Okay there are going to be other characters. I am not even going to try to track down the creators of background characters or the list will never end but I will edit them in, if someone lets me know who they are.
The only Character I claim as mine is Fresh 404! They are not Fresh or 404 they are a merger of the two and the versions of 404 used in the merger is very much not cannon because I couldn't find original information on 404. So I made it up.
