Sera's left side of the body was practically soaked as rain poured down on her blazer, she might as well shower in the rain without the umbrella. It was literally pointless — except for John — who was holding it in the middle of the two girls

How did I allow myself to go through this?... was the only thought she could have along the way

"No fair! You're the only one still dry" Remi pouted

John heavily sighed. "You're the one that wanted me to hold it"

"Doesn't mean you get to be in the middle. I'm totally drenched here!"

While she does have a point, he doesn't see how he could cover his friends if he wasn't in between. Well 'cover', but the umbrella really wasn't doing its job.

Those two can't just stay put. She was just about enough hearing those two ramble, and ignores them... until she realized something so important. Where are we even going?

"John..." Sera began, "Where are we headed?"

"Actually, now that you mention it..." He put his hand to his chin, deep in thought "Without realizing myself, I've been leading you guys to my place"

"What!?" Sera shouted, "Why are we going to your place!?"

"W-well... unless Remi's place is nearer, then we'll go to hers" John replied, "Since I know your place might be the furthest, Sera"

Well... Remi's place is almost as far as mine. Sera gritted her teeth. She can't accept that she's going over to his home. I could've just ordered a cab online—

.

.

Wait... Why didn't I order a cab in the first place! She halted her steps — which made her whole body exposed to the rain, and hastily pulled out her phone
