NOTES: Here are two seemingly random facts about Adohira, he actually retained his original identity's given name, and he also had a sister named Kazuko.

You people may or may not have already met her. She actually took care of baby Izuku for about a year.

---

Manami (La Brava) held on tight to Danjuro's suit as he carried her in his arms while he jumped from one tree to another with the help of his Quirk at the forest surrounding UA. The two of them were somehow able to lose the chauffeur a while back, but they still had to be vigilant. Danjuro can't remove the effects of his Quirk himself, so the trail of bouncy trees can easily be used to track them.

Danjuro (Gentle Criminal) landed then bounced off another tree, but as he was in the air, he suddenly heard the sound of someone running from the far left of them, followed by the sound of wind gustling towards them.

Danjuro acted immediately, elasticizing the air below his feet then jumping up, evading the wind attack as he shifted his body to face the direction where the attack had come from. There, he saw the chauffeur who'd finally caught up to them running towards them.

Then Danjuro suddenly heard a loud sound, like something hard just bounced off.

"Gentle, look out!" Manami tried warning her beloved, but it was too late, and he was hit by one of Adohira's blunter wind attacks on his side, sending them flying away.

Adohira ran towards one of the bouncy trees and uses it, along with his own wind Quirk, to launch himself to the direction of the villain duo.

Danjuro grimaced as he saw the chauffeur nearing them.

"La Brava, it's time to use your Quirk." Danjuro told Manami.

"We have no choice but to use it now if we want to succeed. I'll distract the man while you disarm the security system. Give me a signal once you finish, and I'll be with you immediately." He told his partner, then he looked at her.

"Can I trust you, La Brava?" He asked her.

Danjuro's question filled Manami with determination, "Of course, Gentle! You can trust me! You accepted me when I was at my lowest, you are the one I love, and I will do anything for you."

Danjuro smiled as he felt Manami's Quirk working on him.

Danjuro elasticized the air beneath him, and he started safely bouncing the two of them down to the ground.

Once they got to the ground, Danjuro let Manami down and allowed her to run towards UA.

He then looked over to his opponent who had just landed on the ground as well.

This man confused Danjuro. At first, he thought that he was just some chauffeur-themed hero. When the man had mentioned a 'master' and a 'young master', Danjuro simply assumed that the man was keeping to his theme by calling society his master, and the next generation his young master, but the more this fight had went on, the more it didn't make any sense to Danjuro.

The chauffeur suddenly charged towards Danjuro, making the latter raise his guard. He watched the man's moves closely to see what move he'd make.

Danjuro saw the man prepare his right arm for an attack. He'd anticipated it and tried evading to his own right and then send out a counterattack, but was surprised when the man suddenly spun around and send a back kick towards Danjuro's side sending him flying towards a tree.

Danjuro had thought about elasticizing the tree the moment he hit it to minimize the pain and send him back towards the chauffeur for an attack, but he thought against it.

The man could easily slice him up while he's on the air and unable to evade, so he just let himself hit the tree with full force.

After recovering for a second, Gentle straightened his posture, I need to think of a way to restrain his arms and legs.

Gentle suddenly remembered the rope that was tied around the chauffeur's left arm, which he had barely used in this battle and has hidden behind him. Gentle smirked inside, thinking that now he had a plan, however--

"I apologize once again, but you are not allowed to dirty the rope the Young Master had ordered me to get with your filthy hands. And I certainly won't allow anything to happen to it. I'm sorry, but your plan simply will not work." Adohira told him.

The chauffeur then looked over to the direction where La Brava was, making Danjuro tense up.

"You care for each other. You two only have each other, and so you'd do anything for each other, much more her for you, if Master is correct." Adohira commented.

The chauffeur then looked back at Danjuro, and with a friendly smile, he asked, "Now, my question is, will you be willing to match--nay, surpass what that girl would be willing to do for you, for her?"

"Or do you simply think of her as a tool to help you further your dreams of becoming known to the world? If I were to guess, it's the latter, yes?"

Danjuro was taken aback by the words of the man in front of him and he furrowed his brows.

"Danjuro Tobita-san, will you be willing to give up your mission--your dreams in exchange for Manami Aiba's life, or will you be stubborn and give me your stated permission to kill her after I defeat you in a battle you wish to continue wherein you have no chance in winning?"

"It's either one or the other, Tobita-san. You pick." Adohira told him.

Tobita didn't answer immediately and just remained quiet.

Adohira then waited patiently for an answer, but instead of an answer, he was given a question by the gentleman criminal.

"Who are you?" Danjuro asked, then he looked at the chauffeur straight in the eye, "Who is your master?"

Adohira seemed intrigued that Danjuro was now asking this, so he let the man continue.

"You're not a hero, a hero wouldn't dare kill even a villain. So you must be a villain, right? But why are you trying to protect UA's Culture Festival? Who is your master exactly?!"

Adohira quickly deduced that the man in front of him was simply trying to stall for his partner, but Adohira didn't mind. He can easily catch up to her after this.

"Answer me! Why are you protecting this school?!" Danjuro asked.

Adohira flashed a gentle smile at Danjuro, then he answered, "Because this school, this day, is precious and important to my master's youngest son. My young master has been through a lot in the past few months, and my master wishes to give his son this time to rest and enjoy himself."

"My master's son poured his heart for this special day, his first culture festival. And we will not allow anyone to ruin it." He added.

"But enough about my masters," Adohira stated, "Danjuro Tobita-san, it's time for you to make your decision."

Adohira reached his arm out to Danjuro, then he asked.

"Will it be this day, or will it be Aiba-san's life?"

-

Manami pursed her lips as she was patiently and silently begging for her program to finish hacking into UA's security system.

Please, please, hurry up. For Gentle. She pleaded in her mind.

The program was now at 98%, then finally, at 99%. Upon seeing this, Manami began to prematurely celebrate, and began trying to think of a way to alert her beloved that it was done.

But then, exactly as the program went to 100%, Manami's laptop was suddenly crushed by something invisible, draining her of all the hope she had just a moment ago.

Then whatever had crushed Manami's laptop, began showing itself from its Invisibility, revealing itself to be a foot.

Manami slowly looked up to the owner of the foot as she was shaking in fear, but her face turned fully white after seeing that it was the chauffeur that Gentle was supposed to be fighting, and she feared for the worst.

G-Gentle... where's Gentle? She asked in her mind.

The man had a bored look on his face, even slightly irritated.

The man then grabbed the back of Manami's outfit, who was just frozen, and lifted her up, picking up her broken laptop and her camera as well.

Adohira let out a sigh, then he looked at Manami and boredly told her, "He chose you."

Manami snapped out of it for a bit after the man carrying her said that. She didn't know what he'd meant about it, but she felt so glad about it.

-

Tenko coldly stared at the room full of corpses where he was.

He watched as the men he'd brought with him were now starting to clean up the bodies of those who'd died. Among his men there, there were two who were very obviously above the others as they were the ones giving out the orders and instructions.

Tenko just stood there and quietly watched, while Kurogiri stood beside him.

Then he looked over to a row of bodies just a few meters from his right, all three bodies had foam in their mouth. They committed suicide in order to keep information away from him.

Tenko let out a deep exasperated sigh as he grasped his hand mask in an attempt to keep himself calm.

"So we were given false information, huh? All to mislead us and waste our time... and now, we don't even have any prisoners." Tenko said in a low, unfeeling tone.

Kurogiri had kept his head low this whole time. He'd felt partially responsible for the disappointment and regret his master's son was feeling.

"T-Tomura, I--"

"Just open a gate to our home, Kurogiri." Tenko cut him off, "I still need to prepare for my little brother's school festival."

NOTES: I was debating on whether cutting off this chapter at the somewhat wholesome part where Adohira told La Brava that Gentle picked her, but it felt weird to end in a happy note, so I added in that scene with Tenko. 😂😅

Also, yes, proper update. A lot of people were excited but got disappointed so I decided to make it up to ya'll with a long chapter!
