Blair walked into the living room, dropping her bag and holding their daughter closer to her chest when she saw Quan being held at gun point. "W-What the hell is going on?" She asked, looking in between Quan and Destiny.
"Nothing. Take Peyton upstairs." Quan instructed. "No. We're leaving." Blair tried exiting the house.

"No!" Destiny shouted, "You already saw too much. You might run and tell the police." She said. "No, no. I won't. You have my word." Blair reasoned.
"I wouldn't trust you if you were that last person on earth." Destiny grilled. "You don't know me. And I don't know you." Blair reasoned, "What's there to tell? I didn't see anything." She slowly backed up from the living room.

Destiny was in a slight panic; she didn't know what to do. "Let her go, Destiny." Quan said, still sitting on the couch. "Don't tell me what to do!" She snapped, looking at Quan in rage. "You should listen to him." Blair chimed in. "Will the both of you shut the fuck up!" Destiny yelled, causing the baby to cry out. "Shhh." Blair rocked her side to side.

"Man, you holding me at gun point with my baby here. You a crazy bitch!" Quan sucked his teeth. "Oh, yeah?" Destiny approached him, pressing the gun against his temples. "Another word, I promise, I'll pull this trigger." She told him. Blair held their daughter tighter, praying Destiny wouldn't shoot.

From down the street, Kross, Chance, Mario, and Swift geared up. They wore bullet proof vests just in case something were to go wrong. Kross silently cursed in his head. This wasn't in his plan and he only prayed nothing happened to Destiny in that house. "What's the plan, we just 'bout to burst in?" Chance questioned, looking at Kross.

"No. Mario got a print out of the house. There's a back door we can slip in through." Kross informed. The guys nodded, following behind him as he made his way up the street, discreetly. None of them knew what to expect walking inside, they only had one agenda; get Destiny out safe.

They easily slipped through the back door without any problems, as Kross stated before. Everyone backed out their gun, walking through the empty kitchen. Kross held up two fingers, signaling the guys to slip into groups of two. Mario and Swift went to check downstairs while Kross and Chance approached the living room. They heard voices coming from that direction, causing them to stop.

Chance was the only one able to get a good view of what was going on in the living room. "She's holding him, the girl, and the baby at gun point." Chance whispered. Kross lowly sighed. He tucked his gun into his waistband, "Cover me." He told Chance. He walked into the living, clearing his throat.

Destiny looked over at Kross, shocked to see him. "W-Why, what are you here?" She asked. "I should be asking you that." He said. "This some crazy shit." Quan mumbled. Chance walked into the living room behind Kross, immediately aiming his revolver at Quan. "Give me the gun, Destiny." Kross stood inches away from Destiny. "No." She shook her head.

"Please." Kross reasoned. "He shot you! Since the day he came into my life it's been heartache." Destiny let out, tears rolling down her face. "I know, baby. But you don't need to do this." Kross told her, lowering the gun in her hand. He managed to take the gun away from her, tucking it in his pocket.

"I got you. I always will." He whispered, pulling her into his chest while rubbing her back. "I got this, KJ. Get her home." Chance assured. Kross nodded, walking Destiny through the front door. Before they could make it out the gate, a round of gun shots went off. Kross clenched down on his teeth, "Get in your Jeep and go home! Do you understand me?" He looked into her eyes.

Her legs went weak and the feeling in her body went numb. She nodded, looking back at Quan's house. "I'll be there soon." Kross kissed her lips, watching her get into the Jeep. When she drove off, he jogged back over to the house. After re-entering the house, the sight of three dead bodies greeted him. He quickly looked away. "What the fuck man!" He snapped, pushing Chance aggressively.

"You should of knew I wasn't gon spear this nigga. And his bitch seen too much for us to let her ass walk." Chance spoke, not caring that he just shot three people, one of whom was only an infant. The streets turned Chance into a monster. "How the fuck you expect us to clean up three dead bodies in broad fucking daylight?" Kross questioned, angry.

This was an even bigger mess than what he originally planned to clean up. "Relax." Chance laughed, lighting up a blunt, "I'll call the cleaning crew." He said. Kross sighed, running his hands down his face. This wasn't in his plans at all— that's all he could stress. "Aight. Hurry up and do this shit so we can go!" Kross told his friend, frustrated by the event that had taken place today.

Although this entire situation quickly went left, he was relieved the issue was finally handled. He could now get back to his usual self and focus on the better things in life. But, what seemed like closure for Kross, instantly turned into a nightmare for Destiny.
