"Whatchu gon' do for my birthday mama?" I jump on her bed. "Don't jump on my shit." She mugs me. "And Ian doing nothing. We gon' get you some cake and ice cream and call it a day." She says making me frown.
"So you really not doing nothing?" I asked in a small voice.
"Nah." She says and puts on some ear rings. "Oh... ok. I...I needa get home though. I love you." I get up and hug her. "Love you more." She says and I nod.
I leave now in a bad mood. I know I can celebrate my birthday on my own but it's different when yo mama say that type of shit.
I get in my car and start it up then I get a call from a unknown number.

I accept it and I see him sitting a room smoking. "Whatchu want?" I asked while looking at the road. "Shii you ain't call a nigga in years." He chuckled.
I wasn't amused by him cause he was lowkey weird. He stayed texting me when he was high or drunk.
