Alluring Javis Leoniro

Prologue

"Who is he?" I asked one of my friends.

"Seriously, Shantal? You didn't know him?" I shifted my eyes to her, with my perfect right brow rising.

"I wouldn't ask you if I knew. Maybe I saw him at our university, but on this day, he definitely got my attention since I already broke up with my jerk ex-boyfriend." I can't help but let out a bitter voice. That jerk! How could he cheat on me? Ako na halos pilahan ng maraming lalaki na nagkakagusto sa akin. Then he had the audacity to cheat on me with a cheap girl? Hindi lungkot ang nararamdaman ko kundi pandidiri.

I could hear her sigh of defeat. "He's Javis Leoniro Ravando."

"Oh, his name is cool, like him." I nodded my head while looking at him eating his food in the cafeteria. Does he look so cold or like he doesn't care about his surroundings?

Does he somehow notice that almost all of the girls inside this cafeteria are looking at him? I guess he is, but he really doesn't care at all. It looks like he owns a different world.

"Wala ka ng pag-asa diyan. He doesn't pay attention to any girls..."

My reddish-like cupid's arrow lips quirked up as I slowly looked at my friend Yra.

"Try me. I already have everything that everyone will want, choosy pa ba 'yang Javis na 'yan?"

I heard her laugh, and my brows creased.

"Even if you are the most perfect girl in this world, Shantal, if you are not Lirilyn, he will never pay attention to you."

I pouted my naturally red lips. "Lirilyn? Who is she? Is she his girlfriend? That's sad. Am I late?" I put my right hand on my soft and rosy cheeks, going down to my chin.

I deeply sighed. Sayang naman.

"Nope, they are not, but Javis Leoniro is in love with her. That's what I guess. They don't have the label, but I don't know what the catch is between them. Hindi na rin 'yon napaguusapan, they are private."

My almond-shaped eyes grew bigger as my lips formed a smirk.

Gotcha. So I have a chance!

"Well then, I have a plan for getting him to like me..." I whispered in the sexiest tone, loud enough for my friend to hear me.

Yra just shook her head while giving me a good-luck smile.

"And what plan is it?" she asked.

"Alluring Javis Leoniro. Just wait until I make him mine."

Mark my words.

Baka nga weeks lang, sa akin na siya.

"Javis! Wait for me!" I shouted. Damn him for still ignoring me! Huh! Dami pa rin kayang nakapila na manliligaw ko!

"I didn't ask you to follow me, so stop," he simply uttered, but that hurt my ego.

But it always happens every day. Munting sigaw ng maliit kong utak.

"What do you mean, stop? No, I will never stop chasing you, Javis." I crossed my arms in front of my chest.

Ngayon pa ako susuko? Two years had passed since I made a plan... alluring him.

But still no progress!

I hate him, yet I still love him.

Wala pa rin namang sila nang Lirilyn na 'yon, so I still have a chance... even though I always see his eyes looking at her lovingly.

I hope he looks at me like that, but I just always receive cold stares.

During those two years, I learned everything there is to know about him and the girl he loves.
