One morning, Erin started to sniff and have a runny nose. Her legs feel heavy and she felt like her head is spinning around in circles. With effort, she managed to reach the dining table where everyone already gathered for breakfast.
“ Erin, Good Morning.” greeted Rias with a smile and Akeno followed afterwards.
They then began eating but the thought of food makes Erin sick. She weakly stood up and this caught the attention of the group.
"Erin, you're not eating your food?" Archaea asked
"Yes.. I think I'll just sleep again."
Erin walked slowly and her vision suddenly became blurry. She rubbed her eyes but the blurriness won't fade. She staggered and began to feel light-headed.
Just as she was about to fall, someone stops and holds her from behind.
“Hey, Erin. Are you okay? Your face is red.” asked Xenovia in slight worry.
Sebastian stood up from his seat and approached the two. He puts his hand on Erin's forehead and his eyes widened.
"She has a high temperature!”
Hearing Sebastian's shocked voice, everyone's expression at the table
changed.
“Erin, did you perhaps catch a flu?” asked Archaea as she rushed to Erin. Rias and Akeno also went to the Goddess' side and they checked her temperature.
"Master! Do you feel anything in your body?"
"Lady Erin, I think you caught a severe cold." spoke Azusa in worry.
Rossweisse takes Erin's hand and examines her pulse.
“Your pulse is beating fast. It might be better to consult a medical institute.”
“Let’s contact the hospital, Rias.” Akeno said.
“You are right, Akeno. I will contact the hospital belonging to the House of Gremory right away!”
"I-I'm fine...." Erin croaked out and seconds later, she lost consciousness.

Erin opened her eyes and looked up at an unfamiliar ceiling. She then glanced to the sides and noticed that her arm is connected to an IV drip.
“Erin, you are awake.”
Rias looks into the girl's face in relief.
“Erin! I’m so glad!”
“I was shocked when you fell unconscious.”
"Master! What a relief!"
"Lady Erin I'm glad."
Erin saw Akeno and Sebastian on the left side. On the other corner were Tsubaki and Azusa.
“Um..I'm in the hospital, right?"
“You fainted at home, so you were transported to this hospital. Do you
remember it?” Sebastian said.
"So I fainted.. am I in a serious condition?" Erin thought. She gazed at Akeno whose eyes were slightly swollen.
"Akeno, please don't cry. I don't want to worry you again."
Akeno approached Erin's side. The latter weakly touched Akeno's face but nevertheless, Akeno leaned in into her touch.
"I don't want to lose you again.."
"I'm not dying." Erin replied and shifted her gaze on Rias. "I'm sorry for worrying you too, and causing trouble for everyone."
"You're not a bother love." Rias said in a soft tone as she stared at Erin.
“I will inform the doctor that she woke up.”
After saying that, Rossweisse leaves the room.
"How are you feeling, Erin?" Archaea asked as she examined Erin.
"Not too bad.. though my body feels really heavy."
Erin looked around the room, by just moving her head.
Koneko, Gasper, and Ravel are sleeping together on a chair. Ophis was also with them who was dozing off.
“It seems it's easy to get the flu, if you are a reincarnated Devil. Xenovia, you should be careful, too.”
“Yeah. I haven’t caught a cold that often, but I will be careful.”
“Yes. You don’t seem to catch a cold that often. You are always full of energy and it seems you can endure viruses. Maybe being a simpleton is a good thing.”
“I feel like I was looked down on a lot, but that doesn't matter. You have to look after your health everyday and that is the cure to everything.”
Irina and Xenovia are talking while reading a thick book. Erin squinted her eyes and noticed that the book is about Medicine.
There were knocks on the door and Kiba, Rossweisse, Issei, and Asia entered. A man in a white coat and a young nurse followed after them.
" Buchou, the doctor is here.”
“This medical institute is originally a hospital for reincarnated Devils, who were previously human, so the style of those working in the hospital is adjusted to the former human’s standard.” whispered Rias to Erin.
The nurse took Erin's hand, then started to check her pulse and blood pressure.
“Well, to say it in one word, you have a cold. Though it’s a type that only Devils get.” said the doctor to Erin. "Except you also have a flu that Dragons catch and the two viruses have merged, showing stronger symptoms. Having those two viruses occur at once caused your body to become very weak.”
“And how is her condition?” Archaea asks the doctor.
“Her flu should be lighter due to the IV drip.” the doctor took out a syringe and Erin's eyes widened at this. “I do have antipyretic, so lets inject it into her. With that, her fever will lighten for the time being."
He then looked at Erin and his voice was slightly teasing
"I will also give you medicine, so please rest at home for 2 or 3 days. Even if your fever disappears, please refrain from doing intense exercises and no masturbation. ~I’m just joking~”
“Vulgar conversation is forbidden.” replied Koneko who suddenly woke up when she heard the joke.
“Those who are also living in the same house she is in need to be injected with a vaccine as well. It does get passed onto other Devils.”
The doctor gave his instructions to the nurse. The latter then gives an injection to the club members.
“Now, for you—“
Erin was about to pass out when she saw the injection.
"It’s this injection.”
"NOOOOO!" Erin's screams startled the ORC while her family heaved a sigh.
"Sebastian."
"Yes, mother."
Sebastian restrained Erin and the latter tried to break free.
"Archaea, is Erin perhaps..."
"Yes. Erin has a phobia when it comes to injections." replied the woman to Rias. The ORC blinked in surprise as they stared at Erin.
"NO! Sebastian, can't you see? That injection is a monster! I think it is worse than my flu!"
"Calm down Erin. The injection isn't that bad."
"Tsubaki! Azusa! Help me!"
The twin wolves only whimpered as they shook their head.
"I'm sorry Master/ Lady Erin. But the injection will be needed for your body."
"No no, no matter how you look at it, it’s clearly some kind of weapon, isn’t it!? The size of that injection can only be seen in comedy mangas!"
Erin shrieked when the nurse got closer to her.
“You need to be injected with this much vaccine for the dragon flu…… It’s okay. Look, the needle is very thin and it will somehow stick in.”
"No no no! That’s impossible! I'll die if I get injected with something like that!
“It’s okay~. You will only feel pain for just a moment~.”
The nurse lifts up the injection easily and shows Erin a fearless smile.
"Argh! My eyes are getting blurry because of many reasons now!” Erin said with teary eyes as she stared at the injection.
"You're a good girl. So you can endure your medication, right?" said the doctor in encouragement. He started talking to Erin as if she was a kid and Erin began to act like a kid as well.
"No! I don't wannnaaa! Mommyy! Help me!"
"You have to do this, Erin.
“I’m sorry, Erin.” Issei and Kiba said. The two of them, together with Rias, helped in restraining Erin.
“Endure it, Erin. Isn’t it better than being stabbed by me?” Xenovia said.
Archaea sighed and shook her head. She summoned a slight magic and with a snap of her finger, Erin seemed to relax.
"Now, minna. Please show me her butt.” ordered the nurse to the ones restraining Erin.
The club members take her pants off very quickly, then Erin's butt gets exposed in front of everyone. Tsubaki knocked out Issei to avoid any perverted stares and malicious thoughts from him.
"Nooo! This is embarrassing!"
Erin covered her face with both her hands.
“Erin's bottom looks very c..cute!”
“Good job!”
Asia and Irina gave weird cheers.
“Okay, here it comes!”
Erin saw the injection approaching her butt and before she knew it, the injection landed on her body.
"NOOOOOO!!!!!"

The group returned home after their visit at the hospital. Erin drank the medicine given to her as instructed. Compared to how she felt before going to the hospital, she was feeling much better but her body still feels heavy.
Just lifting her body up a bit, makes her head spin and moving around takes a lot of effort. The aura which is the source of demonic power doesn’t come out from her body. Apparently, a fever also affects whatever creates demonic powers and once devils get sick that process is stopped.
Erin's "sixth sense" also became unstable and she was feeling insecure as a result. It’s similar to the uneasiness of being unable to go to the toilet alone, after watching a horror film.
Until Erin's fever gets better, she has to sleep by herself.
*(Door Opens)*
“Erin, are you resting properly?”
Rias entered the room and she was wearing a sexy nurse outfit.
"Why are you..." Erin grabbed a tissue and sneezed. "Wearing that?"
Rias approaches Erin and extends her hand towards Erin's cheek.
"I want you to get better even by a bit, and I want to play the role of your nurse effectively. And so, me and the others decided to do this together…..”
"You don't have to dress-up for this."
"But I wanted to do this..." Rias became doubtful for a moment. "It looks like I caused you pain by dressing-up like this. Maybe this costume failed?"
"No, No it didn't." Erin quickly said when she noticed Rias' sad eyes. "I didn't mean anything bad. I'm just saying that you don't have to tire yourself dressing up as my sexy nurse."
A blush appeared on Rias cheeks upon hearing the words.
"S-Sexy? You think I am?"
"Yes.... you look nice." Erin said with closed eyes. She didn't notice Rias who was getting flustered.
"B-Baka Rias! This is not the time for thinking those t-things about Erin! She's sick for goodness sake!"
“Erin-sama are you okay?”
“D..Did something happen…..?”
"Nom. Nom."
Ravel, Asia, and Ophis entered the room. The two girls were wearing the same outfit while Ophis was eating a cookie.
" Ravel.... Asia…….it suits you both. And hi Ophis."
Erin gave them a forced smile while pressing on her chest. Ravel blushed furiously while Asia just mumbled thanks.
“Master! Hey! We came to bring water and soup!”
“Lady Erin please don’t die!”
The twins entered the room and carried a tray. They shed tears and spoke to Erin in exaggeration.
"Boys calm down. Erin wouldn't die." Archaea said once she and Sebastian entered the room.
"E-Erin is….!”
"Asia don't cry. You know that Erin won’t die from something like this, right?” Sebastian said. "If she does, I'm going to bring her back to life and beat her up."
Rias fed Erin the soup. After eating, Erin went back to sleep.

The next time Erin opened her eyes, it was already night. She felt a weight on top of her and when she looked, there was Koneko, in a white costume, while having her cat ears and a tail out.
"She’s asleep? And wait..my body is feeling warm. Perhaps she was using
senjutsu to make my ki flow better? She must have healed my body, on top of finishing her Devil jobs.."
Erin pats Koneko's head.
"This girl really cares about her comrades, huh. Even though she is usually a sharp tongued loli girl."
“Nya. Please get….better quickly." spoke Koneko in her sleep. Erin got teary-eyed and started thinking on the possible causes of her flu.
"Where did I catch my cold from? Maybe there was a source where I caught my flu....."
“We think that it may be the virus which the salesman, who came to do some trading with Rias, had. You know how we sometimes call salesmen into the basement and do some shopping?”
"Maybe- huh."
Erin looked to the side and saw Akeno sitting on the chair next to her bed.
"She appears without me noticing her presence sometimes. Is this some skill of hers?!"
Akeno is also wearing a nurse’s costume. On her legs she is wearing fishnet stockings, which are exposed under her small skirt.
“Ara ara. Are you okay? Koneko-chan and I are in charge of you from midnight, you know? So I will be giving you service until morning~ "
Akeno's face gets closer and she whispers to Erin.
“I will wipe your face now.”
She raised the level of Erin's pillow and then raised the girl's head. Akeno starts to wipe Erin's face with a wet towel and Erin closed her eyes at the cool sensation.
“How is it?”
"Mm. It feels good." replied Erin after Akeno wiped her face. The latter made a sensual smile after hearing this.
“Ufufu. I can think of other things which will make you feel a lot better, you know? When you recover, maybe playing doctor would be a good thing..."
“Doctor you say?”
“Yes, like this—”
Akeno took out a stethoscope and puts it on her breast.
“A situation where I get examined by Doctor Erin….You will make a stunning and hot doctor, E~rin."
“Akeno…… What are you doing…..?”
Rias entered the room and seeing Akeno's act, she got really mad.
“Ara, Rias. You came. Rather than that, you have become very good at entering a room without making your presence felt, lately.”
“Of course. If I didn’t attain a skill like this, I have a feeling that Erin would've been eaten by you. I don’t know the reason behind it, but you also learned a technique which allows you not to be caught by Koneko’s senjutsu technique of searching, right?”
“Oh my, you say it as if I’m some kind of beast. So rude. It’s a simple thing for a maiden in love to make the impossible possible. But eating Erin deliciously would definitely be dreamy.”
The two oneesamas glared at each other and their fighting auras were showing.
"If you start fighting here then I swear I'm going to break up with the two of you." Erin said in a tired voice. This caught the girls' attention and they immediately changed their plan.
“Koneko is sleeping, and the condition of Erin's body is important. Let’s head to the rooftop, then.”
“Yes, deciding who is the better nurse
tonight might be a good thing.”
Rias and Akeno were sparkling with hostility and they left the room after coming into an agreement.
A bit later, Erin heard noises of lightning and something loud from the window. She heaved a sigh and acted as if she didn't hear anything.
Then there was someone else who entered the room. It was the silver haired nurse, Rossweisse.
“So you woke up? Did you receive your medicine from Rias-san and Akeno-san?”
Erin shook her head at the question.
“That’s what I thought. When I went past them in the corridor, they were releasing very strong auras, so I thought it might have turned out like this.”
Rossweisse takes a medicine from a bag and gives it to Erin along with a cup of water.
“Taking the medicine with an empty stomach isn’t recommended, so here
you go.”
Rossweisse hands Erin several small pieces of solid food which look like biscuits.
“It’s a Valhallan, nutrient-rich food. You can eat it simply and also get all the necessary nutrients with only this small portion. Normally it would be better to take proper food, but this will be the better option for you right now.”
Erin accepted the biscuit and muttered thanks. She gazed at it for a few seconds then broke into a chuckle.
"I see.. is this perhaps a pay back for what I did last time? This reminds me of something.."
Rossweisse blinked curiously and Erin continued.
"When I gave you biscuits during the time we got stucked in that faculty's storage room."
"Oh..." Rossweisse said in realization and a faint blush covered her cheeks. "Well.. yeah.. you can say that."
"It isn’t that hard. It’s quite soft. And also sweet." remarked Erin after tasting the biscuit.
“I think it will be easy to eat since I added a little bit of sugar.”
“You did all this for me?”
“Everyone seems depressed if you don’t recover. The team’s mood maker should get better immediately.”
Rossweisse speaks the words in a strict tone but her cheeks are a bit red.
"I feel like I would heal with yours and the others' support." Erin took the medicine and prepared to take another rest.
"Thank you, Rossweisse."
Erin fell asleep and Rossweisse watched over her. The latter lightly caressed Erin's cheeks and gazed tenderly at her.
The next morning, Erin found herself alone in her room. She was feeling better than yesterday and her fever has gone down quite a bit.
“Oh, Erin. You're awake?”
“Yahoo, Erin! We brought your meal!”
The ones who entered were Xenovia and Irina in nurse outfits.
“Does it suit me?”
Xenovia asks Erin while giving her a peace sign.
“Yeah, both you and Irina look good....”
Both of them did a high five, after hearing the reply. They brought a tray and put it on the stand which is next to Erin's bed.
"D-Did you two made this?" Erin asked as she gazed at the ominous-colored soup and juice.
“Irina and I checked up on medicinal plants, that are said to be good for the body. We gathered as much as we could.”
“It has perfect marks for nutrients! It’s a soup and juice, that will make you recover immediately!”
"What a bright smile... They must have made it with great effort. But I seriously feel uneasy about this.." Erin thought in worry. Something unknown is appearing in the soup. It looks like a leg and there is an eyeball as well. The juice is also emitting bursting noises and Erin wanted to throw it away.
Xenovia and Irina noticed her reaction and they shared looks of worry.
"As I thought, my cooking isn’t…….. So I can’t even do a single household chore after all……"
"I’m so worthless….. This makes me a
failure as an Angel…… Michael-sama, please give divine punishment to me!"
The girls were covered in depressed auras and Erin can instantly decipher what they were thinking.
"Here goes nothing..."
The moment Erin puts the spoon in, a mysterious gas was coming out from the soup.
"Ugh! What is this! It’s getting in my eyes! My tears won’t stop! This is a hazardous substance!"
*(Slurp)*
Erin resisted the urge to vomit and covered her mouth with her hand.
"Here Erin. Please drink this juice."
Xenovia was swift to guide Erin on drinking the juice. The moment the liquid reaches Erin's stomach, the girl was in instant K.O.
"Erin-senpai, here is a- EHH?!"
Gasper entered the room and he is wearing the same nurse outfit.
"What happened to Erin-senpai?" asked Gasper in fright.
"Don't worry Gasper. Erin is now comfortably resting after eating our healing soup." Xenovia replied with a proud smile after Erin passed out.

After that incident, Erin expelled many things from inside her. She didn’t want to eat anything for lunch since her stomach can’t take anything.
Erin was listed as being on sick leave and after the group checked on her condition, it was decided that Erin will take a break for three days.
When Erin looked at her wrist watch, it was already time for club activities. She deduced that right about now, the ORC should be eating snacks while having a laugh.
"So no Devil’s job for me today as well, huh... I should get better as soon as I can."
*(Door Knocks)*
"Yes?"
When Erin responds, a girl entered the room. Her hair is long and her body is slim, though she has some curves. She is a girl who looks to be about the same age as Erin. She was was wearing a nurse’s outfit and the mole under her eye left an impression on Erin.
"Wait.. I'm familiar with this person- "
Another girl entered the room and she was also wearing the nurse outfit. She was about the same height as the previous girl and her lecherous-looking face instantly caught Erin's attention.
"Now I'm sure... you guys are Kiba and Issei, right?"
Kiba nods shyly while Issei just held a grin. Erin pinched her cheeks to make sure that it isn't a dream.
"H-How did you guys even turned into girls?"
"Azazel created an item not so long ago. It became a hot topic in the clubroom. The item was a gender-changing ray gun that he created as a joke. If you get hit by that ray, your gender changes. If you are a guy, then you get changed into a girl. If you are a girl you get changed into a guy. It’s possible to transform for a bit." Kiba explained
"The clubroom became a disaster when Buchou and the other girls changed into handsome guys." Issei recalled. "Anyways, I also wanted to try out being girl since I thought that I can just experience groping Oppai as much as I can!"

Kiba responds happily by looking at Erin and saying “Yeah!”. Issei held a thumbs up and grinned.
"Oh, I nearly forgot. I have something to give-
Kiba stood up but because he wasn't used to wearing heels, he trips on his legs and falls towards Erin.
"Ah."
“H-Hey, are you okay?”
Kiba falls onto Erin's chest and they stare at each other for a while. Issei just went silent as his mind was busy thinking of perverted things.

Kiba gazes elsewhere and he seems to be enduring something while putting
on a red face.
When Erin looked down, she realized that her hands were touching Kiba’s breasts.

Kiba, whose face is red, was holding his chest. Issei looked at him in confusion.

Erin face-palmed and when Kiba was about to say something, the door of the room opened.
“Erin, we came back early because we were worried about you. So we will make something good for your body-

Ravel pops her head out from behind Rias, with a puzzled expression. She
then sees Erin with Kiba on the bed

Ravel trembles while the lights in her eyes are turning on and off. After that, each of the girls, save for Rossweisse, become astonished at the situation in the room. Rossweisse hasn’t returned yet because she’s a teacher.
After a pause they shout at once.
“What is the meaning of this?!"
The twins also went to check-up on Erin and when they saw the situation on the room, their eyes widened.
"Bastard! We just left to buy something then something like this happens?!"
"Why are you picking on me?! I'm not the one who is on the bed with Erin!" Issei said as Tsubaki gripped his collar.
Erin was getting cornered by the girls, but she quickly tells them off while protecting Kiba, who is panicking.
"Um. This is just- Nothing is wrong with-
"I never thought that Erin and Yuuto-kun would develop a relationship like this without me noticing it... I shouldn't have lowered my defenses against Yuuto-kun... seems like his jokes on having feelings towards Erin were true after all...."
Akeno has a complicated expression.
“No, that definitely isn’t the case here……” Erin replied.
“I….I came here by my own decision.” Kiba also says.
“Came here by his own decision..... So their relationship has progressed that far already….” Koneko said.
“Kiba-san is a man……and I’m a woman... Erin-sama likes women, didn't she? But why...."
Ravel's eyes are full of tears. Holding her shoulder, Xenovia tells her.
“Ravel-san, Erin might be trying to master a path we can’t possibly come to understand...”
“You are right, I think they call this the Dual Blade…… Aaaah, this is so corruptive and heretical!”
Irina was nodding her head a couple of times.
"W-What are you saying?" Erin looked incredulous. "Corruptive and heretical? Then getting into a relationship with me is also the same, right?"
Xenovia and Irina shook their heads in unison.
"Nope. It is different because you are only focused on one gender and not cheating."
"Yes! This is this and that is that!"
*(Ding!)*
"I seriously don't understand your logic." declared Erin with a defeated expression.
“I..I should also become a girl to do things with Senpai….” Gasper timidly said.
"Please don’t, Gasper! Please don’t show me any more wrong ideas than this!"
Erin started to get dizzy but nevertheless, she continued giving excuses.
“As I was saying, Kiba and I aren’t in that sort of relationship and……. Rather, Kiba and Issei were just concerned about my well being and….. *cough* *cough*”
“I understand that Azazel is the cause of all this, but it is also Yuuto’s and Issei's fault. You should have told us. If this was the case, I wouldn’t have said no, you know?” Rias gently said.
“I’m deeply sorry. I was wondering if I could do something for Erin."
"Hai, Buchou. Sorry."
Kiba and Issei were reflecting on their actions. Erin shook her head at this because it was clearly not their fault.
“Either way, we need Erin to recover or everyone won’t act like they usually do. Geez, you really are a popular--”
Erin's consciousness disappeared as Rias spoke.

“When she's feeling ill, this is the best thing for Erin. A miso soup with crushed ginger inside.”
Erin was eating the miso soup brought ny Archaea.
After Erin lost her consciousness for a bit, she woke up right away. She was in a weak condition due to an empty stomach and that's when Archaea appeared and brought the miso soup. The girls were looking at Archaea seriously.
“Archaea! Please teach me how to make that!”
Rias approaches Archaea with a serious expression.
“Even if you ask me how I made it, it’s really simple you know? Well, I did alter it to my style a bit."
“That is it! Okaa-san, please teach me the taste of the Vermillion residence! For my future, I have to learn it!" Akeno said.
“Of course, I will be learning it as well.”
“Yes.... Please teach me the hidden taste of the Vermillion residence as well.”
Ravel and Koneko said.
“So this will also be part of bridal training, I see. I’m good at cutting.”
“Yes, Xenovia should learn a bit of cooking. Archaea-sama, will you teach me as well please!?”
Xenovia and Irina spoke with dedicated eyes

"Can something like this happen just by making a soup!? Don’t tell me this is the hidden taste of the Vermillion family!?" Erin said in shock.
Dinner time. There were different types of miso soup on the table. From tasty looking ones made by Rias, Akeno, and Asia, to those with an evil presence coming out made by Xenovia, Irina and Gasper. There are many varieties of them.
"Mom, so you really taught them how to make the miso soup? What kind of miso do you have to use for it to turn out like this…" Erin asked.
"They were quite persistent about it. After teaching them, they added their own style to make the miso soup." responded Archaea with a chuckle.
“Please dig in!”
Everyone says with a smile.
"Yeah, I’m a fortunate person. Everyone is worried about me after all. But if it continues like this until I get better, it feels like my body won’t last for real!"
Erin tasted each of the soup while saying “Heal quickly! Heal quickly!” inside her head.
Later at night, the gender-swap ray-gun of Azazel was sealed. Rias reasoned out that it will be a source of trouble in the future, so it’s a natural thing to seal it. Well... it was also to avoid encountering an incident like the ones Erin and Kiba had but of course, Rias didn't disclose that one.
