She applied a cool gel on my belly,and started tracing it with the device
"You see that dot over there,that's your baby",she said indicating at the screen.

My eyes pooled with tears looking at it.My baby...mine and Mahir's baby..so small and tiny.

"Mahir see..our baby..that dot is our baby..see so tiny and cute",I said helding his hand.

"I will give you a moment",telling that Polo aunty went out.

"Yes Bela..see our baby,so tiny..soon the baby will grow up",Mahir said kissing my forehead.

"The dot is big now..that means our baby is growing",I said and my happiness was at it's peak.

MAHIR

"I know..our baby is all fit and fine,just like you",I said kissing her.

Soon Polo aunty came and I was helping Bela to wipe that gel off her belly.

"I need to pee...washroom?",Bela asked.

"Ya go that way Bela",Polo aunty said.

Bela left giving a smile and it's my time to have a chat with my aunt.

"Aunty..you sure that there are no complications this time? Bela and baby..both are fine right?"I asked.

This is the only thing which was eating me since the day I got to know that Bela is pregnant.I can't loose her over the baby this time.That phase will break me again.I can't bear it this time.

"Mahir don't worry.Bela and your baby,both are fine.I will prescribe some multivitamins..she will be fine.And I'm really sorry about Bani.Bani had an internal problem.Her uterus was not supporting to carry that child,but Bani was so adamnt to have that baby.And I couldn't go against my professional ethics.",Polo aunty said.

"She should have told me about it,the baby is more important to her than me.Anyways...Bela and my baby are fine right?No complications this time right?"I asked worried.

"Both are completely fine Mahir.Just massage her legs once or twice a week.Her morning sickness will last for a week or two",she said and Bela came inside.

"Bela I told everything to Mahir,you and your baby are completely fit and healthy.Just don't stress yourself more and don't run around Mahira",she said smiling and we both burst into laughter.

"So where to go now?"I asked getting into the car.

"Hmm..Mahira..we should go to her at twelve,Vish said she will be busy today...dad..we will go to my dad's place",she said excited.

"OK off to your dad's place",I said gearing up.

"Areyy Bela...you should not run like that",her dad said hugging her.

"It's fine dad,how are you"?she asked still hugging him.

"I'm good,how is my baby and her baby doing?"he asked putting a hand on her belly.

"Both are good,but baby's daddy was crying like a cry baby in the morning",she said snuggling into him.

She is a one daddy's girl too!!

"Why that so..did my babies trouble him?"he asked looking at me.

"No dad..he was crying because Mahira was going to school.We should be happy that she is going to school and here this man was shedding tears",she said laughing.

"OK now don't laugh...even I cried when you and your sister went to school on your first day",he said and it was my turn to laugh at them.

"See being a dad is not easy",I said sipping  my juice.
