Chapter 14- Feel Again

Friends. Of course. All she wanted to be was friends and that's all. I mean that is all we were before so I guess we could go back to that.

"Um yeah sure. I'd love to be erm friends."

I nearly choked out that last word because I knew I was lying to myself. I could never just be "friends" with Yazmin. Well at least in my mind I couldn't. Who knows what she was thinking.

"Aww Haz I've really missed you! I hope you know that!" she said

To my surprise she hugged me. How I've missed her in my arms. I've waited 8 whole years to feel her touch again. Maybe being friends wouldn't be so bad after all.

*Zayn's POV*

Wait what? I look out to see Harry and Yazmin......hugging?? Oh great now my chances are slim to none. I don't know what it is but every time there's a girl that Harry and I both like, she always chooses him.

I've gotta talk to her. Like now.

My turn in the booth was done and thankfully it was Harry's turn to go in. I walked nervously to take a seat where Harry was recently sitting. I opened my mouth to speak but she beat me to it.

"Uhh hi." She said sounding just as nervous as I was inside

"Hi Yazmin." I said looking at her nose because I was still too nervous to look into those gorgeous eyes that made me fall in the first place

"Long time no see....or speak....or nevermind." she said

I could hear the anger and hurt in her voice. Ugh I really suck.

"So how are you?"

"I'm fine. Is there something I could do for you?"

Love me again. That's what you could do for me.

"I just wanted to apologize. For everything. I know it was 8 years ago but I still think about what happened everyday and I wish I could just go back and change everything. I really truly am sorry. I know you probably won't want to be friends again but just knowing that you've accepted my apology will work for me." I said finally looking into her eyes to show how sincere I was being

"I.....I just don't know what to say. I mean it has been 8 years and I did forgive you the first time you apologized so I guess since we are going to be working together now I could give it a shot." she said with a weak smirk

"Really?!?"

Before I knew it I hugged her. She didn't really hug back so I released my embrace and held

out my hand.

"So....friends?" I asked awkwardly

"Friends."

*Harry's POV*

Our studio time was over and it was now 10:00. When I finished in the booth I realized that Zayn and Yazmin were talking. A hint of jealous was sent through my body as I sat in the car daydreaming to myself.

What were they talking about? Why were they talking in the first place? If Zayn was just going to play with her again like he did last time I might just kill him. I'm going to get her this time and I know it.

I decided to confront Zayn about what was going on.

"Hey Zayn can I talk to you for a second?"

"Yeah sure. What's up?" he asked

"So I saw you and Yazmin talking. Not trying to sound rude but why?"

"Well I apologized to her for everything and now we've agreed to be friends"

"Oh well okay."

"Why we're you talking to her?"

"She told me that she didn't hate me for not calling her and said she wants to go back to being friends with me." I said confidently

"Oh okay. So what's the problem?" he questioned

"Well I don't know if you knew this but we kind of had a thing when you guys weren't talking on the X-Factor."

"Did you guys....you know...." he asked

"No no no! I would never unless she wanted to. We never even kissed."

"Oh alright. I guess I deserved it. Man I was such an ass for all the things I did."

"Yeah....you were." I reassured him

"So do you still have feelings for her?"

Oh no. I can't lie to him because he'll see right through me

"Honestly.....yeah I really do Zayn."

"Oh no now I have competition." he smirked

"So you still like her too I'm guessing?"

"Yeah I do." he said

"So what are we gonna do about this then?" I asked

"I think I might just have a plan."

Authors Note: Cliffhangers my favorite ^.^ muahaha! First off I'd like to take a moment to remember all those who passed in the shooting in Connecticut yesterday. That is just tragic! And second I'd like to know how you all feel about this whole "Haylor" situation. I want to make sure I'm not being irrational when I say I literally hate the thought of them together. I never liked Taylor Swift in the first place and now I'm just upset. She's ruined the whole plot of the story. Ok not really but I blame her for any of the changes to the story. Comment on here if you'd like to tell me your opinion and if you are a reader and like Taylor Swift.....I'm sorry for being rude. Ok next chapter will be up later!
