Scarlett's Point of View
I was in my room doing some homework until I heard someone knock on my door.
"Hey, you can come in already Jason. I know it's you." I said as I see Jason come in and closes the door behind him, while locking it.
"What are you doing?" I asked him in confusion.
"Can't someone see their girlfriend without being suspicious?" Jason suddenly asked me.
"Wee you are." I replied as he sits down on my bed and gave me a kiss on the lips.
"Did you ask him?" Jason asks me.
"I saw this coming." I stated as I rolled my eyes in a bit of annoyance.
"You didn't." Jason says.
"Well, I can't just go up to my Uncle and say, 'Hey Uncle Ernie, may I go with my boyfriend to his uncle's cabin in the woods so I can do some things with my hot boyfriend?' Now can I? That'll most likely kill him and then kill us." I said to Jason.
"Wow, that's very flattering." Jason says sarcastically.
"Shut up." I said rather quickly.
"Yeah right. Do you want me to ask for you?" Jason asks me.
"That's great. Let's see him kill you instantly." I said.
"I'll just lie to him and tell him that my uncle will be there. On top of that, Lily is covering for us since she owes me money for buying pizza." Jason adds.
"Lying is both wrong and evil, even with Lily's so called help." I stated.
"Come on babe. We've been waiting to do this for some time now. It's just we can't be alone together, we always keep getting interrupted. Even Lily wants you to have some fun or a break." Jason says.
"I know. I know she does as well." I said as I sighed.
"We can't exactly do it here because of Lily and your Uncle. Not even at my house with both of my parents being there." Jason adds.
"I am just getting tired of the car thing though. It's sometimes uncomfortable." I admitted as Jason chuckles.
"But you love doing that with me." Jason says as I was laughing.
"I'm not complaining about that." I said after I stopped laughing.
"Do you want to know what will happen?" Jason asks as he starts slowly going to my arms and I shuddered.
"Lily's downstairs." I tell him.
"So?" Jason asks.
"She's sometimes is too nosey. She could be right behind the door." I informed him as I motioned to the door.
"Let's see then, shall we?" Jason asks me as he gets up from my bed and opens the door. And there is Lily smiling at us. Right behind my bedroom door.
"Um, hey guys." Lily says.
"How much of that did you hear?" Jason asks her.
"Hear what?" Lily asked smirking. I walked over to them and pulled Lily inside my room, then I closed my door again.
"Listen you nosy moose, not a word to Uncle Ernie." I tell her.
"So you two are going to you know... So I could be a... Alright, I still owe Jason cause of the money he gave me for pizza." Lily says as I rolled my eyes and Jason chuckled at her.
"I told you." Jason says.
"I won't tell Uncle Ernie, don't worry." Lily adds as Jason and I smiled.
"Wait. Are Boxer, Cyrus, and Smoke leaving you and your friends alone now?" I asked as she nods at me.
"They stopped bothering us." Lily reassured me as I sighed in relief. Soon she nods at me smiling.
"Have fun! And my lips are sealed!" Lily says smiling with her getting up to leave.
"Oh and Lily." I suddenly tell her from outside my room.
"Yeah?" She asked me.
"You eavesdrop again when Jason's in my room, you know what's going to happen right?" I asked her, she gets a scared look on her face. Then I closed my door and locked it.
"You're scary sometimes. But I do owe Jason though." I hear Lily mutter as I closed it.
"She sure is something. But you scaring Lily like that was so..." Jason starts and by the look on my face he could tell that Lily could still be listening. Then I fell into my bed and gave him another look.
"Want me to scare you too?" I asked jokingly as Jason shook his head no.
"Oh, I forgot to tell you. Zack is inviting us to hear his cousin play his trumpet at the Youth Center want to go? Lily can come is she wants to as well." Jason says.
"Hold on." I said as I opened my door again.
"Coming along!" I hear Lily yell from the living room as I rolled my eyes and Jason chuckled.
"Curtis can play the trumpet?" I asked in surprise turning to Jason.
"Yeah." Jason responds.
"Well... Duh! Come on, let's go." I said as we all got ready to leave.
"Wait, hold on. Jase! Found this in the attic where my mom had the bracelet for me." I said as I went back inside and grabbed a certain watch.
Then I ran back to a confused Jason and Lily. Soon I put the watch on Jason's wrist and he looks at it.
"Why did your mom have a watch?" Jason asks me.
"It was for my dad. It's like the bracelet I have from my mom. In another letter that I read, it states that I should give this to the person I'm in love with and it will act like the bracelet she gave me." I explained.
"That's cool! Twines!" Lily says.
"But if it's from your parents... I can't accept it. It's family heirlooms." Jason says a bit nervously.
"But... If it does say that in the letter from dad, then... I trust you. I'll keep it." Jason says as I smiled and hugged him.
-Time skip-
Once at the Youth Center, we spotted Trini so we sat by her.
"Hey Trini." Lily says as she smiled.
"Sup Trini." I said happily.
"Hey Scarlett and Lily. Jason, what's up?" Trini says as she sees us.
"We're here to see Curtis play his trumpet." Lily answered.
"This should be fun." I said.
"Yeah." Jason says.
Then Curtis soon comes over and starts getting worried because Zack wasn't here yet with his trumpet and the others.
"Man, where is Zack?" Curtis asks nervously.
"Hey don't worry about it man." Jason says.
"Yeah, Curtis." Trini says.
"If Zack says he'll be here, he'll be here." Lily says.
"I'm sure their just running a little late." I tell him.
"Yo cousin. Bam!" We heard as I turned my head to see that Zack arrived with Curtis' trumpet.
"See? I told ya kiddo." I said to him.
Yet the jazz festival had started and Curtis was on stage as he began playing his trumpet. He was rather good!
Then I looked down at my bracelet turning blue and I see Jason's turn watch turn blue as well, but I guess he didn't see it.
Lily's Point of View
Curtis soon finishes and I clapped along with the others. He gets off the stage and we go over to him.
Suddenly out of the corner of my eye I see Scarlett looked really concerned as I see her bracelet was glowing blue.
She soon hides it under her jacket so no one could see it. Then she joins us as we all had our attention to Curtis.
"Curtis man, you were jamming." Zack tells him.
"It was awesome Curtis." Jason says.
"Yeah, good job." I said.
"Good job there bud!" Scarlett says happily.
"Totally." Kimberly says.
"Yeah, your musical prowess far exceeded my expectations." Billy says.
"You were incredible." Trini says.
"Okay." Curtis says as he then turns towards Zack.
"Thanks for letting me use your trumpet, Zack." Curtis tells him.
"No problem." Zack says. Soon I see Scarlett pull Jason aside as I could see a worried look on her face.
"Man, without it..." Curtis begins to say. He then turns his head to where the trumpet was.
"The trumpet is gone! It was right here!" Curtis says as Jason and Scarlett immediately came back over worriedly.
"Curtis, are you sure?" Trini asks him.
"I'm positive." Curtis says.
"Man, my uncle's trumpet. My parents are going to be so mad at me." Zack says.
"I knew something felt off." I heard Scarlett mutter.
-Time skip-
We were suddenly at the park. Curtis was still in distress over the trumpet and so was Zack.
"Come on Zack, don't even worry about it." Trini tells him.
"I'm sure Curtis may have simply misplaced it somewhere and doesn't remember where he put it." I added while looking at him.
"Could be true." Jason says.
"I'm sure the trumpet will turn up." Trini says.
"Yeah, I bet somebody picked it up by mistake." Kimberly suggested.
"I sure hope so. Whoa! What is he doing here?" Zack asked as he stops and looks at something ahead of us. It looked like a monster that was already defeated.
"I don't know." Kimberly answered.
"I thought he buzzed off a long time ago. Lily, you know where to go." Scarlett said as I nodded and teleported away.
No One's Point of View
"Guess not. It's morphin time!" Jason says.
"Mastodon!"
"Pterodactyl!"
"Triceratops!"
"Saber - tooth tiger!"
"Velociraptor!"
"Tyrannosaurs!"
"Hy-yah!"
"Remember me, power geeks? I think we have some unfinished bee-nees." The monster says to us.
'The Grumble Bee monster is back?!?!? How?!?!' I thought as he charges at us and we started attacking him.
"Hey, so long rangers." I hear another monster say.
"Will you flight or flee?" The monster asked.
'What in the world?!?!? The monster Jason destroyed when he was attacked by flees is back?!?! What is going on?!?!' I thought in a bit of worry.
"The buzz around town says you jokers are through." Another monster says.
'3 monsters?!?!? What's wrong with Zedd to send 3 monsters at once?!?!' I thought in frustration.
"Let's get them." Billy says.
"Right." I said as I helped Zack with the Grumble bee monster while we begin to separate.
"Guess who's back." Another monster states. It was the grey crocodile monster, I rushed over to it and began to fight it.
He knocks me down and goes straight for Zack who was on top of the stairs. I looked over at Jason, who was now busy fighting the flea monster alone, so I decided to help him.
"There are too many monsters! This is so weird!" I yelled.
"Something's going on! How are they back to life?" Jason shouts. I helped fight the monster, but one kicks me down and I rolled a few feet away.
"Jason, they're surrounding us." I hear Billy shout who had joined him.
"I think we're in big trouble." Jason says as all of us regrouped and the monsters surrounded us.
"Uh Jason, what are we going to do? We're not going to be able to hold the, off much longer." Kimberly states as we began fighting the monster again and I was fighting the green lizard monster.
Then something happens, I was being teleported with the others. But I didn't even touch my communicator yet.
The six of us ended up at the command center as I took my helmet off and I see Lily worriedly look at us.
"Zordon, why did you bring us here? They could be headed towards the city." Jason asks.
"Man, I've never seen so many of those creeps in one place before." Zack states.
"All of those monsters that was clearly destroyed." Lily says worried.
"Something did feel off." I stated.
"I know. It's worse than the mall the day after Christmas." Kimberly says.
"Power Rangers, Lily, the irony of the situation is that in reality, there are no monsters at all." Zordon says.
"Come again, please?" I asked in a bit of confusion.
"What?" Trini asked.
"Then how do you explain the phenomenon that just took place?" Billy asks.
"Observe the viewing globe." Zordon says as we turned towards the viewing globe. A picture of a monster pops up inside.
"The is trumpet top, Zedd's newest monster created from your uncle's horn, Zack." Zordon explains.
"Well..." Lily starts.
"That's why it went missing." I said.
"Now we know what happened to it." Zack says.
"Not only did the trumpet become the monster you see, it castes a spell on you which made you believe that you are being attacked by imaginary monsters." Lily states looking at Zordon to see if she got that correct and she did.
"That's why something always felt off when Curtis was playing his trumpet at the festival for a minute. The bracelet and watch was glowing again and maybe it happened there." I stated.
"Of course, I did saw the watch glow before it stopped glowing." Jason says.
"Trumpet Top is conducting these illusions." Zordon says.
"How do we break the spell?" Jason asks.
"You must return to the park and destroy Trumpet Top." Zordon answers.
"Then the spell will be broken. Good luck guys." Lily finishes.
"Alright, guys. Back to Action!" Jason says as he turns to us.
-Time skip-
We appeared back at the park with our helmets on, but this time Zedd must have made the monster grow.
"We need thunder megazord power now!" We shouted together.
"Mastodon Lion Thunderzord power!"
"Pterodactyl Fire bird Thunderzord power!"
"Triceratops Unicorn Thunderzord power!"
"Saber - tooth Tiger Griffin Thunderzord power!"
"Velociraptor Phoenix Thunderzord power!"
"Tyrannosaurus Red Dragon Thunderzord power!" Jason shouts last as our zords come out and they transformed into the Thunder Megazord.
"Thunder megazord power up!" We shouted from the inside of the Megazord's cockpit and it was ready to take this monster down.
"Time to face the music power pansies!" Trumpet Top yells at us. He jumps to the other side and then fire towards us.
"Take cover!" I yelled as our own sword ends up with Trumpet Top and he takes holds of it. But somehow Trumpet Top starts exploding a little bit and electricity buts fly all around him.
Then our sword flies back to us, but I don't know if the others could see him, yet...
I could see a guy with white flowing hair, glowing blue eyes and he had some kind of glowing... Tattoos?
Then he disappears. I turned my attention back to the fight...
"Thunder saber, battle ready!" We shouted as we finally destroyed Trumpet Top by slashing him down.
-Time skip-
Back at the Youth Center, Lily was behind the counter this time as I was with the dance students.
I decided not to quit after a lot of convincing from Lily. Once the class was over I was with my friends, sister, and boyfriend when I see Curtis.
"Hey, look there's Curtis." I tell them instantly as they see him coming towards us.
"Hey Curtis, why do you look so bummed?" Kimberly asks him.
"Yeah, you should be happy." Trini says.
"Everyone's talking about how great the concert was." Jason states.
"I don't want to see another trumpet again after losing Uncle Ed's." Curtis says a little sadly.
"You will feel a little bit saddened then." I said still in my dance clothes as Lily took out the trumpet that was right next to her and showed it to him while smiling.
"Here you go." Lily says as Curtis breaks into a smile as soon as he sees it.
"Wala." Trini says.
"Whoa! Where did you get it red and flower?" Curtis asks us.
"A kid found it in the hallway." Lily stated.
"He said that a certain power ranger left it there." I stated.
"Yeah right. Leave it there. At least it's back." Curtis says as he looks over the trumpet.
"All right, nobody move!" We heard.
"What now?" Lily asks as we heard Bulk and Skull come inside the Youth Center and they were a mess. They were carrying this cement looking thing.
"Yeah, nobody move!" Skull shouted.
"I want a line against the bar! Everybody is going to try out these power ranger footprints we got." Bulk yells.
"I don't believe this." Kimberly says.
"Don't you two ever give up on that?" Lily asked.
"Hey Richie, you got the new CD qued? Hit it." Zack asks Richie from behind Lily.
"You bet." Richie says as he turns on the stereo. Music begins to play and these kids walked over to Bulk and Skull.
They stumbled by the stairs and the cement they were carrying was toppling over, but Bulk couldn't get a hold of it.
Soon it falls and breaks all over the floor in front of him. Then Lily and I began to laugh at the two.
"Help me put this thing back together!" He shouts at Skull.
"Hey guys, maybe it's better we don't know who the power rangers really are." Kimberly says.
"Yeah, maybe they'd like some privacy like the rest of us." Lily added in.
"Yeah, I mean it's nothing to go to pieces over." Zack says as he begins to laugh. I started laughing some more with my friends at Bulk and Skull's antics.
-Time skip-
Lily was helping me with lines for a show that I was in, but for a break for some reason we decided to try impressions of others. We were near the counter as Ernie was with us as well.
"Okay, okay. Try to do that Rita, since she is always on the news." Lily says quietly as I sighed and Ernie chuckled.
"Alright, alright. Please, don't judge me this is the best I can do." I said as Ernie sighs.
"Lily, Scarlett might not know what she sounds like. Even if you watched the news, but I do want to see Scarlett try as well." Ernie says as I rolled my eyes.
"Seen her on the news Uncle Ernie. But I'll try my best." I said to him as he nods for me to go on ahead.
I cleared my throat as I was about to start. Then I thought of what Rita sounded like and it reminded me of nails on a chalkboard. But here I go...
"These clothes are wrinkled! I deserve better!" I started trying to do a good Rita impression.
Lily tries to hold in her laugh as Ernie smiled a bit. Yet I see the others out of the corner of my eye, they looked really confused on what I was doing.
"What are you looking at?!?! You swine!!!" I continued as Lily was laughing her butt off and Ernie chuckled at my weirdness.
"Forget it!! You should be kneeling to me!!" I continued as Lily was laughing more and Ernie starts laughing now. The others were surprised that I could impersonate Rita rather well.
"And as for you two..." I continued as I scoffed. Lily smiles as Ernie was laughing and smiling at me. While the others were amused.
"Oh, you numbskulls! You're giving me a headache!!!" I finished as I hear people laughing at the impression, I'm trying to make of Rita herself.
"Wow, that was a rather good impression of Rita. It sounds like you heard Rita in person." Ernie says.
"Well, she has been on the news a lot." Lily says to Ernie as I nodded.
"Well, you're not wrong." Ernie says as he gets back to work.
The others smiled and told me that I did a good impression, then Jason stayed next to Lily and me as we went back to doing my lines for a show.
