Let's just say that Fuyumi and Natsuo hates Shoto after Touya (Dabi) left, since they thought that his dad was spoiling him. They don't know the abuse and training that Shoto experiences.
Also I believe that Dabi is Touya Todoroki. The league will somehow be soft after some few chapters.
