Kiss

"How's your birthday so far?"

Nakatingin lang ako sa mga sasakyan sa labas ng bintana nang magsalita siya. The gifts and surprises of my friends were definitely did melt my heart. Yes, I maybe finding him earlier that made me a little sad, but it's okay.

Maybe I would consider it bad if I dont have these people to celebrate my birthday.

"Uhh... Ayos lang. Ikaw? Busy ka siguro no? Diba may senior design project na kayo? Pag break time kasi nakikita ko yung mga seniors sa learning hub eh,"

That was one of the reason why I still considered him a while ago. He's busy and the fact that he's at his latter part of studying or graduating year, I know it's time consuming and literally not easy at all.

Tila hindi niya ata ako narinig sa sinabi ko dahil natuon parin ang tingin niya sa pagmamaneho at hindi ako nasagot. He even got busy with the calls while driving a while ago. Kaya nilibang ko lang ang sarili ko sa bintana habang may byahe kami.

When he probably felt my stare, he looked at me worriedly and swallow.

"U-uhh sorry... I'm just thinking about something important," he scratched his nose. "Are you saying something?"

"Hmm..." Tumango ako at ngumiti. "Kamusta schoolworks? Baka madami ka pa dapat gagawin ngayon... pwede naman  tayo umuwi nalang."

"I'm definitely fine... Don't worry," ngumiti rin siya. "I can still handle them. Madami na pinapagawa pero capstone project ang focus namin ngayon. I had already organized a clear schedule with my members. So fortunately, I could provide alone time just for you.

Guilt suddenly swallowed me. Paano ko naisipang nagkulang siya? Paano ko naramdaman na unti lang ang oras niya kanina? kung sinabi niyang sa kabila ng dapat gawin, may oras pa siyang inilaan na para lang saakin.

Hinawakan ko ang kamay niya. Nagulat siya dahil sa ginawa ko. He suddenly became distracted. Nagpalipat-lipat ang tingin niya saakin at sa harap. Hindi napalagay kung saan siya titingin, takot na nagda-drive pa.

"Why baby? Do you have a problem?" He softly said.

My cheeks burned. Nahihiya ako and at the same time kinikilig kapag tinatawag niya akong baby. I feel like I'm so precious cupcake to him. Really, Sol? Cupcake?

"Wala. Thank you sa lahat." Nag-iwas ako ng tingin dahil iyon lang ang nasabi ko.

He gently rubbed my hair and let out a chuckle.

"Ang cute mo talaga," he pouted and fumbled his lips "Can you stop being like that? I might plant that lips with thousands of kisses if I am not able to control myself." He incredibly said it really casual. "You know, we had a lot of potencial kiss lately or even before but it always ended up failed."

Hala, para ata ako aatakihin sa puso kapag ganito siya. Oo nga no? Maraming beses na nga pala kaming muntikan magka-halikan pero hindi natutuloy. Bakit Sol, gusto mo matuloy? Tsk.

"Uhh... Theo san ba tayo pupunta?" Pag-iiba ko ng topic. Sometimes, he's really this kind of transparent.

But, he just unconsciously ran his fingers through his hair. It was more like debating to himself.

"Matagal na akong nagtitimpi." I lightly chuckled, torn about how adorable he was.

Alam kong pupunta kami ng tagaytay pero hindi sa Fora Mall kung nasaan ang show ni Yuan Reid. The distance between Makati to Tagaytay is 63km so we traveled for about 1 hour with a light traffic. We arrived at exactly 5:00 pm and from there, fans are already waiting patiently.
