Hospital?
"Miss is awake" A lady called out.
Are they referring to me?
"Mm lilly..?" I heard a voice.
"Un-uncle?!!"
I haven't seen him for 4 years. At a difficult time he left me. I survived alone all those years.
"You dare to show your shameless face here?!" I soat in range.
I felt my whole body trembling in anger.
"Dont get too worked up lilly....you are still in hospital"
"If you get out of here I will be fine"
"Lilly..."
" GET OUT!" I yelled.
As he left I felt tears running down my cheeks. Why am I crying? Shouldn't I be happy that he has left.
Old memories with uncle comes into my vision. Tears roll down my cheeks.
" I would have done the same if it was me you know" a voice bedside comforted.
Who...?
I slightly open my eyes. Fight with uncle had already worn me out.
"Rest kid . I just came to visit you"
"Amelia? Hey, who are you calling a kid huh? As far as I can remember you are 3 years younger than me" I titter.
She pouts.
"What ever so how are you--"
I cut of her words by asking."Where is Richard?"
Her face fell. She looks down with sadness in her eyes.
"He-he is in coma..."
"WHAT?!" tears swell up in my eyes. "How?! Take me to him!!"
"No Lilly, you need to rest..."
"I don't care..please....take me to him"
She lets out a sigh.
Minutes later I am in Richards room.
I see his family in the hall. His mother had been sitting there for a long time as I have got the information. She gives out a comforting smile and leaves as I enter the room.
I take his hand in mine and tears flows down to his hand.
"It is not good"I hear one of the nurse talking to his family.
"He is not waking up..If he stays like this ...he may be crippled forever.. I'm sorry" she leaves.
No no..this is all because of me..no...this can't be happening. His smile comes to my memory. His warm smile has always made me feel better. Now...My cheeks grow hot. My whole body trembling.
"No!!! This cant be !! Waahhhhh" I hear his mother's cry coming across the hall.
"Ge didn't lead a peaceful life because of me!!" His mother continues.
I stay with him for the whole night. Tt..tt
Hmm...I wake up as something touches my cheek.
"DOCTOR!!" I call running outside."HE IS AWAKE!!"
