrison and I are going to be in Palm Springs next week, would you be okay with us coming to visit you guys for a day?"
"Yes, of course! Have you called Calum yet? He'll be so happy."
"He's not fucking answering my calls."
"Calum! Answer your phone!" Luke yells, making me wince at the volume.
Kiana chuckles, shaking her head. "I was hoping we'd all be able to spend the day together, then go have some nice fancy dinner. Calum will hate being a fifth wheel, but I don't feel bad right now since he never answers me anymore."
"That sounds great, Kiana. Text me all the details of your trip and we'll figure it out!" I cheer.
Luke shakes his head at Kiana and I as we squeal, getting excited and already starting to plan.
Eventually we say goodbye and end the call, since she had to go.
"That's exciting." Luke smiles, his lips pressing a swift kiss to the top of my head.
"I'm so excited to see them! It's been so long." I smile, curling into his side.
"Since the wedding." He says.
"God, that wedding..."
"Yeah, the one where we had sex after, remember?"
"Luke!"
He laughs, "I'm sorry! But, I mean, a lot did happen for us that night."
"Yeah, and Kiana got married! I think that's a little bit more important than us being stupid and hooking up." I tell him, rolling my eyes playfully.
"It wasn't stupid! Look where we are!"
"We probably would've ended up here no matter what." I laugh, shaking my head at him.
"Hey!" Calum calls, from outside Luke's bedroom door before he knocks.
"Come in." Luke says, and Calum lets himself in.
"Why the fuck did Kiana call me ten times?" He asks.
"Ask her." Luke responds.
"I texted her and she's not replying! Is she dead?" Calum says, deciding to climb into Luke's bed with us.
Luke rolls his eyes, "Would she call you if she was dead?"
"She could've been dying!" Calum explains, cuddling into Luke on the other side of him.
Luke laughs, as Calum forces Luke to wrap his arm around him, so that Calum can curl up with Luke the same way I am.
"She's not dying." Luke replies, continuing to laugh at Calum.
"Just tell him!" I giggle, playfully smack Luke's chest.
"Kiana's coming here sometime next week." Luke yells him.
Calum gasps, "Really? Are you lying?"
"We're not lying!" I giggle.
"That's so great! I can't wait!" He cheers, before closing his eyes, and getting more comfortable.
"Calum, I love you, but I'd prefer if only my girlfriend fell asleep in my arms, not you as well."
"Well suck it up, I'm not going anywhere." Calum mumbles, actually starting to fall asleep.
"Luke, relax. We're all having a little nap together. Leave him alone." I tell Luke, as I start to fall asleep as well.
Luke sighs, giving up so that the three of us can all take a nap.

"Kelsey, hurry up!" Ashton groans, banging on the bathroom door. "I've gotta go!"
After leaving Luke's, I had to get ready for a date he planned for us.
"I'm done!" I exclaim, swinging the door open.
"Thank god." He mutters, as he enters the bathroom, and I go to my room.
Luke told me to dress comfortable, so I just put on some shorts and a t-shirt on. He wouldn't tell me what we were doing, since he never does. He always wants things to be a surprise.
Once I'm ready, I head downstairs, almost the exact same time as Luke lets himself into the house.
"Hey." I smile, rushing over to hug him.
"Hi, Kels." He chuckles, the two of us pulling away from our hug.
"Move it!" Ashton exclaims, rushing down the stairs and straight out the door, shoving past Luke and I.
"What's wrong with him?" Luke asks, looking back at the door Ashton just slammed behind him.
"He's late. Probably going out with that girl he's been seeing."
"He's seeing somebody?"
I shrug, "Apparently. He really wants it to work out so he says he's not telling me anything about it until he knows things are good."
"Makes sense. Good for him." Luke replies.
I make sure I have all my things as Luke opens the door. I step outside, him following behind me.
"So where are we going?" I ask, the two of us getting in the car. I've been asking all day, he's already annoyed when I ask.
"On a date."
"Luke."
"Kels."
"Why do you never tell me anything!" I groan, leaning back in my seat.
He laughs, "It's kinda fun, honestly."
"You're so mean." I pout, turning away from him.
I look over to see him chuckling and shaking his head at me, which makes me smile. However, I'm going to keep bugging him until he tells me.
"Can you just tell me what we're doing?" I question, after we sit in silence for a few moments.
"Kelsey..."
"Where are we going?" I pester, knowing he's going to give in.
"Oh my god, Kels. We're just going to Malibu and we're gonna have a picnic on the beach. Are you happy now?"
I smile, leaning over and pressing a quick kiss to his cheek. "I am, yes. Thank you!"
"It was going to be a cute surprise but no..."
"I'm sorry! I just like to know what's going on. It's still going to be cute, though." I tell him.
Once we finally arrive, Luke grabs everything from the car before walking over to me and taking my hand in his.
The sun is starting to set, and there's not many people on this beach. It's peaceful, and I'm so happy Luke planned this for us. Luke lays a blanket out on the beach for the two of us to sit down.
"I'm so happy." I softly speak, the two of us sitting down.
"Also..." He trails off, pulling a bottle and two classes from the bag. "Non-alcoholic, obviously." Luke shows me the alcohol free champagne.
I smile at him, quickly pressing my lips to his.
"I know it's nothing that special, I just wanted us to get out of the city for a bit." He sheepishly smiles.
"Luke, not everything has to be big and exciting to be special. This is special. Just getting to spend time with you like this is special. I love you." I tell him, the two of us smiling at each other.
Luke pours us each a glass, handing one to me.
"I know it's crazy, but I feel like I need to make up for the things I've done, and all the time we've lost."
"What happened to not focusing on our past?"
"I don't mean it in a bad way or anything... I just want to be good to you."
"You are good to me, Luke. Always."
He puts his glass down, moving closer to me. His hands cup my cheeks as he presses his lips to mine. Resting his forehead against mine, we both keep our eyes closed as he speaks. "I'm so fucking in love with you."
