Vanica felt shivers running down her spine. The daughter of her former opponent driven by revenge for her fallen mother. A boy who she robbed of everything. They both stand here, more powerful than before. Knowing this, how could she not get excited!
"Blood Magic:Herd of Red Beasts!!!!"
With her grimoire opened, Vanica expels a large amount of blood and shapes it into multiple Red Beasts which are smaller in size and have whole bodies. Since they are not attached to her, like her normal Red Beast spell, they have a far greater range of movement.
However, as soon as Noelle charged forward, she swiftly used the sword made from her magic to completely annihilate the beasts. As this happened, Kyoya created multiple platforms of ice to reach Vanica in the air as she smiled.
"Wonderful! This is the kind of fight I was waiting for!!!!"
"Ice Devil's Zeroth Long Sword!!!!!"
Kyoya creates an ethereal long sword from his palms that he used to slash Vanica's back. After her back was cut open by Kyoya, Vanica's body was being frozen in ice from his Devil Slayer Magic. As they land on the ground, Kyoya and Noelle swiftly nod at each other.
"Vanica.....we'll stop you here!!!!!"
As Kyoya spreads his arms apart, he created a circular barrier of ice around Vanica. Afterwards, he slammed his left fist into his right palm as a spiky ice shard appeared in the middle of the attack. The moment this happened, however, Kyoya felt a shiver down his spine.
"This feeling......."
"More....come at more!!!!!!"
As Vanica yelled, she created more of her Red Beasts as she broke out of the ice. Seeing this, Kyoya swung his right arm at their direction as he froze them solid. While this happened, Noelle flew past them as she shattered the ice with her blade along with the frozen beasts. However, as Vanica made more of these beasts, Noelle looked towards Kyoya.
"Kyoya!!!"
"Heh, learn to have some faith in your senior, Noelle!! Ice-Make:Heavy Knights!!!!!"
With his grimoire opened, Kyoya creates multiple-sized knights made of ice, these knights are composed of multiple large knights wielding spears and giant knights wielding a pair of lances and shields. As the large knights charged forward, they pierced the Red Beasts with their weapons, freezing them in the process as the giant knights then shatters them with their lances. While Kyoya was dealing with the Red Beasts, he said one thing.
"Since i'm providing backup, I have one thing to say. BEAT HER, NOELLE!!!!"
"I will.........Kyoya!"
As Noelle flew towards Vanica at high speed, Vanica had a wide smile on her face. She hasn't felt this alive in so long. She wants this fight to last forever. With a smile on her face, Vanica said one thing.
"Kyoya, my love. Noelle, my prey. Thank you.....thank you for the fight i've been dreaming of!!!!!!!!"
As Vanica said this, she generated lots of blood with her magic and shaped it into multiple spikes. Seeing this, Noelle flew freely around the area. While this happened, Loropechika, still under Vanica's control, summoned large amounts of water in order to stop Noelle by having it crash down upon her with great force.
"I'm not letting you hurt squad mate and your friend, Loropechika!!!!"
As Kyoya swung down his left arm, he froze the water Loropechika generated in a matter of seconds. While this happened, Noelle was getting closer and closer to Vanica. As Kyoya smirked at this result, he suddenly felt a chill throughout his body.
"I love you."
"This voice.......who's is it. But, it feels just as, no, even more twisted than Vanica."
A worried expression formed on Kyoya's face. As he turned around, he looked towards Noelle. He knows she hates Vanica, just as much as he does, but something felt off. Why did this feel too simple?
"Hahahahahahahaha!!!! This is too much fun!!!!! More, more!!! Let's fight til the very end!!!!!"
"No...it ends here, Vanica!!!!!"
As Vanica created more spikes out of here blood magic, Noelle swiftly cuts through them with the blade in her hand. Soon Noelle thrusts her weapon forward. Seeing this, Vanica created claws out of blood magic and swiped at Noelle, launching several slashes at the girl. Seeing this, Noelle swiftly flew to the side.
"I don't have time to be hesitating. I need to back up Noelle!!"
"Ice De-"
"I love you!"
Kyoya held his chest in pain. This sensation, he hasn't felt it in awhile and he hasn't done anything to trigger it. Just as he stood up, he began to run towards Noelle and Vanica, only for the same thing to happen again.
"I love you."
The grip on Kyoya's heart grew tighter. Blood escaped from the boy's mouth. Why was his curse activating now of all times? As he was struggling to get up, he looked at Noelle as she was about to clash with Vanica.
"Blood Magic:Red Beast!!!!!!!"
With her grimoire opened, Vanica expels a large amount of blood and shapes it into the upper body of a large creature with clawed hands, a gaping mouth, and no eyes. Just as the beast was created, Noelle was just inches away from her opponent.
"Water Creation Magic:Point-Blank Sea Dragon's Roar!!!!!!!!!"
After piercing Vanica's body with her blade, Noelle manifested a large dragon head. While in the dragon's throat, Noelle made the dragon shut its mouth on Vanica. Water fell upon the ground as Vancia's body crashed onto it with Noelle's sword aimed at her neck.
"Ahahahahahahaha!!!!!! You two really are the best. I already love Kyo-chan, but this fight with you felt amazing Noelle. This feeling with you...is it friendship?! This time, it's my turn to grow stronger than you, Noelle-chan!"
"Cut the shit!"
Before Vanica knew it, everything apart from her head, was frozen in ice. When she looked ahead, her smile grew wider as she saw Kyoya approaching her as he froze Loropechika in place as well. When Vanica saw half of Kyoya's body in its demonized state, she couldn't help but want to fight him more.
"Your little "play date" with my junior isn't happening. You've toyed with peoples lives, you ruined people's lives as you pleased. But it ends here Vani-"
"You are truly interesting Vanica, but there is a reason why I haven't left you."
Suddenly, the moment he heard this voice, Kyoya fell onto the ground as he screamed in pain. The grip on his heart was so tight, it felt like it might burst. As Noelle rushed to his side, she felt a sinister presence escaping from Vanica.
"This magic....."
"Not even Lucifero is aware of this. With the three souls of three mages of the same gender, each possessing powerful magic, at last my advent can take place. That is why I cursed Acier Silva long ago."
While this happened, Kyoya and Noelle suddenly felt a dark presence behind them as well. When they turned around, they saw Loropechika freed from the ice. Her body gained a more devil like appearance as Kyoya noticed something, Loropechika's curse seemed to have accelerated.
"I've been with Vanica for a long time, so I do feel some sympathy for her. But if Loropechika and Vanica die, I can manifest fully. But before that, i'm gifting her one more rampage. You won't be lonely if you die together, right human? But there is one more thing to be said."
As the dark presence from Vanica began to take shape, it made its way towards Kyoya. Soon a pair of hands gently placed themselves on both sides of Kyoya's face. Just their mere touch made Kyoya's body feel nothing but cold. His breathing was out of control as his body began to shake. When the dark presence finished its reconstruction, it smiled towards the ice mage. It was enjoying the sight of Kyoya mentally breaking down.
"It wasn't just Vanica who loved you. It's nice to meet you my love. I'm the one who's grasp you'll never escape."
