Time To Go !

Chapter 13

Laney's POV

It was time to go. We took our own pictures since we had no parents, and sadly Jade wasn't their. She was riding with Chase. Chase was good guy so, I knew he would take care of her, I just hope he wasn't in a pissy mood. That'll sure put a damper on things tonight. But Sammy and I we're totally happy, time see each other, to go to the dance, and I was just happy! Especially since he was all mines!

After everything was over we all got into the limo the guys had surprised us with. This was definitely going time be a great night .

Jade's POV.

I put on my heels, and ran downstairs to open the door for Chase. He was standing there in a nice black suit, with a big grin on his face.

"Hey, like what you see ?" I hadn't realized how long I was staring at him. Then I finally snapped back to reality.

"I'm sor- " I was cut off by my own thoughts. Nothing but him went through my mind. I didn't even finish my sentence. "Come in, just have a seat over there. " I finally got my words straight pointing towards the couch. "Gimme two more minutes."

I ran up the stairs and checked my hair and make up. I think I looked good. My hair was curled in big fluffy curls and I didn't have on a lot of make up, just eye shadow, and a light lip gloss. I took one last look and hurried downstairs. To my surprise he had me a corsage. It was white and blue. It matched my dress completely.

"Thank You."

"You are so welcome, and you look beautiful tonight." I tried to hide my blush, which was a complete failure.

"You look nice to. " He gave me a smile and held his arm up for me to take it.

"Ready to go?"

"Of course! "

"We walked out the house to his Red and Black Mustang. I loved those colors and he had black rims to match. I adored his car. He walked around and opened my door for me, then next thing you know we were at the school.

He unbuckled my seatbelt and walked over to open my door. I took his arm and we walked into the gym.

"HEY! " I heard a voice scream but there was no face to match it. Me and Chased looked around confused, and then the voice came from behind us.

"Over here." I hear Josh's voice call from the table. "What's up Chase? " they did that little guy handshake that I never understood.

"Hey dude." While they had their conversation, I eyed Kathy who hadn't stopped smiling at me. I pulled her away from the guys.

"What's going on? You look like a freaking weirdo." She let out a small laugh.

"Just happy to be here."

"Okay, where's that Laney? "

"Dancing! " I looked over at Laney and Sammy on the floor dancing like idiots. And then I realized that they we're playing my song. Live My Life was going off and a slow song came on. Kathy walked away and grabbed Josh.

"Your gonna dance with me. " she demanded. Without him replying she pulled him to the dance floor. Chase came to the side of me and grabbed my hand. "Jade, would you like to dance? "

"Sure."
