The blizzard had passed, and the week along with it. The group who had gone out to collect wood had returned in the middle of the day when I was feeding the dragons. Atros stood next to me as we watched them approach.

The man and woman at the front of the group froze when they saw me. "Azula," the woman asked softly in shock. "Màthair! Athair!" I ran for them. They unmounted from their Timber Wolves and met me part way. I threw my arms around them, and they held me tightly to them. My mother held me out to look at me. "My sweet and precious Azula," she said as she cupped my face in her hands. "We thought you were killed." She pulled me back to her, crushing me to her as she cried. I couldn't help but cry as well. My father wrapped his arms around the two of us.

When she pulled away I wiped my eyes. "How long have you been here," my mother asked me. "A week," I said to her. "When Atros told me you were alive and that you would be gone for a week, my mate and I decided to wait so I could see you again, and to meet my brothers. And so you can meet my family." My mother turned to three men. We all had the same ice blue hair as our mother, but they had my father's white eyes. "This is your older sister Azula. Azula these are your brothers Zilan, Reese, and Norzic."

"Where have you been," Zilan asked me, studying me. "That is a long story," I told them. "I will gladly tell you all once you all get settled and warmed up." "I agree. I'd like to meet this mate you mentioned," my father said. "He is back in the huts. It's far too cold for my family to be here, but they stayed because of me," I said. "Are those your dragons," Reese asked me as we began to make our way back to the huts. "The ice dragon is mine. Her name is Sioc. The Wyvern is Rí and he is my mate's. The other is Destroyer, and he is my son Lui's." "You have children," my mother asked, eyes watering once more. "Not by blood, but all three are my children, and I will kill anyone who states differently." My mother gave me a proud smile and a nod.

Balthazar , Lui, Yulen, and Laceria were waiting for us in the center of the village. "They're demons," Norzic pointed out while Reese smacked the back of his head. "This is my mate King Balthazar and our children, Prince Lui, Prince Yulen, and Princess Laceria," I introduced while taking Balthazar's hand. "This is my màthair Queen Yina and my athair King Rothlas, and my brothers Prince Zilan, Prince Reese, and Prince Norzic."

The two kings sized each other up, making me become tense. When they shook hands, my mother and I both released a breath. "Let's go somewhere warmer to talk," my father said. Atros joined us as well. "What happened after you were taken," my mother asked me. "I became a slave," I answered. I then went through the history of my enslavement then how demons won the war and how I found myself to be bought by Balthazar. None of them were happy with that until I went further into the past several years leading up to why we were there in the first place.

"It was Terris who found us, then lead us here," I told them. "So what is going to happen now," my brother Zilan asked. "We need the Heart to stay protected. If my brother is aware of it's existence, I wouldn't be surprised if he sold that information. The only reason no one has come for it, is because it's far too cold for demons," Balthazar explained. "Meaning others may learn you all are alive and may try to enslave you. I want to prevent that by establishing this as an official Legion post, under orders to protect the Heart. I will provide official documentation to provide in case anyone tries. I will also establish communication lines so you can stay in contact with Azula."

"Legion," my father asked. "It is Balthazar's elite army of specialists. Each and every member is hand picked by Balthazar and they're given rigorous training," I explain. "Never have they been apart of the royal army we have. They even have their own flag and symbol. They're small, but their numbers mean nothing when you see their skills and abilities. Seeing the symbol alone has struck fear into the hearts of many because of their reputation." "They're your army too," Balthazar corrected.
