Chris had had an entire week's worth of humiliation.

The call we got last night informed us that the wedding was delayed by a week because we were shifting the event to Aruba.
AJ , ever the beach baby was ecstatic.

I stomp down the stairs and freeze when I see the person beside AJ.
"Mom?"
My mother smiles "Hi sweetie"
She's not alone.
There's a man beside her.
Her latest hookup.
"Now I'm sorry for dropping in unexpectedly but I just talked to Katlyn and she said I could finally tell you"
AJ and I exchanged a glance.
"Girls" My mom said excitedly.
She held up her left hand and AJ and I gasp.
"I'm getting married to Ben in Aruba with Katlyn and Oscar!" She laughed
