"Alright this apartment cost $120 a month and it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms." Zikeya, the realtor, shows me around this nice apartment. I didn't know how it was so cheap but hell I wasn't complaining.
"Ite, how much does it cost again?" I asked while looking at the granite countertops. "$130,000" she says making me nod.
"How soon can I get the key?" I asked cause I wanted this one. "As soon as your bank gives you the money." She says and I nod taking out my phone.
I call my bank and talk to them for about 45 minutes until they approve of my request and they get the money to Zikeya.
"I just got the notification. This is officially yours." She smiles and hands me the keys. I smile and take them. "Thank you so much." I tell her and she nods then leaves.
