"Fire Dragon King Mode."
God Serena couldn't believe his eyes. Right before him was a young boy who also wields Dragon Slayer Magic without having a lacrima in his body. Not only that, the boy's already taken it to a higher level than he could imagine. However, the man merely smirked. Kyoya may have increased his magic power, but now that God Serena knows that the attribute he wields with his Dragon Slayer Magic is fire, he knew exactly how to counter it.
"Sea King Dragon's Encircling Deluge!!!!"
God Serena gathers a wave mass of water and releases it as a spiraling torrent from the palm of his hand. As the attack was heading towards Kyoya, the boy only had one thought.
"I've only mastered this magic at half of it's strength while training with the Witch of Greed, so I can't exactly hold myself back properly now that I have it's full strength. Especially since I don't have those bandages restraining it."
"This is for you, Natsu. Fire Dragon King's Roar!!!!!!"
Kyoya produces a searing hot flame in his mouth before spewing it out in the direction of God Serena's spell. The unleashed flames engulf a large-scale area and, with their incredible heat, can not only scorch the earth beneath it but utterly vaporize it, leaving a U-shaped valley in its wake as it also caused God Serena's spell to evaporate before the spells could make contact.
As God Serena quickly jumped high into the air, he saw some of the devils that were on the battlefield melting as their bodies were reduced to ashes. He couldn't believe it, Kyoya did this much damage with just one spell. As Kyoya looked at God Serena, he smirked as he saw the man land on his feet.
"What's the matter, God Serena? Scared of a mere human?"
"You bastard. Gale Dragon's Song of Moon and Wind!!!!!"
After taking a sharp breath, God Serena released a destructive gust of wind that was lethal in force. As the spell was heading towards Kyoya, the boy was already planning his next moves carefully.
Kyoya quickly engulfed his body in flames and dashed through God Serena's spell. When he got close enough to God Serena, he quickly punched the man in his gut which resulted in him coughing up blood. However, he wasn't going to stop there.
"Fire Dragon's Grip Strike!!!!!"
After rushing towards God Serena and grabbing his face, Kyoya supported the attacking arm with his other one and releases a vast amount of explosive flames at point-blank range, burning God Serena's body.
"You damn brat!!!!!
God Serena soon kicked Kyoya away from him. As this happened, God Serena created a spiraling torrent of flames from his right hand and a spiraling torrent of water in his left hand and launched it towards Kyoya. Seeing this, Kyoya quickly puts his right hand behind him and his left hand forward.
"Fire Dragon's X-Burner!!!!!!!"
With his grimoire opened, Kyoya released flames behind him in order to support himself and launched an enormous burst of flame magic in front of him. As the flames made contact with God Serena's attack, an enormous sphere of magical power occured as the attacks cancelled each other out.
"I will not lose to a mere child!!!!!!!!!! Purgatory Dragon's Blazing Inferno!!!!!"
"Will you just shut up already?!"
Just as God Serena trapped Kyoya in a large dome of fire, Kyoya opened his mouth and began to eat the flames that God Serena launched at him. God Serena's eyes were wide with shock. Was this mere child really overpowering him?
"Now then, let me show you the real strength of Dragon Slayer Magic!"
As Kyoya said this, an intense flame was surrounding his body. To be honest, even God Serena wasn't sure he could beat this magic. Having the strength of a Dragon King....he didn't know it was possible for Dragon Slayers to achieve such power.
"Damn you. Damn you, damn you, damn you!!!! Damn you, Kyoya Fullbuster!!!!!!!"
God Serena slammed his fist onto the ground. Once he did, multiple boulders were rising up from the ground. While this happened, Kyoya puts his right hand forward and his left hand behind him. When this happened, Kyoya was gently releasing flames from his left hand as he was gathering large amounts of flame magic in his right hand as they continued to grow in intensity as he clenched his right hand into a fist.
"Live. The will of fire belongs to you now. I truly was blessed to have met you....Kyoya....."
"You said you were stronger than Natsu, remember? If you are, you should be able to survive what happens next!!!!!!"
The flames in Kyoya's right hand burned even more fiercely as the snow around him instantly melted and evaporated. As God Serena saw this, he looked at his hand and saw that it was shaking. Was he actually afraid? The moment he looked towards Kyoya, he knew that he wouldn't survive.
"No...I refuse to die like this. Sea King Dragon's Encircling Deluge!!!!!"
God Serena gathers a wave mass of water and releases it as a spiraling torrent from the palm of his hand. However, the moment that the spell got close to Kyoya, the water evaporated from the intense heat of Kyoya's flames. Soon Kyoya aimed his right fust towards God Serena as he gathered enough magic power for this attack.
"Fire Dragon King's XX-Burner!!!!!!"
With his grimoire opened and Fire Dragon King Mode active, Kyoya launched a vastly more powerful version of his X-Burner spell by doubling the output of the flame magic in his hand that he launched forward.
As God Serena was engulfed in flames, he screamed in pain as he saw his body fading away into ash. When he looked at Kyoya, the last thing he saw in sight was the mark on his left arm. With that mark being in his sight, God Serena had his final thoughts.
"So this is the power of a Dragon King. No matter.....after all.......the Dark Triad's second plan will succeed the longer you're here, Kyoya Fullbuster. Once we awaken Zeref's soul that dwells within you, Acnologia will become aware of his being....and the Dragon King Festival will commence!!!!"
With those last thoughts, God Serena was no more. There wasn't a body left behind, there wasn't even a drop of blood. God Serena and everything that was behind him was completely vaporized. As Kyoya was breathing heavily, he saw one of his squad mates running towards him.
"Quick!!! Eat up and restore your mana!!!!!"
"Charmy..........."
As Charmy was helping Kyoya regain his mana, she saw the bandages the boy had on earlier. She quickly got them and gave them to the boy. Kyoya had a small smile on his face as he wrapped the bandages around his left arm. After doing so, the flames of his Fire Dragon King Mode were sealed once more. As this happened, Noelle quickly got to Kyoya.
"We can't let the devils win. More importantly...we have to save Captain Yami. As much as I hate to admit it, your magic is the best suited for this. So lend us your strength, Kyoya!!!"
"Heh. You don't even need to ask. After all, i'm a member of the Black Bulls!"
~Meanwhile~

Inside of Spade Castle, ever since the Tree of Qliphoth has grew and the gates to the underworld have opened, the Dark Triad was able to have access to one-hundred percent of their devil's power. Right now, Vanica was facing off against Charlotte and Rill. But during this fight, she felt the entire castle shaking from an attack that happened outside.
"This mana....this intensity......it's just like back then. He's here! My dear has finally returned to me!!!!"
