"come on Nayeon, we'll be late" she said

"yeah, I'm almost done"

"You know that its hard to pick you up everyday"

"then why do you still pick me up?"

"Momo would actually do that for me"

"Yeah right, that girl wakes up late"

Yes, that was Jeongyeon. We always hang out together despite sometimes we hate each other. We spend most of our times at school, café and at the studio since we're trainees for becoming idols. Jeongyeon is very caring actually, she always checks when I'm sick or if I need anything. But that was already in the past.

"Nayeonie let's go" Jihyo called me as we were supposed to go out and attend Dahyun's birthday.

I hurriedly went to get my things then went out with Jihyo. She drove us to the place and then of course we didn't forget to greet her.

"Happy Birthdag Dahyun-ah!" we greeted and hugged her

"Thanks guys, come in everyone is here" she said which made me froze

"Everyone?" I asked and she nodded. I just smiled nervously and went in the house. As we walked in I saw her, my bestfriend who I had a crush on with someone else. I ididn't know it before it was so obvious that she was asking me for advice.

"Oh hi Nayeon" I heard someone said and I turned around and saw Momo. Momo was one of my best friends as well. Jihyo told me that Momo had a slight crush on me before actually I adore her. She's cute and funny sometimes

"Oh hi Momo, you're early today huh" I said and chuckled

"Yeah, I needed to help Sana though, she was having a hard time to find a gift for Dahyun" Momo said and I just nodded

I was looking around then I saw the girl that Jeongyeon was with just a while ago. She saw me and went towards me

"Hi Nayeon" she said while she smiled. She seems so happy to be with Jeongyeon already

"Oh yeah uh Hi Mina? am I right?" I asked and she nodded as she giggled

"So, you're Jeongyeon's bestfriend, its actually nice around her" she said and I tried to hold myself back from crying. I wish I can feel that way again. When Jeongyeon was always by my side.

"Oh yeah, she's goofy sometimes" I said and chuckled

"So yeah, umm can I have your number?" she asked me and I just nodded. I gave her my phone and she put her number there.

"Thanks, I have to go now" Mina said and went away. I just smiled bitterly as I saw her running towards Jeongyeo. and giving her a hug. Both of them smiled widely and giggled. Even though I am sad and can't be with Jeongyeon, at least she is happy with someone else.

"Hey, you okay? you know its bad if you cry on someone else's birthday" Sana said as she nudges me

"Uh yeah, I'm fine" I said as I wiped off my tears

"Want to go out for a sec?" she asked me and I just nodded

"You seem off" Sana said

"Yeah, I'm just distracted a little" I said and sniffed

"You miss her don't you?" someone else said and then I turned my head and saw Momo again

"You know, it's better if you let go Nayeon, it won't make anything better" she added. For the first time, Momo was saying something useful.
